^ I agree that the Book of Mormon isn't very well written at all, but there are some good books on the church's history and theology. Fascinating stuff, imho.

Whoops, officially derailed the thread. Anyway, it will be interesting to see what happens when Max gets out of jail. He does look in good shape in that photo. Keeping off the juice seems to agree with him.
I have to admit it's hilarious to see all the little Max haters banging their heads against the wall after having seen a picture of Max in jail with a big grin on his face. Maybe doing time for "obscenity" isn't the same as doing time for "abuse" (Or whatever you call it) after all, huh? Edited by - randomprecision on 4/21/2010 5:28:30 PM
Maybe that is why he is so happy! I hear a guy like that learns to love being gang-banged by five bubbas while in the pen. Heck, maybe he will make porn movies featuring himself being gang-banged by five extra-large black football players when he gets out! Maybe he will even give one a blow-job and swallow. Heck, I hear that Bree Olsen will be his second piece of talent after checking out of the Hotel Gangbang and making his bubba movie. That movie will feature Bree being gang-banged by the same five bubbas from his first movie, all friends he made in prison. Also, message to the moderators, I am joking. Please don't lose your lunch over a little dirty prison humor. Joke notwithstanding, I like Bree Olsen. I had to insert her here due to all the rumors about her tweeting activity. Just because you think that a person did something wrong that he should be sorry for doesn't make it true.Maybe you should just quit watching porn and stick to Lifetime.

I would expect no other reaction from you based on your response here. I can only be sorry that your attitude appears to be that women are adversaries or some kind of 'prey' to be hunted down and lured into spreading their legs for you. That you regard sex as "getting lucky" indicates to me how successful that attitude has been for you. What makes it true "how wrong he was in demeaning women and sex" is not that I think so or that Little is in jail for a totally unrelated reason. What makes it true is that ANY attitude that cuts one person off from another on the basis of anything like gender or race or physical appearance or whatever has nothing to do with that person's character, deprives the one with the attitude potentially of the very thing he is most in need of: friendship, love, understanding, the pleasure of sharing life. Lifetime? Have you watched that Channel? It's attitude toward men is frequently a toned down misandry that, in its way, is no better nor much different than MH's blatant misogyny. Men are depicted as ineffective, misunderstanding dolts or out and out lying cheating shitheads, with the occasional sympathetic intelligent male thrown in to appear fair and balanced. I much prefer porn. At least, in much of that, men and women appear to be enjoying each other, which, if anatomy and physiology is any indicator, is how it should be.

Blacksix, I stated that I agreed with the last three posters (aerotherms, realtip, and Guam) due to their points on pushing women to their limits. They also said they liked the way Max made it different, above average, and therefore more exciting. The way you threw a sentence together insinuating that I like performers portraying daddy's molesting daughters really leads me to question your comprehension skills. You may read a lot, but I'm hesitant to believe you're truly picking up what people are laying down. It was the euro version of UNIVERSAL MAX 6, the first scene with ASIA, Max says, "I fuck girls that are only five years old, I don't give a fuck how old they are. I ass pumped an eight year old the other day while her mommy was watching, getting off on it". The difference between this kind of statement within pornography and a R-rated depiction of a child molester is like comparing apples and oranges. In my opinion, when a man like Max is saying something like this, as you are watching a dick go in and out of a beautiful Asian girl's asshole, it hard-wires your brain to think it's copacetic to ass-rape little girls. When a movie portrays a child being molested, it isn't as visually graphic as a HARDCORE production, and isn't necessarily making the viewer believe that five year old anal rape is cool. What do I want from Max? I want him shut down. I want to be alone with him for an hour in a soundproof room. I want every penny he and his cronies made to be confiscated and given to victims of child molestation. I want incest and pedophilia glorification oriented smut to go the way of the dinosaur. I want porn to be about the beauty of the female body from and the eroticism of sex between men and legal aged women. Acke, all I know for sure about John Stagliano's rose symbol is that it is most likely an esoteric form of communication between people that are higher on the pyramid than I am. As I've stated before, I believe that people such as Stagliano care nothing for our freedom of speech, and only use it as a platform to launch their female debaucherizing, homo erotic, hyper-Euro-bitch-smackity, man big toe, male spit loving, and transsexual agenda. If a man like that pushes the envelope, the only thing that will come of it is more red tape for the little guys and gals, and a further consolidation of power for big established porn outfits such as his. I always wondered why CITIZEN KANE began with the word "rosebud". As far as that picture of him is concerned, it looks fake.
Dude. I won't argue with you about Max. I'm all Maxed out and have said everything I could ever possibly say about him on this board somewhere or another. But your criticism of Stagliano's stuff just makes you look like a big, dumb, paranoid, hate-filled idiot. If you don't like his stuff, fine. The guy has his freedom and his business on the line. I guess you're justified in hating Max if you really think he's a pedo (I don't). But there's no reason to bash John here.
I thought the same thing but if it is real, it's funny for just the reason I stated earlier. On the other hand, I don't think it matters much if it is real because the reality is, Max is probably not doing too bad in jail. That makes all the people who are having rape fantasies about him and unable to move on with their lives because he made a few movies that offended them funny. I do not like Max. As far as John Stagliano goes, I have no hatred for him. I merely observe his affects upon the industry and call them like I see them. Sure I think a lot of material they do is very gay and anti-woman, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't sit down at a table and buy the man a beer. I mean fuck, if it wasn't for these guys monopolizing the industry and making it what it is, I wouldn't enjoy the rare stuff nearly as much. As a matter of fact, life without Mr. Stagliano and his disciples would suck. Everybody wants a challenge. Like EPMD says, ya gotsta chill.

If you're implying that my sex life is not exactly lively enough for a letter to Penthouse, then you are correct. You are also correct in assuming that this is by no fault other than my own, but not for the reasons you state here. Admittedly, I don't put myself out there as much as I probably should, but that's just not who I am. Despite my occasional enjoyment of extra-hardcore "balls-to-the-wall" porn, I am actually rather reserved and, if I say so myself, quite gracious toward the opposite sex. To the contrary, if I were really the type of guy you seem to think I am, then I'm pretty sure I'd be getting laid much more often.
The truth of the matter is that men don't watch porn for all that nice stuff you're talking about. We just want to see hot chicks getting fucked.
I agree. However, a very large percentage of women love it. It's a very popular network among women, including many women who I know. Yet, following your line of reasoning, any women who watches the network must also hold a view of men similar to the negative ones you acknowledge are depicted on Lifetime. After all, that's the same nonsense you keep saying about the viewers of MH.
In other words, you want to ban anyone who produces entertainment that you don't like. Here's a better idea: How about you just not watch it, and quit wanting to interfere in what others can watch? Edited by - realtip on 4/23/2010 12:45:24 AM
I can't speak for Realtip but in my opinion, your point seems to be that women (or, more accurately, the women who are inclined to do the Max type of porn) just don't know what's good for them. Of course, you haven't said that. You, of course, blame the man and avoid discussing the fact that he wouldn't be able to make this porn at all without the consent and cooperation of MOST of the women. I will agree that I'm sure he did dupe a few who had no idea about him and didn't know what to do when things turned bad. Maybe he even tricked more than a few. He did (I would guess) work with a large number of women over the years. But I refuse to believe that the majority of them didn't know the score ahead of time. Also, I don't live in a cave. I've met and interacted with enough women in my life to know they (on average) are perfectly capable of standing up for themselves when it's required. And also that they generally don't hesitate to do so. I don't believe the average woman in porn valley (or wherever Max used to shoot) was any different. Some have attempted to portray them as ignorant and weak. I just don't buy it. Again, maybe some of them but they couldn't possibly have all been that way. In all of your arguments against Max, you have ignored one thing. The will of the average woman who chose to work with him. Maybe they loved it, maybe they hated it or maybe they just put up with it and collected their check. Whatever the case may be, you choose to vilify him mostly for doing what he liked to do with women who were (probably) basically OK with it. Whether that means vanilla fucking, urinating on them, slapping them, whatever. Your argument actually seems to be trying to say they don't have a right to choose to allow someone to do this to them. This is the inescapable point that I don't think you have ever admitted. Attempting to invalidate someone's choice just because you don't like it is more degrading than anything Max did to most of them. The right to make a choice (even a bad one) is the most basic right of all. This goes way beyond Max. As far as I'm concerned, there's enough circumstantial evidence that he crossed several lines (probably many times). What is troubling to me is the idea that the average pornographer's right to make heavy and hard kink is being compromised on the example of a Man who went much farther than most of them probably ever would. The typical porner who would make golden shower content, for example, would probably make absolutely sure it was all 100% consensual and nobody was tricked into anything. They would likely make that absolutely clear on the video as well. And even if a few more did, they would still not be the norm. This is the problem here. Max is an aberration. I'm not saying he's the only aberration in the industry but there are not many who would take things as far as he apparently did. And so, the acts themselves are being made to appear bad by their association with an unsavory (and notorious) character. Because it's not good enough to say pissing on someone is degrading (Because many will rightfully say that people have the right to consent to it anyway even if you find it degrading to women). In order to thoroughly denounce it, it's very helpful if it can be associated with someone who frequently left the question of full consent in doubt. And of course, it's very helpful to the argument if the person you're associating the act with is generally disliked by many and rumored to have been a nasty individual behind the scenes. Of course, there are likely quite a few porners throughout the world who produce "humiliation" themed smut who never really gain the notoriety that Max did. This is (I would guess) primarily because most of them never leave the issue of consent in any serious doubt. They enjoy making such stuff but they don't "push the envelope" the way Max did just for the sake of shocking or outraging people. But, they could eventually be affected by this because the foundation of public disapproval is being built on cases like that of Max. All smart lawmakers, DAs etc know that having public opinion on your side is the golden key. In your rush to condemn the perv jerking off to humiliation/degradation themes, you will undermine the foundations of the freedom that makes all porn (and all expression) possible. Well, not you personally. But you will assist. If we lose this (and we will, eventually) we're all screwed. Edit - I could be somewhat off base with this post. At times, you seem to be all for free speech and at others, I honestly can't tell what you're trying to say. Again, I'm not asserting Max didn't do anything wrong. I don't know that and can't really. I'm asserting that urination, slapping, spitting, whatever is not wrong as long as it's reasonably consensual and none of the participants dispute that. Extremely rough porn is probably a bad idea for obvious reasons but I still don't see it as wrong if the people made an informed choice to do it. Edited by - randomprecision on 4/23/2010 3:32:01 AM

Let me see if I can 'comprehend' what you're 'laying down' brother. You say you agree with "Yep, he’s a misogynist, no question. So what?" and "Maybe some were surprised, some even appalled, but so what?" But then go off on an attack against John Stagliano that is riddled with paranoid homo-hating nonsense, which you quickly back pedal on when challenged, claiming that you would "have a beer" with someone who you claim cares "nothing for our freedom of speech" and wants to consolidate "power for big established porn outfits such as his." Then throw in a classic left-field Citizen Kane is part of the conspiracy nugget at the end and wrap it up with this:
Obviously Brandon is also in on the Freemasons conspiracy.

I agree, of course. But porn is not sex and sex is not love or affection. Each, in its turn is a tool of the other. We watch porn for sexual arousal and release and perhaps to spice up a relationship. In turn, we fuck for that same arousal and release, albeit of perhaps a more pleasurable sort. But sex can also be more than an end in itself. It can also be the ultimate communication of caring and affection between two people, and, when it is, it is so much more than simple arousal and relief as to be an entirely different experience. People who pursue sex as the goal of a relationship may never know what they miss by it, and I, for one, am sorry for them because of it.

Blacksix, just because I disagree wholeheartedly with someone and think they push a Euro and homosexual agenda doesn't mean I hate them. It's a lot like cage-fighting to me. You beat or get beat, but at the end of the match you should hug your opponent. It's porn, not war. As far as assuming that I want to ban anything I don't like, that's one man's interpretation. I think raising awareness about the issue is better than sitting around with a thumb up one's ass while sick minded puppets dominate our media. I have said before that I loved those outfits and pigtail hair styles, but that blatant pedophile shit should not be sold in America. Brandon, I'm glad you're on the Rothschild case. Do you plan on doing any more of the "Ten Little Piggies" series? That was a pretty good concept you had going. You're understanding on the nature of foot fetish is very clear. It would be nice to see you move forward with that and introduce some anal. You are a pretty competent performer. Your RCA scene with Lucy Thai in "Oh Me So Horny" was extremely impressive.
I'm enjoying being a student of the game. Lots of good stuff to enjoy, man. No plans on any more Ten Little Piggies but I did put out Toeses Like Roses. Solo foot tease. Fun stuff.
Not that it matters but I saw another scene with that hot blonde Tara Lynn Fox and I couldn't help thinking if Max were out & about still doing his thing SHE would definitely be one of his starlets--and she would do it WILLINGLY--in response to the ridiculous assertions that Max's performers were forced to go thru their scenes. Here's hoping when the Max man gets out he'll pick up right where he left off!!!! Trying to think of some other cute teens or 20 somethings today who would agree to do a Max scene. Andy Dimas??? I know you're out there??!!

Hope away, but I think we've seen the end of "Max Hardcore." People who come out of jail and go back to doing what put them in jail tend to go back to jail. I doubt that little will be interested at his age in tempting fate.

^In other words, he can still make the same movies. He'll just know better than to ship them to conservative hick towns in the middle of Florida.
What is there to "raise awareness" about? Again, if you think someone is a "sick minded puppet," then you simply have the right and the choice not to patronize that person's productions. However, you seem to be one of many people who isn't satisfied with having the choice to avoid that which offends you, but you also have to make sure that everyone else avoids it too even if it doesn't offend others.
Good news! "Pedophile shit" isn't legally sold in America. So what are you complaining about? If you mean that someone making a movie in which he only pretends to be a pedophile shouldn't be sold in America to those who wish to view it, then I completely disagree. And fortunately, so does the law, which is exactly why porn prosecutors need to find ridiculous loopholes around it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You really value your first amendment that much? Listen to yourself man! sticking up for people who get off on watching people "pretend" to be a paedophile, sticking up for a misogynist who likes to pretend he's a paedophile for others pleasure? Maybe communism wasn't such a bad idea lol. There are liberals and then there are people who just take the piss or in Max Hardcores case spray it over young girls faces......ah the american dream!

Yeah sure, maybe I am an asshole for having an opinion as I do. I wouldn't want to limit your freedom to view what you want to view. Maybe I am wrong for that, but I go with my gut, and I will always speak out against trash. Pedophiles seem to slip through too many backdoors throughout this world. Thank goodness the prisoners know how to fix the situation, unless of course you're one of the powerful pedos serving in token prisons. Karma is a motherfucker. As far as legalities go, I bought my Euro version Max DVDs in Detroit and Las Vegas. No questions or problems. I would do it again, simply because I love seeing the Asian women in the videos. Seeing Priva squatting on Max's legs with a cock up her ass is pretty irresistible. Seeing Priva's feet on the legs in RCA is as rare as it gets. I like the First Amendment, but the Second Amendment trumps them all.

Quite so. But I observe that people who are not career criminals, imprisoned, especially unjustly as in this case, for doing something whose illegality is so questionable no one can clearly define even what that illegality IS, will usually find another line of work once they get out of jail. We'll see.

I think too that Bigscotsman27 shows a fundamental misunderstanding of what porn is about. Porn is about sexual FANTASY. It's a vicarious visual adjunct to IMAGINING sex with beautiful girls, doing things, often perverse things, that we would NEVER actually do or even WANT to do for real. Fantasy is an inescapable requirement of all sex for pleasure. Except that it deals exclusively with sex, porn is no different than ANY entertainment. I read fiction to be transported imaginatively to and experience vicariously the situation depicted in the fiction. Reading Ian Fleming doesn't make me a spy or want to be a spy. Watching rough sex porn doesn't mean I am a practitioner of rough sex or a misogynist. On the contrary, using porn, rather than requiring actual doing, to be aroused by our fantasies is PROOF that they are simply fantasies, the "willing suspension of disbelief", as Coleridge put it, that characterizes the very normal, quite healthy, very beneficial, and personally, the highly reccommended excercise of human imagination.

The First Amendment is fabulous, and the Second Amendment guarantees that we have a chance to preserve it. What I don't like is when assholes systematically abuse it until people start questioning that freedom of speech on a whole. I'm never going to give up saying what I feel is in my gut. I will NEVER give up my right to own guns. Period. As I've said before, assholes like Max do the things they do with American flags flying in the background for a reason. It is simply stated once again...problem + reaction = preconceived solution. This stuff is put out all over the world and the people say, "Wow, this guy just forced this girl's throat down on his cock and now there's a bunch of vomit chunks everywhere. That sure is a nice American flag flying in the background. Gee, now she's drinking his piss out of her asshole through a straw. These Americans have too much liberty. They must be the GREAT SATAN...maybe they have too much freedom." Hey duefuss, I heard somewhere that the villains in the James Bond stories were based on Aleister Crowley, a Satanist with the Golden Dawn. What are the odds of that?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maybe so but come on! i'm sure there are far more noble causes to defend than some creepy old perv abusing girls for his and his viewers pleasure.

You're welcome, I'm sure. Actually, the imaginative component of sex (and porn) for pleasure OUGHT to be taught in High School, along with other aspects of of sex for pleasure. A huge amount of sexual repression, some of it dangerous, and all of it quite unnecesary, can be, in my view, blamed entirely on the ignorance and condemnation of healthy, normal, and pretty unavoidable sexual thoughts and urges. BTW, if you think I invented my opinion of the nature of porn, any text on sexuality, from Kinsey to Masters and Johnson to Wetheimer and so forth describes the function of pornography in similar terms. I recommend "Bonk" by Mary Roach, however. At least that one is fun to read.
It's just a guess but I don't think they got that way from having 19 year olds dress up like young girls and let old men pee on them. I'd be willing to bet porn didn't have anything at all to do with it. There's anarchy and then there's making excuses to curtail a reasonable amount of harmless freedom. Edited by - randomprecision on 4/24/2010 10:26:05 PM
Reading this I remembered having read recently about studies showing that rapists are likely to be people who have been punished for viewing pornography and taught to see it as a bad and shameful thing - and that permissive attitudes and availability of porn is actually linked to a decline in sex crimes. Googling for it I landed on this article (The Scientist). Quote from the article:
Which would seem to prove that porn doesn't cause rape and murder as many of it's detractors insist that it does. Do you think there's one rapist in Rwanda who has a Max collection? OK. I have no idea. Maybe all of them have some porn. But I doubt it. If they did, they'd probably be too busy jerking off to cause trouble. Edited by - randomprecision on 4/25/2010 4:40:58 AM
The Catholic church never approved of porn nor extramarital sex, that never stopped priests from abusing children. Some people will likely abuse or rape regardless of laws or upbringing.

First of all, no one is "abusing" anyone in those movies. Semantics aside, you're right that there are probably more noble causes to defend. That can be said about almost any issue. There are people who think that gay marriage, or gun ownership, or affirmative action, or illegal immigration, etc., are all trivial issues. Tell that to the millions of people who are affected by them. For this issue of MH specifically, it appears that people such as yourself are constantly missing the bigger picture. It's not just about one "creepy old perv" making dirty movies. It's about the slippery slope to which suppressing him and others leads. What makes your First Amendment rights, or even mine, any more valuable or worth defending than his? If the governemnt can label his material obscene, then what is there to prevent the same government from labeling any of the entertainment that you enjoy obscene? The First Amendment doesn't apply only to popular expression, it applies to all free expression- popular and unpopular. Also, to counter your argument, just as there are probably more noble causes to defend, there are also many more pressing issues which are real threats that warrant opposition than said "creepy old perv" making dirty movies and the people who watch him. It's really frightening when people become so intimidated by someone else exercising his rights that they risk giving up their own freedoms for the sake of taking away someone else's.
There's that word "abuse" again. How do you determine if someone is "abusing" his freedoms? Is it determined by that person simply doing or saying something you don't like? Also, your comment is very hypocritical. You refer to other people "abusing" their freedoms, yet you enjoy having your own freedom to speak out against them. Again, what makes your right to "speak out" any more valuable than someone else's freedoms of choice? By trying to take away someone else's rights, you should realize that you risk losing your own.

If Realtip had been Max's lawyer, I don't think he would have gone to jail at all with all the free speech talk. Not bashing you in any way, I just noticed your passion. Kind of nice to see people defend a male porn actor (even though I hate what Max does), refreshing from all the female worshiping.

realtip, I also appreciate your passionate defense of Max. If you think I'm hypocritical, maybe I am. I have also spent a lot of time stating certain beliefs that I have about the situation as it pertains to Max. It seems that the overall message keeps getting lost in the fragmented quotes. I am all for Freedom of Speech, if Max wants to say it's cool to anal rape five year old little girls, I agree he has the right to do that. What many don't seem to understand about this is the result of him doing this. The result is...''''''drum-roll''''' Other assholes in suits might stand up and say, "look at what this guy said, he's advocating for the anal rape of five year old little girls, we've got to create some kind of law curtailing the American's freedom of speech because this is the kind of thing that happens when people are given too much freedom." So,...before it gets to that point, I would rather stand up and say "Hey Max! Why don't you shut the fuck up! ...and take that American flag down that's captured so often in your videos as you do the disturbing things that you do, because you sure don't represent what America is loved for. As a matter of fact, you represent what America is hated for." ...and by the way, if you see Max in prison anytime soon, would you be sure and tell him "SATAN!"
FWIW/FYI, I frequent a number of internet BBs that have members who are active in the Tea Party movement or support the movement. They never refer to themselves as "tea baggers" and take the sobriquet as a slur.
How about by interacting with them in person or virtually in cyberspace. This BB has several members who are right of center in their political views. Why go to the media when you can communicate with them directly or at least read their posts? How about doing research beyond channel surfing?
Bluntly, my contempt for you comes from reading many of your posts across a number of forums and a number of topics. In these posts, it is my view that you do exactly what you define as vitriolic. Four reasons why I reached this conclusion follow. First, you offer broad comments about people whom you've never met (including celebrities and lawyers) that are both petty and jealous. Second, you jump on folks who have views of women in pr0n and pr0n itself that differ than yours. These broadsides are noteworthy because take positions on both topics are not consistent with each other. At times, your spirited defenses of women and the industry start off sounding well-intended but you mostly end up sounding like an articulate version of Taylor Von Bailey. Third, there is your use of psychological concepts to 'analyze' people on this BB. This practice--once fashionable at the turn of the last century and again popular during the 1960s/1970s--is now widely considered obnoxious socially and unethical among professional psychologists in a variety of fields (but especially in psychoanalysis). What makes your conduct in this regard especially risible is that you use concepts you do not understand beyond what you may have seen on television or read on wikipedia. . Your understanding takes me to the fourth reason why I find your posts awful. You often support your views in a way to suggest that you know topics better than you actually do. In this regard, you belittle others' intelligence because you think they'll fall for your legerdemain. You hedge your position with qualifiers like "as I understand it," and "it seems." These efforts do little to hide the fact that you are doing your "research" on the fly, using concepts haphazardly, and are not very well read. Moreover, when you've been asked directly for references, you avoid the question and instead jump on the questioner. Take, for example, this exchange.
Rather than answering a direct question with a direct answer, you put a spin on Cimfan's question. Why not just answer the question and be done with it? Why turn to an interplay of the difference between "fair percentage" and "very small percentage"? What is the factual basis (statistical, anecdotal, or other) for your "fair percentage"? Freedom of speech isn't fought over noble causes. I mentioned this up above but no one responded. Why is what Max does any worse than the hardcore bondage and spanking videos? Some of those girls leave the set with their asses flayed into roast beef, I don't understand why that isn't more on the front lines of the censorship battle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well i have to say realtip, you are correct in what you say. My bad. I just don't like Max Hardcore stuff (what i have seen of it)and i don't like the character he portrays. I will therefore not watch his content, but as long as everyone involved is fully aware of what is happening and everyone is a consenting adult, then people should be free to watch it should they choose.
