^Read her earlier posts. She was 'being hard' on Max because of his treatment of the women who perform and worked for him, not because of what he decided to shoot.

Sending it to the charity of your choice is how it goes these days. I will start paying my bills that way in 2010. I will see if they will take it if I promise them I will send the money to their charity at my own time with no proof.

It seems to me that she's "being hard" on Max because she has multiple axes to grind with the industry as a whole, various people in the industry, and her ex-agent (who she makes various allegations against, but is too chickenshit to even mention by name), and this thread just presented a convenient excuse to vent against an easy target.
Max has been around for a long, long time, and has to have shot several thousand scenes. Although his output unfortunately morphed at some point into over the top, cartoonishly stupid exercises in misogynistic pseudo-pedo garbage, in the earlier years, he just shot hardcore, slightly edgy scenes -- nothing that would raise much of an eyebrow these days. A good portion of the women working in the industry shot with him at one time or another in those days; as South was almost the only game in town then, I really doubt that he had some blanket embargo against sending girls to Max. Maybe later on . . .
I've heard scattered stories over the years about this girl or that girl not liking something about working with Max, but I don't remember ever hearing that anyone called the cops on him, or anyone took him to court for any kind of injury, or for a broken promise regarding payment for a scene. I don't remember ever hearing anyone who worked with him contradict his oft-repeated claim that, in advance of each scene, he videotapes himself explaining exactly what the scene is going to entail. Third-hand stories which are told and re-told over the years tend to become better, if less accurate stories; a girl who, not knowing any better, agrees to do a $1200 scene for $200, eventually becomes a girl who that horrible evil bastard Max promised $1200 to, but only paid $200.
Nobody's holding a gun to anyone's head to force them to buy, watch, or be in a Max Hardcore movie. As long as everyone involved is a consenting adult, and holds up his or her end of the deal, that should be the end of it. (And if someone claims those conditions have not been met, there are adequate civil and/or criminal law remedies available to deal with those claims; an obscenity prosecution is not an appropriate response.) The idea that it's OK that Max was not only be prosecuted, but convicted and sentenced to more time than a fucking bank robber, for making crude, stupid dirty movies, is so idiotic that I can't even wrap my head around it. Only slightly less stupid are (1) the failure or refusal to acknowledge that the success in prosecuting outlaw-types like Max and Rob Black directly emboldened the God Squad in the Justice Department to go after the top dog in the mainstream, John Stagliano, and (2) the "OK maybe obscenity prosecutions are bad but I'm happy he's in prison because I heard he was mean to someone and he makes icky movies" line of reasoning.

I have several axes to grind with people in this business because they don't treat it like a business. I didn't mention my former agents name because she has fans on this forum and I didn't think it to be fair to do those of you who are her fans. I am anything but chicken shit my friend, ask anyone who knows me!
I need to clarify something: I fucking detest Max Hardcore on a multitude of levels but what gets him off is his own business as long as he doesn't hurt anyone other than himself which is what eventually started happening.
Jim South didn't have an embargo against him, he simply warned girls of what he was about and gave them a heads up before he booked them with him. he knew me well enough to not put anyone in that position lol
As far as someone saying he didn't do anything illegal I beg to differ and I think his ass being in a cell right now proves he did illegal things. He of all people should be able to recite the laws of obscenity and to know all the zip codes in the US he cannot ship to by heart but he didn't. He probably didn't care because he wanted to push that issue even harder. Now he pays for his crimes, which they are without question be they tedious or not, crimes they still are.

oh and by the way, ask anyone who works at any of the agencies that booked for Maz in the past 5 or 6 years how many complaints they've had about him. Ask them which director has had the most complaints from the talent and I assure his name will be in the top if not THE top name.
He is the same as a pedophile who doesn't get snitched on because of manipulation of a weaker mind or intimidation or people just not thinking it would be worth it to take on a guy so embedded in the industry for so many years. That could be daunting for a young girl who plans to make a living doing this.

^Even without Max Hardcore around, the industry still doesn't seem to know how to keep young girls around for more than a minute. Atleast Max knew enough to get as much out of them as possible for the short time that they were around. And like another poster said, nothing he did was illegal, other than thinking that the First Amendment actually still means something.
I've got bigger issues than this in my life, regardless. It doesn't mean I, as a porn viewer, don't think it's an important issue.
As for everything else you wrote, it'a all a matter of opinion. You say "ruined" porn. Others say improved. The point is that those who don't like it don't have to watch it. But why the need to infringe on everyone else's right to view what they please? I'm not the one telling you that you can't watch Suze Randall, or whoever. But for some strange reason, there seems to be a whole bunch of moral guardians who somehow think it's their job to tell me what I should be watching. Why do you care?
Also, the world isn't what it was 50 years ago. 50 years ago, you couldn't turn on the radio and hear songs about "Birthday Sex," or "I Kissed A Girl," or "Baby Got Back." But music has changed since then. Likewise, 50 years ago, you couldn't turn on the TV and see shows like "Will & Grace," or "Sex & the City." But TV has changed since then. When Gone With the Wind was made in 1939, there was much controversy over Rhett Butler's famous line, "I don't give a damn." It was only after much back and forth compromise that the movie was allowed to keep the scandalous line. Nowadays, we hear and see much worse in movies. The world isn't a 1950's black & white sitcom anymore. Things have changed, either for the better or for the worse. But for some strange reason, you think that porn is supposed to be the same way it was 50 years ago. I wasn't around back then. But going by what little amount of pornography I've seen from that period, it sucked.
In what world are you living? This is porn, not the Cub Scouts. The girls in porn are hired for one thing: to suck and fuck. There's no such thing as chivalry in this business, as evident by the 2007 experience Mariah shared with us here. Some of the fanboys here watching porn may be white knights in shining armor. But that doesn't mean that the guys making it are trying to be.
You're right. But even without O'Connor, it was still a majority ruling (5 to 3 without O'Connor).

I don't get it either. I mean, i am no Max Hardcore fan myself. Never saw any of his movies. I heard what he was about and stayed away. Simple!
What I don't get is your(Mariah) pure hatred for a man you have never worked with and never met(figuratively). I mean you say things like "I hope he gets raped in prison" and "I fucking detest Max Hardcore". That is kind of an extreme thing to say about a person who you never worked with or even hung around much. All your hatred of the man is based on other peoples thoughts and views of him and not your own first hand dealings.

What's not to understand? A hell of a lot of porn consumers liked porn the way it used to be. Then, during the last few years, it increasingly got turned into what you yourself acknowledge is now an "over the top, cartoonishly stupid exercise in misogynistic pseudo-pedo garbage." It didn't used to be the case that you'd rent a video for you and your wife, thinking you'd enjoy a romantic evening together, only to have to turn it off half way through because of some appallingly graphic display of utter perversion that defies civil description. It is that type of crap that has turned mainstream porn consumers against the industry. And, if you don't think this is a popularity contest, you're dead wrong. The law is malleable. At any given time, it is what 2/3 to 3/4 (or maybe as little as 51%) of the population wants it to be. Max's incarceration is a clear indicator of what that population wants and, more importantly, what they do not want. Anyone who persists though in not understanding this simple point will find him or herself singing an old tune.

I seen a documentry done on this guy years ago in the UK.
One of the girls was crying and he was telling her if she didn't do the scene he would make sure she didn't work again. The stuff he was looking her to do was disgusting
The guy making the documentry had to step in and threaten him with the police. That Max guy is a bad dude and i am glad he is locked up. I am amazed he has fans on here.
Just my opinion of course.

The worst scenes of the film were when Richard persuaded Felicity to meet the notorious Max Hardcore; a man who could have walked straight out of a Helen Zhavia novel; a man whose idea of interviewing Felicity and assessing her potential was to walk into the room and shove his penis into her before even shaking her hand, looking her in the eyes or asking her consent, while Richard stood and watched, smirking. It was obvious Felicity was terrified and deeply frightened, but alone in a strange house with no-one to speak up in her interest apart from the supposedly objective film crew, the best she could offer was nervous laughter. She had been constantly told that this is what she was supposed to be doing; who was she to disagree? Eventually she was reluctantly persuaded to do some filming there and then. Thirty minutes later she ran off the set crying after being deliberatly choked during oral sex. Max Hardcore followed; Richard, again, did nothing. Felicity was shocked and traumatized, but Max Hardcore sat by her and tried to persuade her to continue, first faking sympathy, calling her special, but then suddenly turning and subjecting her to a torrent of verbal abuse: ‘I’m not fucking impressed with your fucking effort, it’s fucking pathetic, you’re a fucking loser.’ Felicity would have agreed to continue had the camera crew not stepped in, realising they were about to be complicit in a rape. But what would have happened if they hadn’t been there?
After this appalling encounter, Felicity went back to jobs elsewhere, but seemed to be numbed, agreeing to go ahead with things she began her trip saying she would not and could not do. Her visit to Max, explained Richard, was all part of her ‘education’. It emerged that one of the purposes of it was to test her ‘limits’ and to scare and shock her into doing more hardcore scenes.

^Interesting post, Pokerman. The way I see it. Every industry has to be regulated. Porn is no different. For the antics they were playing, Arthur Andersen had to go down. If not, the entire accounting industry would have been tainted. The same holds true with Max Hardcore. Pigs like him give the entire industry a bad name.

I'm living in a world where girls can show up five years from now and say they didn't know what they were getting into and they're probably mostly telling the truth.

You can say they should be responsible for themselves and I agree but that's just not how the world works. Disadvantaged (and perhaps naive) young women who go into the business will not be expected to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions later on after they are educated by the school of hard knocks. If a male pornographer takes advantage of the fact that they don't know how to look out for themselves, he'll be the one who gets painted as a monster every time and the industry will be guilty by association and the fact that it knows what's happening and does nothing about it. If the industry knowingly lets this happen over and over and over, how are we supposed to defend that?

Dr Nasty
I have met Max on several occasions, one of them when he followed me to my car outside of world modeling asking me to come to his house for a party and to shoot my first anal scene with him. I was around for about a year when that happened and had heard enough to stay away and I declined. He didn't push it with me after that.
When you hear one or two times girls bitching about a guy then yeah, they might be over-exaggerating it and you let it go but store it for later. But what about when you hear it dozens of times? I know Alexandra Silk personally and she is one of the sweetest human beings you will ever meet, period. She was traumatized by what happened to her and she said that it bothered her for years afterward because of how gullible and helpless she felt to not stand up for herself. When it happens to your friend then it becomes personal and I am allowed to feel this way about a predator of young girls because not so long ago I was one in this business and it could have happened to me.
I never met John Cooey the piece of shit who raped and buried Jessica Lundsford alive while she clutched her stuffed animal but does that mean I can't wish him to burn in hell or eternal rape? I only know what I've been told about him?
Happy New Year!

To the contrary, that is exactly how the real world works. They are adults. Therefore, they are indeed responsible for their own actions and decisions.
When I was 18, I did something really stupid that I didn't know what I was getting into. I signed up for a credit card. I had no job, no money, and no idea of the responsibility involved. I only did it because I was a broke college student, and all my friends had credit cards. Long story short, I ended up in huge debt because of it. Sure, I could blame the credit card companies for placing their brochures and applications all over the campus where I was, or for not properly taking the time to educate me on the responsibilites before issuing me a card to go crazy with. But ultimately, it was my own decision, and only I was the one responsible for it, and for repaying the debt.
Why do I tell this story? Because it doesn't matter whether or not you know what you were getting into when you are 18, 19, etc. You are an adult, and that's the way the world will treat you. If they don't like it, then they can quit, which is what most of the girls do anyway. But I do not agree that just because these adult models happen to be young women, then they should still not be treated that same way they would be treated if they were adults working in any other industry. There is nothing preventing them from learning as much as possible about the porn industry, and the people working in it, before making the decision to enter it. However, those working within the industry should not be required to behave in loco parentis for legally adult women. That is not the way of the real world, and should not be the way of the porn industry.
Porn already is regulated. There are STD testing policies which are in place and are enforced. There are the 2257 record-keeping requirements in place, supplementing the other laws which preceded it which already made it illegal to shoot or distribute anyone under the age of 18. The industry is represented by lawyers; there are agents representing the models; adult websites must provide information on their web pages for how parents can have their sites blocked, etc. Porn is already more regulated than the mainstream movie industry is. How much more regulation do you need?
What you are advocating is censorship, not regulation. All regulation does is provide rules to which people working in an industry must adhere. Max Hardcore did that. Although he may have violated some peoples' delicate sensibilities, he violated no law or regulatory practice. Therefore, the aim to rid the world of his movies is only censorship. Furthermore, the tired old statement that people like Max Hardcore are giving the industry a "bad name" is just naive and ridiculous. Porn has always had name, and probably always will. And quite honestly, most of us like it that way. If porn had a good name, nobody would watch it, and it would cease to exist.
By the way, the Supreme Court overturned Arthur Andersen's conviction. Hopefully, Max's pending appeal will yield the same result.
As for the documentary that Pokerman mentioned, I didn't see it. But it doesn't sound surprising. It sounds quite typical for a documentary on porn. I've never seen a documentary on the sex industry that didn't portray all the guys in it to be lecherous monsters, and every girl as a vulnerable sacrificial victim.

How can you guys keep saying Max didn't break any laws??? It blows me away that I keep reading that "he didn't do anything illegal it's just censorship" Well wake the fuck up! He DID break laws that pertain to the shipment of adult related material! When the Supreme Court set the guidelines for the obscenity laws they came to the conclusion that there cannot be a federal obscenity law because it wouldn't speak for all people fairly and that it would be left to the local municipalities to govern according to their community standards.
the dumb fuck shipped porn to places that had laws against it and put himself right in the cross hairs after years of inviting this shit storm that has become his life. And once again I'll say it, anyone who does what he did should know the laws inside and out and adhere to it to the letter because once they slip up there will be wolves waiting to pounce on them.
He was shitting on girls! is that legal in the US? no, but did he get busted for that? NO! He was pissing into their mouths when they were expecting a cum shot...is that legal? probably not but did he get busted for that? NO! He got busted very clearly for breaking existing laws that forbid the distribution of adult related material to specific communities where standards have been set with laws against it. Like it or not that's the law! I fucking live in that community! I am a resident of the Tampa area and I know better so why shouldn't he?
Why can't you just admit that he broke the law even if you don't care for the law?

In most obscenity cases, the law doesn't exist until after the act has already been committed. I agree that it probably isn't the wisest decision to ship adult material to certain places. But if there's no law prohibiting it prior the act being committed, then no law was violated at the time. That's the flaw in these types of cases.
There was no law prohibting porn from being shipped to the DC area, or to the Pittsburgh area, or to the Tampa area. Nonetheless, Stagliano, Rob Black, and Max, respectively, were all charged for breaking such laws that didn't exist at the time of shipment. That's why we say that no law was broken. You can't break a law before the law exists.

To mariahxxx:
Given the way the law is currently constituted, he did indeed break the law.
I personally find this particular law (set of laws based around "obscenity") and the notion of "obscenity" itself--in which the material is of consenting adults--to be unjust, archaic, and vague.
Do you agree with (care for) the current obscenity laws and the way that they are enforced?

Bullshit!
in 2005 when I tried to order a dozen of my own DVD's from Elegant Angel they told me that they were not permitted by law to ship to my zip code! The same went for Excalibur Films and Movies By Mail.
The laws are there and if you do some research you'll find that they are and you can even get a list of them for your records. I have that list at home so when I do an auction or sell personal items on my site I make sure it's not on the list. There have been 4 or 5 times when I wasn't able to ship DVD's to people because of it.

I have a general question for people "in the know":
Is shipping out of certain areas as illegal as shipping into them?
(i.e., can both ends of the transaction be tested under the Miller standards?)
This is something that came to mind during this conversation and is something that has always been a question that I have had.
edit: my bold was in the wrong place.

I don't agree with laws that allow one group of people to decide what another group of people view. But I do feel that a line needs to be drawn somewhere. If you are shitting into someone's mouth that is a health issue and could actually kill someone. that also goes for pissing into someone's mouth. As gross as that stuff is to me, if it weren't dangerous to someone's health then I wouldn't care if you did it and made videos of it because people like to see it.
As far as bondage laws go, it's a very strange way they have the laws structured. On DVD (in the US) you are not allowed to show penetration if a girl is tied up, but on the internet you can. I think that with the bdsm you need some regulation because things could be happening to girls without their consent and with the sex slave industry being what it is you have to protect people from being tortured or worse.
It was funny I was reading a few months ago about this guy who bitching that the bondage laws were too strict and he liked to see girls tied up and spanked and choked and gagged and all that stuff and he wanted their to be no regulation on that type of content. Then in another article he had written he was attacking G W Bush for torturing the Islamic lunatics suspected of conspiring to blow up innocent people. I know it isn't exactly the same but how do you want there to be an easy way for young girls to be tortured against their will for your sexual satisfaction yet find it reprehensible for people who have been found to be attempting to bomb US cities or airplanes or whatever? pretty double standard-ish on that one eh? :)
No clue on the shipping out of certain areas question. I would doubt it unless there are possession laws like there are in Alabama where it is (or was) illegal to posses dildos or sex toys that are used for penetration.

^Max never did scat. So I don't know where people keep getting that from. The only reason I know this is because I remember reading on a Web forum somewhere (not this one or XPT, and I don't remember the name of the forum since I only lurked there a few times and never participated) a few years ago where Max Hardcore had participated. Someone there had suggested that Max do scat in his movies. Max responded that he would never do it because he didn't like it. That, along with the fact that I've never seen it in any of his movies I've watched, is the reason I know that all these accusations of him shitting on people are false. Since I know this is the case, yet people keep saying it, it only leads me to wonder how many of these other stories we keep hearing about him are false or exaggerated.
As for the health issue, many of the acts we see in porn are potentially dangerous to one's health. We can go down the list of all the risky practices that take place in porn. Truth be known, a guy pissing on a girl- as long as the guy is healthy- isn't anymore of a health risk to her than ejaculating into her mouth, or fucking her without a condom. So that line of reasoning doesn't hold up.
As for the comparison to torturing prisoners, there is a huge world of difference. The difference is that prisoners don't give their consent, and what is happening to them is real torture rather than the fake scripted, and consensual, stuff we see in porn. And No, I'm not the guy who wrote the article.

You should get more information on the subject.
Scat can be potentially dangerous but the health issues related to waterports is debatable. I mean is it more dangerous for a girl to swallow piss rather than sperm? You can get some diseases but I don't see it as a more risky behavior for a porn actress/actor than swallowing, fucking/having a blowjob without a condom, creampies, etc...

its a fact that Max did scat and his distribution company refused to ship it and dropped his contract. He ended up being able to only send it to Europe and he denied it because it is illegal. It is widely known that he did it among people in the business including agents and talent, so because he denied it means nothing.
As far as torturing prisoners, you missed my point entirely. My point was that if you allow any type of bondage you allow for there to be OPPORTUNITY (key word here) for there to be torture done to someone who didn't consent to it prior to being tied up or restrained. To me Rocco is a fucking asshole for the way he treats the girls in his films yet they continue to lineup to shoot with him because he will get their names out there. he broke a girls arm in a scene while forcing her face into a urinal. Not my cup of tea but if the girls don't mind then that's on them.
As far as pissing into someone's mouth and them drinking it not being a health issue you're crazy. You say "if their healthy" ....well who knows what meth freak might be shooting it? Who knows who is healthy? Drinking piss is NOT healthy no matter what or who is pissing it.

I'm prejudiced??? Against who? People who like to drink piss or eat shit? I think it's fucking sick and that someone has an issue if they are into that yes, so if that makes me prejudiced then I accept the label. I have been offered a many times to piss into director's mouths and I have refused 100% of the time because it's not for me so at least I'm not a hypocrite AND prejudiced! :)

And for the record I don't like the kind of watersports Max shot, but to dismiss all watersports, including when they are practised by private persons is just ridiculous, it's none of your business.
I don't know if you realize it but you're acting exactly like religious zealots do when they're talking about porn (and sex if it's not for reproduction and in the missionary position).

Already addressed this earlier, I know for a fact that South did use to send girls to Max, obviously he changed his mind.

Keep dreaming, there's no way Max will win on appeal. I've seen the documentary that Pokerman is talking about and no amount of editing can put the words into Max's mouth, he sounds and acts like the worse kind of gutter pimp. Fuck him.

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of how obscenity law operates in this country.
Neither Max, nor Elegant Angel, Excalibur Films, Movies by Mail, or anyone else, can be assured that a particular movie is "obscene" unless and until an actual prosecution occurs, and a jury determines that the movie is obscene. Even if that happens, that determination is only applicable for the particular jurisdiction where the case was heard.
Aside from those extremely rare occurrences, producers and sellers of adult movies do not have, and cannot have, any certainty as to what is illegal. There are no bright-line tests; there are no safe harbors; there are no lists of content which can be said with certainty to be "safe" or "illegal;" there is nothing which is "legal on the internet, but not on DVD;" there are no safe or unsafe zip codes. All the producers and vendors can do, in consultation with their attorneys, is make guesses as to what is likely or less likely to draw prosecution, and the likelihood of a conviction, based on past history, results of prior prosecutions, tacit understandings with local law enforcement, announced intentions of local prosecutors and politicians, and other factors. A company which will not ship to a particular zip code is not doing so because it knows that to do so would be illegal; it is doing so because it, and its attorneys, have decided that the risk of being prosecuted in that jurisdiction outweighs the possible rewards of doing business in that jurisdiction.
Thus, your repeated suggestions that Max either knew, or could have known, that he was breaking the law, are simply incorrect. The only way he could have done that would have been to sell the videos in that jurisdiction, be prosecuted and convicted for obscenity, and then sell the exact same videos to someone else in that jurisdiction. That's the only certainty that Max, you, or anyone in the adult industry can have about what's "obscene." So the next time you're shipping your DVD's out to someone, think about how great it would be if that "someone" happened to be a God Squad or politically ambitious prosecutor who had decided to show your videos to 12 yokels who can't get out of jury duty, and try to send you to prison for years, and seize your house and your business. It could happen. It probably won't, but it could.

^ Harri, you're playing dumb, all producers and distributors know what states to avoid: Utah, Ohio, Florida, etc. You see it posted on every site that sells porn by mail. You're right that there's no guarantee that you won't be charged in other states, but it's not like no one knows where to avoid.

I am not playing dumb.
I pointed out Mariah's misconceptions regarding obscenity laws in this country -- misconceptions which appear to be common among people in the industry and on this forum, and which I believe are in large part responsible for the blasé reactions to obscenity prosecutions on the part of the very people who should be most up-in-arms about them.

We don't know what the results of the appeal will be until the verdict is announced. In his own letter, Max was also not very optimistic pertaining to the outcome. But considering that he's in jail in the first place serving more time than criminals convicted of violent offenses, it's understandable that he would be disillusioned with the justice system.
Nonetheless, it's just as possible that he will win as it is that he will lose. I don't agree that there's "no way" it can happen. Maybe you're right that it's only a dream, but somewhere there has to be a court that knows that throwing someone in jail for this does not qualify as justice, but is only a mockery of it. Even if he does sound and act "like the worse kind of gutter pimp," there's still no law against doing so.

Excellent post and explanation, Harri.
Here is a little insight into the common "no ship" areas.
NO SHIP POLICIES
An old ADT thread:
E-tailers:List of 'No Ship' zones, please!
--------------------
BushDVD
We will not ship to, but not limited to, the following areas: Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Alabama, and Northern District of Florida. International orders are not accepted at this time.
--------------------
SugarDVD
Are there any places you won't ship to?
Yes, but just a few. We ship to United States addresses and their territories. Due to community standards regarding obscenity, there are some shipping restrictions on certain areas of the country. If you are receiving a message after you add an address stating that the address is not available, this may be the reason. These restrictions are as follows:
Entire states that we WILL NOT ship to:
Alabama
Tennessee
Zip codes that we WILL NOT ship to:
Florida 32300 thru 32399, 32500 thru 32599
Oklahoma City, OK 73100 thru 73199
Newport News, VA 23600 thru 23699
Fairview Heights, IL 62208
Belleville, IL 62220, 62221, 62222, 62223, 62226
Southern, OH 45000 thru 45999
Mississippi 38600 thru 39799
Utah 84000 thru 84199, 84300 thru 84799

North Carolina 28200 thru 28299
--------------------
Xonair
Prohibited Zip Codes Many US Zip Codes have local or state laws that restrict the shipping of adult content to them. If you live in a restricted state and still purchase a product, you will be in violation of our terms and conditions. You hereby release Xonair from any liabilities that may occur from the purchase. While Xonair attempts to keep this list current, it is your responsibility to know the laws that apply to your area. Unless otherwise indicated, we do not ship to any Zip Code in the States listed below:
ALABAMA
ARKANSAS
FLORIDA: Jacksonville, Tallahassee
KENTUCKY

Now if you're Max hardcore doing the types of scenes he does with the amount of scrutiny he gets wouldn't you think he would have that list handy somewhere when orders were placed? Seriously.
As far as me being confused, I pay an attorney very well to keep me up to date on the current laws and I abide by the ones he outlines for me as anyone in my business should. I know Max has good representation so he must have just discarded it and did as he pleased anyway.
I never said Jim SOuth didn't book for him, because he did. he just made sure the girls were aware of what he was about and what would be expected of them. In the later years Jim stopped booking because of all of the complaints he got from the girls and how many times he went out of his own pocket to pay them the difference that Max refused to pay. I am very close with Jim to this day and spoke to Jr on the phone this morning when they both called to wish me a happy birthday so please don't try to tell me about Jim South. I mentioned this to him today and he said if anyone deserved it Max was the guy. Anything else need to be said from a guy who stood up to it for over 30 years?

how did he not get murdered? considering the number of lives he has apparently ruined, i thought he would have crowds of people chasing him with knives and shotguns.
sometimes there is an ad for "eurostrength max hardcore" in the banner space.

A few of Max's titles might come back to haunt him while in prison:
(1) 30 Days in the Hole
(2) Black Attack
(3) Anal Adventures Of Max Hardcore: Love Hurts
(4) Max 1: Anal Holocaust
(5) Max 13: Resistance is Futile
(6) Please Don't Fuck Me in the Ass
Max's obsession with all things anal should serve him well the next few years.

If a person is not healthy, their cum is probably no safer than their piss. Urine is generally not dangerous. I wouldn't say it's good for you but you'll live and it's not in any way on the same level as feces. Don't do watersports if you don't want to but there's nothing particularly dangerous about it.
Call me crazy but if I had those kinds of concerns about a person's health status, I wouldn't be having any kind of sexual contact with them.

my opinion on people swallowing pee or eating shit is my own, but how can one think they don't have issues if this is the desire that they have to fulfill their sexual cravings?
it's called human waste for a reason, excrement is expelled from the body for a reason, and that's because it is toxic.
there are studies that have shown that there are more cases of Dysentery in the US than ever before due to people not washing their hands after using the restroom which means, that the pee and poop on your hands is making you sick!
Now it seems obvious that some of you enjoy this type of thing and kudos to you, but I just would love to know where in your history did you say, "hmmm. I think she's hot...I want to drink her piss or eat her shit!" lol
