I'm curious why only her plea on the lesser charges was accepted since there was allegedly video evidence that proved her guilt of the more serious charges beyond doubt. Just my opinion but I think a prison sentence should be the only option for the judge if there is a plea or conviction of guilt. Though she has a criminal record, Marsha still had been given a second chance and violating the terms of her probation is a mockery of that relative leniency she was shown. Do you also suppose the Catholic sexual abuse scandal was a "purely statutory crime" despite reports of those abused boys at the time admitting that in adulthood, they still reel from the emotional scars of the ordeal they went through?
