Generally we can operate from anywhere but for some reason have been unable to authenticate to our secured administrative sections of the site from various internet cafes for the past week. This has afected many Kickback redemption requests. We have been unable to approve any requests during this timeframe. At the latest redemptions requested since 6/30 will be processed by ADT on 7/10.
