Generally speaking I'm not really a fan of the plastic surgery stuff, but I don't really mind boobjobs as long as it looks good and they don't go overboard sizewise. While I can understand wanting bigger, fuller lips lip injections never really looks all that good in my opinion. Their bodies, their choices tho.

Jewels Jade's tits are real BUT are enhanced through surgical means. If men could have surgeries that could make their 3 inch erect dicks be 7 to 8 inches would that constitute as a "fake" dick? To me that implies that his dick is no realer than a cyberskin dildo (which is a fake dick) which is ridiculous to me. Some people who like big dicks wouldn't give 2 shits about the surgery the guy had to get it that big and that is if they likes big dicks. Now Shawna Loyer's tits in 13 Ghosts is what constitutes as fake. From what I understand and read up on, those tits she used in the movie were detachable prosthetics. She never went "topless" in that movie. The day companies start making models wear detachable prosthetics is the day we are going to have a problem. Overall, I really don't care if they get boob jobs or not. Cytherea, one of my favorites, got a boob job and I still don't care. They are still real tits to me just enhanced thru surgical means. I'm very much a believer that when it comes to tits, bigger is definitely better; so I'm completely relaxed about breast implants. In fact, for a lot of performers with small breasts, I would positively encourage them to get some work done. I know there are a lot of people who really hate fake tits and it's a real deal-breaker for them, but I'm all for it (except perhaps in the most extreme cases where they get ridiculously large implants). Having said that, I'm totally opposed to all facial plastic surgery, including botox and lip fillers, so I'm a bit of a hypocrite on the issue. The number of times a beautiful performer suddenly turns up with inflated lips or something, it's awful. So, in short: Keep the face natural but go to town when it comes to the tits.
^ yes and some of them have got it done very aesthetically....it enhances their looks and sex appeal...and doesn't look plasticky.... but of some it does look made up and hence gives a false look which many fans may not like.... Good jobs ....like Dana DeArmond....it looks very real and enhances her appeal ...so from my side !!

I thought Angelina Valentine's lip injections were extremely sexy. There's this BTS where she's smoking a cigarette, and it was very nice. But I suppose you can't beat a woman like Veronica Brazil who was just born with perfect, full lips.
Does anyone else feel like lip "enhancement" is getting more common? It's possible I'm just noticing it more. Fake breasts seem about as common as ever, maybe even a little less so than they used to, but I'm noticing more and more fake lips. Or maybe it's just a coincidence that a few girls I was into seemed to get them in a fairly short time, and overall things haven't changed. Nothing against people who like them, I assume lots of people do or the girls wouldn't keep getting them. But personally, I'm not a fan. "Enhanced" lips just don't look right to me, plus they make a lot of girls look about ten years older. Which, again, if that's your thing, great, but it ain't mine; I much prefer the teeny look. As I said, a couple ladies who were among my current faves got them in rapid succession and now are... just sort of there, on my personal ranking. I don't dislike their new look enough to actively avoid them, but I can't get as excited about them as I used to. My attitude about breasts is strange. In real life I like breasts of all sizes including really big ones, but in porn I usually find that they just look sort of silly, and prefer looking at smaller-breasted girls. So not a great fan of the fake boobery, but at the same time if you *are* going to go big, fake might actually be preferable. I don't mind some jiggle on a clothed girl in real life but the extremes of it in porn just seem goofy to me and if you're going to have really big breasts in that environment, ones that jiggle less are actually a positive for me. Does that make sense to anyone else? I told you it was strange.
In the case of breasts, this would not be an issue if these dipshit directors knew how to shoot fake boobs. For example, a sexy bra hiding boob scars...really, how hard is that? The fake lips are another matter. Tough to shoot around them especially if they are so big that the gal's face becomes cartoonish. As with most plastic surgery many people focus on and put down bad surgery or when they have know what the person looked like before the procedure. There are porn girls with lip procedures that look good and/or people don't realize they had done. The ones who seem to get flack are the ones who didn't have the work done when they started and got it done after starting porn. Many fans just don't like when girls change from what they've come to know and tend to dislike any change regardless of if the change looks good or not. Some girls in porn just have an attitude of "If big is better huge is twice as good" when it comes to lips or breasts. Sometimes it works in their favor and makes them stand out in the sea of sameness. I'm not against plumping lips or making breasts bigger because in many cases the results do what they were intended to do. Many pornstars just don't really get noticed or achieve a certain porn status until they make changes to them self to look more the pornstar part or stand out in some way.
^In many ways, I suspect you're right. It's the change in appearance that unnerves so many people. Objectively the porn star may look just as hot, if not hotter, with fuller lips or bigger tits, but the difference in appearance is usually what's so jarring. But, as I've said before, personally I find facial plastic surgery a real turn off, yet boob jobs are fine. There's no rhyme or reason to it, just a personal preference I suppose.
^ It's personal taste thing. Some girls have thin lips and that isn't what's considered the most pleasing look these days. Fuller lips is looked at as being more appealing. I tend to think thin lips makes for an older appearance. But some girls go a bit too big but sometimes it's because we're seeing them before the swelling has gone down and they haven't gotten to the real size they'll end up being. Sometimes it's that over the top pornstar look they're going for. The girls who go for the big lips are usually the ones going for that super glam type of look. That type of look can actually work if it's put together correctly with the proper make-up application. I can think of several girls with over-sized lips that I think can pull of that look.
When some girls have been in the "teen" genre after a certain amount of time they want to or have to change their appearance to get more work in other genres. The teen genre can be good for them but for some girls it's kind of limiting since in porn for the most part small and petite with small breasts means they'll most likely be mostly cast as teens, babysitters, daughters and the like. For some girls the way out of this is to change their appearance by putting on weight, getting a boob job, and glamming up their looks. Curvy girls usually have more work options than thin girls with smallish breasts because they can play a wider variety of porn roles.

I can. But what's the point. If a person has their mind made up that plastic surgery doesn't make anyone look better anyone named as looking better isn't going change that person's mind. It's the exact same thing with breast implants. Some people think breast implants are a bad thing so anyone that has them has unattractive breasts. Also, everyone has different tastes so just because someone else may think the surgery looks better doesn't mean you'll share their opinion. If you choose to think no one with any sort of facial surgery doesn't look better than they did before...that's fine.
In my mind thin lips is like having less fat in the face. That may sound odd but it's the same mentality that some older women get fillers/botox injections when they get older to fill in the more gaunt areas to make their face look fuller. In many cases "fuller" looks more youthful.
I'll have to second this as well. I know Nicolette Shea has had a lot of work done, but at least one angle in her recent Brazzers scene fairly screamed "boob job alert!" with very visible stretch marks. Might has well have had a neon sign with an arrow pointing to them.

In my experience, "I have examples but I refuse to name them" invariably means "I don't have examples". Like, even if you don't expect the person you're arguing with to agree, what reason could there be not to at least name a girl you think looked better after lip surgery? Or younger, for that matter? As you say, tastes differ, so the people on the other side might not change their (our) minds as a result, but at least we'll understand better where you're coming from. There you actually talk about some of your criteria, and while I don't share them that actually helps me get what you're looking for and better understand why the people who like this look like it. I didn't realize that look had an actual name. I'm a fan of that look. Sometimes I enjoy watching girls with that sex doll look. There's certain fantasy elements that click for me watching those girls. But I also like watching the more natural looking women and there's a different kind of enjoyment I get from those women. The big enhanced lips, hair, boobs, butt, etc...works for those women but can look odd on a girl with a more natural looks suddenly getting big lips and everything else looks natural. But usually girls who try to change their look usually do their lips and breasts and starts wearing their make-up differently to complete the transition.
Funny, as Aletta has always been one of my prime examples of "too much surgical work". Granted when she first started getting a lot of play in the US circa 2008-2009 she'd already had a boob job but she was nevertheless a "guaranteed watch" for me. Unfortunately, she kept tinkering and eventually became "won't watch" by about 2014
There are lot of performers who didn't nee lips or breast implants but they went for it anyway. Only a few get lucky with either or both operations, some rare and good example or pretty nice plastic implants I can recall are Isis Love or Phyllisha Anne.

To me, the mark of a good set of implants or breast augmentation is when I can't tell. When it's not inherently obvious - kind of like those celebrities wearing beautiful dresses to award shows where you can't detect an obvious panty line or the lingerie doesn't stand out under the dress more than the dress itself. I've seen scenes where it's so painfully obvious, you want to slap the surgeon who did the job and scenes where the enhanced is so miniscule that it does nothing to take away from the natural beauty of the performer. I know it's easy to blame the surgeon for what you consider a bad boob job but it's not always their fault. Breast augmentation surgery isn't a generic surgery of simply making an incision and putting in implants. There are different types of procedures, different types of implants, and different types of patients. A girl can go to a so-so surgeon and get great results just as girl can go to one of the top guys and get less than great results. What works great for one girl may look horrible on another. Sometimes the girl will go against the doctors recommendations because they want a certain look or think they do. Sometimes the girl doesn't have the money to get the correct procedure(s) to get the best results. Sometimes what the girl wants can't be achieved in one surgery but the girl insists on trying to do it in one. Sometimes the girl doesn't follow the proper post-surgery and follow up directions they're given. there are plenty of reasons a enhancement can end up less than great and sometimes it's not the surgeon's fault. there are times a procedure turns out less than great because the surgeon gave the girl just what she asked for against his recommendations. And as I mentioned before...some girls, particular ones going for larger sizes...don't want "natural" looking breasts. "Natural" doesn't always equate "good". Many women with big natural breasts don't think they look good until they're in a bra that lifts them and gives them the shape they desire. Some girls who get breast augmentation want a more round and fuller shape that a bra gives breasts. Most (not all) bigger natural breasts have a certain amount of sag with most of the volume at the bottom of the breast. There are lots of women prefer more volume and roundness higher with less of the sag. Many think the higher profile looks better.
such a shame. she was so perfect but always insecure. i guess nothing gives these pornstars confidence like some bolt-ons. is there any part on her body that is still natural? she also had some work done on her nose, i dont know if it was medically necessary or she just had it done because she felt something was imperfect. i will go with the latter because she has been wanting rhinoplasty since she was a little girl. people may still like her but to me she has ruined herself.

Some of these Lips look like they got into a fight it's so swollen. A few Boob jobs look amazingly huge but real because it blends well fully with the fat. But I keep seeing Brandi Bae and Jessa Rhodes boobs falling out of place. I don't know how I'm suppose to see that as sexy.

I find the whole Trout Mouth obsession off putting. Someone posted in another thread about a certain retired talent having Joker Mouth. In general there is far too much plastic in porn. I love a good boob job, but when you lips look like a flotation device, it's hard to take you serious and I start to reflect on a host of mature stars like Angelique, who got a ton of plastic in their prime and now look like a defective doll. I would throw nose jobs into this discussion as well and if I had to guess, it's because when talent goes in, someone photoshop's an image of what they will look like, and unfortunately, no one ever looks like the finished photo. I could name a few flawless women that took things too far and now rock a nose that's too thin and lips that are too swollen, completely throwing off the symmetry we have all come to expect from another human.
