Apparently, Archangel productions has announced that they intend to re-introduce some currently undisclosed person to the porn industry.. Could these separate proclamations involve the same person?
From reading all these posts, the most probable for a big announcement to me seem like Jesse Jane or Alexis Texas(only if it were a darkside/jungle fever movie).

It's a bit off topic and isn't who I think the announcement is about, but 'Angel Dark' is someone who kept talking about coming back for a while and never did who I wish would have done a couple more scenes.

Honestly, I'd be thrilled with either the return of Jesse Jane or Alexis Texas. I can't really think of any other inactive performers worth hyping like this.
Did Jules sign Manuel to a contract or something? I'm not complaining but does anybody know what's going on, why is he in what seems like all of the past flicks?
The simple answer is he sells a lot and works a lot. So that's why there's a lot of him. I'm no fan, actually I was questioning this before as well. But the bottom line is he's one of the most popular male performers out there. I think technically he's in the top 5 current most popular male performers.
^ If only he brings Kayden Kross to JJV to do real hardcore... Don't bother if she shoots only with him, but an anal feature would be really good. This is just speculation on my part, but I think the reason we've been seeing so much Manuel all over the place lately is that he has a family to support now. He's always had his lines at Evil Angel, but over the past year he's expanded to directing for JJV and HardX. I'd imagine he's trying to do more projects to earn for his kid, especially now that Kayden is semi-retired. Of course, his sheer popularity is also a plausible explanation for the recent explosion in Manuel content. So what do I know? I'm not complaining though. I'll throw in another guess: Tiffany Brookes She's been teasing about returning to the biz the last month or so, says she'll being doing IR and only working with select companies.
Spill it! Unless you are under some sort of non-disclosure agreement... If you're right, you boost your publication's publicity and buzz. If you're wrong, you never stated it was guaranteed correct assumption. It's less than a couple weeks away anyway. Jules should be dropping us some more hints to drum up hype. He should at least tell us if it's someone's return to the biz or someone all new we might not have heard of. Jules if you don't drop us a hint, you risk backfire, cuz people are now speculating on Jenna Shea, Katy Perry, and Kim Kardashian! Bring these folks back to reality.
I'll add another name: Alexa Tomas. She is available in USA and "is coming" from Europe. If you take a look at her, you can see she can make an impact.
Someone put Alina Li on my radar .... it's an itch I can't scratch away.

As far as working for JJV it certainly has increased a lot in the last year. I mean he rarely worked for them before. The family aspect is a good theory, however my theory is a bit more inside baseball and political. JJV is one of the few companies that has pretty wholeheartedly rejected Manwin, correct? So Manuel used to work a ton for Digital Playground and at least occasionally for Brazzers and RK. No Digital scenes in more than a year, since before Kayden left. And the Brazzers and RK haven't happened in quite a while. I think what happened is Manuel essentially joined with Jules as a big name who is just saying F off to Manwin and he kinda became more on their "team" based on that. I know he is really tight with Chris Streams and Mason and those are the only directors he really works for mainly. I would even argue that as far as total scenes, Manuel probably isn't in that many more than in the past, it just shifted from Digital scenes in all of their movies to Chris Streams and Lensman (Manuel I think). So obviously JJV scenes are up because it's gone from very few to quite a few, but scenes across the board might be pretty even. Anyway, maybe it's a stretch, but my idea is that it ties into Manuel not liking Manwin much and JJV seeing an opportunity to make him part of their team so to speak. I'm with you though as far as Manuel scenes are fine by me. I totally get the idea of variety being a good way to go, but to me personally it hasn't bothered me as Manuel is a solid performer. I also think it possibly has an economic incentive. If Manuel scenes sell fine comparatively and he as a top performer is the director it almost doesn't make sense to pay 4 different guys instead of paying yourself less if it doesn't increase sales?
