I think the takeaway is that we all have our own preferences/opinios which will often conflict with one another and perhaps even with what Lana prefers. I think IF there will be a "first ____" scene in this project of hers, the highest probability is of it being an anal scene. Lana has teased us for a long time about anal with all that lollipop play and other stuffs in her scenes.
