Got an e-mail from Laser's Edge earlier, stating that for a limited time they are reducing the price of a selection of SAMURAI titles to $7.95. The link to the page is here. The list of titles are :

I have read Evil's reviews of a couple of the titles listed, but, I was wondering if anyone else has seen any of these and can recommend any of them. I did get some AVE titles before. How do they compare, etc?


Laser's Edge did say that they would begin shipping from October 15th (don't know why) and once the stocks were gone, the next batch would revert to the original prices (~$18).


Just thought I'd post/ask?

Hi cykedout,

Did you enjoy your AVE titles? In my opinion AVE titles are the worst. Samurai is a step or two above them.

I own these samurai films on your list

Cumming In Japan
Japanese Kimono Girls

My tokyo tutor (VCD)

Cumming in Japan: an okay film, nothing I'd brag about.
Japanese Kimono Girls: Uhmmm I got bored so I wasn't able to watch it all the way through. I even skipped around the disc hoping for something good.
My Tokyo Tutor: It's kinda tame, but if you like seeing guys take advantage of their teachers, then give it a try.

I'll admit that Nasty Asian Nurses looks interesting.

Which ever ones you get and watch, Please write reviews on them. We want to know!

Just thought I would let you know the reason. We had to commit to a certain number (of each title) before we could get the pricing and have to wait for the shipment to arrive before we can begin shipping. Currently we are expecting it to arrive Friday Oct 12th and this is why we will begin shipping the following week.
