I have tried comments to the scene in question (which got deleted) on the day the scene came out (10 days ago) and email to Gamma Support several days ago with no response and no fix to the error on the site yet. It is not only Erotica X that is having problems with no fix in sight. On the Evil Angel website (also run by Gamma Entertainment), Samantha Rone has a scene in the Wet Food 7, which won't download or stream. It was posted on November 4. The scene is up to nearly 60 dislikes which is unheard of on that website. In contrast, Girlsway (also run by Gamma Entertainment) has an active forum and comment section due to the active involvement of Bree Mills and Stills By Alan. If there is an error, they take care of it immediately. Outside of the Gamma Entertainment umbrella, Sex Art, Tushy and Blacked have an active customer service representative on their forum section responding to members questions and informing members of any technical issues with scenes.
