^I would say from a purely legal point of view that it's not rape but sexual assault. That said the victim may think it's rape and no matter what comes of this. She is the one who will suffer the consequences long after we stop talking about it. Hopefully she gets justice even if she may never get legal satisfaction.

Can someone explain the science to me? How do you get a cyst in your vagina after having anal sex?

^She had a cyst in her vagina. She knew about it and let everyone know that she couldn't engage in vaginal sex. The scene was supposed to be only anal. Marcus knew this and still penetrated Ana vaginally. The cyst ruptured because of that.

^Mind you, this is all according to the accuser. We have not heard the viewpoint of the accused.
Sorry if I was off-topic. My comments are simply an attempt to contribute to the discussion of the issue, not to have the last word or merely be contrarian. They should not be interpreted otherwise.
The burden is on her because she is the one making the accusation. To say that people can just go around making accusations without following proper procedure is condoning irresponsibility and slander.

Also, making an accusation has the effect of negative action being directed towards the accused. We all know that a female pornstar going on Twitter to make an accusation against a male performer, whether or not the accusation is true, is going to result in numerous people seeing it and directing negativity against the person accused. This is the standard formula and happens repeatedly. It is indeed an effort to ruin the career and reputation of the accused, as we can see people are obviously trying to do.

Everyone agreed before the shoot that it was an anal only scene, then, supposedly, he went off script and fucked her pussy anyway.
There's an easy way to close all this out. Watch the footage.. If he did it, he should be blackballed for a year. If she's lying, she should be blackballed for a year.
No more crap from anyone on either side.

^^And has the accused ever had a response? I don't recall Dupree having fuck-all to say after the August Aimes accusations. I don't recall him having anything to say after other performers confirmed that he was too rough with them and he was now on their "No" Lists.

"Everyone?" Are you sure about that as you're making pretty broad assumptions? Are you sure that the guy in question also was informed of the issue? Who is going to enforce your "blackballing," when time and time again performers and companies will barely stick to quarantine/moratoriums and allow other problem performers to play in the porn sandbox?

You do understand the only agreement with value is the of the female performer do you, If she says anal only it means NO vagina , it doesn't mean that whoever disagreed could do whatever he pleased.
You can only do what the female performer agrees for

So yes everyone agreed with that her agent dealt for an anal scene, the producer and the director those who dealt with her agent knew she would only do anal , if he was in disagreement could just reschedule or refuse , he didn't, thus he agreed the terms as dealt.

You may say: but nobody inforded the male talent ! Even without taking into consideration that the actress did tell everybody there she had a medical condition and could not perform vaginal, as it appears Producer, director and performer were all the very same Markus Dupree, so he knew very well he would harm the girl with lasting consequences, he just didn't give a flying fuck it would seem

^^Are you speculating for the sake of speculating or are you genuinely having an opposing point of view because at the moment the only info we have is from the victim and while we may never know the truth. Until the other person or persons involve actually offer different info then what the victim claims as to be taken for facts. It as been four days since this story came out and do you notice something strange? Markus has yet to comment. In fact he hasn't actually tweeted anything other than Vogov info. To go even further. If you go and check his twitter account than you will think that you made a mistake and stumbled on Autumn's because she is the only one who seems to be tweeting stuff. Maybe it's just me but If someone accused me of something as heinous as what Ana did then the first thing I would do is give my versions of the events.

Nothing will happen to him unfortunately, I see producers already backing him. Its crazy to me how some male performers can get away with this stuff, but others are blackballed for doing this same stuff. Double standards and politics are at an all time high in this industry. Crazy how she might be the one to lose work, because these studios will act like its her fault and they will be afraid of using her thinking she will accuse them of something.

What you're saying is going way over these guys heads. Accusations concerning criminal behavior were made and they could care less about due process for the accused. Yay the mob.

1. Thank you for explaining that, I would have never understood those concepts without your help. Are you sure you didn't need to cut and past some definitions from the dictionary? Thanks again.

2. You were there to provide eyewitness accounts to all of this.

3. Again, if she has a serious medical condition, regardless of the type of scene, why is she shooting scenes if she's not 100%?

What part of "she had a medical condition IN HER VAGINA and was hired and scheduled for an ANAL ONLY scene" you find hard to understand?
A dick up her ass wouldn't rub against her cyst hence she could perform anal sex

You're givin him credit based only on his givin' less than a rat shit about what happened , he did the same in the case of August Ames , and so did always when someone called him out for his behaviour.
He just doesn't give a shit about the actresses or anyone the very same way I don't give a shit about how many cochroaches died in New York yesterday or any day of the year. it's just that

She didn't accuse anyone of anything though. To accuse someone, you have to name them. When she told this story on twitter, she didn't say who it was, and she didn't call for any consequences to come upon that person.

You and the other poster I was responding to are treating this as if it were the same as the Leigh Raven or Stoya cases, where the women very publicly called out the male performer.

Ana only named the male performer long after people were begging her for the name. She never intended for this to be about negative consequences. She intended to tell a story about a bad day, and have it be a kind of "heads up" in general to performers.

Now, one might make the argument that if you don't want to accuse someone then you should never tell stories about bad things that happened to you, but that seems a bit much.

One could also say that she never should have revealed his name no matter how many people asked, but again, I think we've all been in a situation where we've given up some info we didn't initially intend to when enough people have pressured us.

^I would add that while I completely understand why most women don't want to report sexual assault/rape for fear of the obvious backlash they will suffer. It's refreshing when one does even if originally she may not have wanted because the only way to prevent things like that from happening in the industry is to call out the people who perpetrate the action they are accused of.

what are you saying?? she named him within 5 hours of posting the original tweet so yes she did accuse him. it is not like she waited for a year or two before telling everyone who the guy was. you can say she did it because people begged her but still doesnt change the fact that she did name him. though i dont understand why any of this is important to discuss or even mention.

Ok. But regardless of it being an anal only scene, somehow(I wasn't there so I don't know) a dick did wind up in her pussy thus rupturing the cysts.

I understand perfectly well, btw, but do you understand that I'm actually concerned about a serious issue?

On several threads here, if a girl blows off a half dozen scenes because of a cold, the guys here treat the girls like delicate little flowers with comments like "it's ok sweetie, take care of your health" or "get healthy honey, those directors are dicks for charging you a kill fee for not showing up. Don't they know of you health issues?"

But in this case, an actual issue brings crickets. But whatever.

What is alarming about your "concern" is that you are worried about why was she on set and not why she is stating that she was vaginally raped on set. This is the equivalent of stating if she didn't want to be raped why was she wearing that? Your "concern" blames her and not the person she is accusing of forcing his dick where it wasn't permitted to be.

If he's doing her anally in doggy style his nutsack will repeatedly smack against her vagina, potentially hitting the cyst. I'm no anatomy expert but I know this for sure. Watch any anal scene even with young dudes, the balls hit the vag all the time.

So Arnold has a point, she should not have been performing an anal scene and was at risk, the 'anal-only' doesn't cut it.

What actually happened will have to be determined by footage of the scene. If MD did it to her against her will it should be on tape for law enforcement to see.

AFAIK the ball would only hit her clitoris and her labia, not her vagina , which properly is only the inner part of a female reproductive organ and there's no way a nutsack could hit her labia strong enough to open them and get inside , furthermore a simple hit even repeated of something relatively soft wouldn't do much harm , a fully swollen dick in all the hardness glory of his wood constantly pushing and rubbing against it on the other hand...

In the know of what basic biology?
You insist that since Dupree didn't say anything then nothing happened we'll never know , but he never ever talked about anything as this that already happened , anyway I don't have to provide anything it's already all in this very topic, but of course you can't see what you don't want to see.
I assumed you already at least read this entire topic before commenting

So in other words there's still a risk involved(sexual assault accusations aside) and it wouldn't be a bad idea to rest and recover instead of doing an 'anal-only scene' with a known rough performer. Not to mention that the viewer wouldn't find the sight aesthetically pleasing.

the risk was minimal it depends on where exactly the cyst was , we don't know that.
Anyway still "it's her fault she should have stayed home and get fined by her agent and blacklisted by the companies for not showing up on set, with the laughable excuse she had a sick vagina and couldn't perform anal ...

yeah , sure...

^Where are you getting this narrative from all of a sudden? I'd like to see proof that she was pressured into it with the threat of being blackballed like you're implying. Do you think that adult performers continue to work no matter what health problems they're facing? It's a risky industry and health problems are a part of it, agencies and producers know. As long as things are called off in a timely fashion so that they have enough time to find a replacement there shouldn't be a problem. I mean we can spin it into a victim narrative all day long but from what we know so far it doesn't seem like she couldn't have cancelled in time to recover instead of taking this risk.

^Gotcha, it's all on Ana. She informed everyone that she couldn't engage in vaginal sex and Dupree penetrated her vaginally anyway and the cyst ruptured so it's her fault. Cool.

Odds are that we will never see the footage. Whenever accusations like this arise, the companies usually seem to consider it to be too controversial to release the scene where the alleged incident was claimed to take place. Case in point, the Nikki Benz scene was never released, neither was the August Ames scene, both of which I think were for Brazzers. The only exception was the Leigh Raven scene, which was shot for a different company and has been released. But depending on the company it was shot for, this one may not be. Basically, whenever a girl complains about a negative experience during a scene, you might as well forget about the company deciding to release it as the company would apparently prefer to avoid more negative attention from the mob.
This has always been the case, even before these accusations arose. If you look at his timeline even way before this, you will see that he never really used his Twitter to issue his own thoughts and statements. It seems to be more of a marketing tool where he only retweets posts of the scenes he has shot in order to advertise them. Since that has always been the case, there is no reason that we should expect that to suddenly change now. Again, maybe he just doesn't feel the need to give a public explanation, which is his prerogative.
It was mentioned earlier in this thread that she did another scene where she accused the male talent of having anal sex with her without her prior consent, making this the second time where she has made accusations of someone assaulting her during a scene. If I were a director, I would be indeed be reluctant to cast a performer who has a history of making such accusations after the fact. Why would she not stop the scene when the alleged incidents took place? If it's true that Markus penetrated her vagina against her wishes, then what was she doing the whole time that he was fucking her? Did she tell him to stop? Did she cut the scene? Was she cool with it when it happened and finished the scene? We don't know the answers to these questions because we weren't there. In both cases, however, it appears that she completed the scenes without stopping, but then publicly complained afterward. People forget that the porn industry is also a business. And in this business, there are way too many other female performers out there to risk shooting one who has a history of complaining on Twitter rather than addressing things directly to the people involved.

^I think the first accusation was less about assault and more because it was not supposed to be an anal scene but there was some anal penetration and was promoted as one and therefore what the producers did is fuck her over for that huge paycheck newbies hope to earn for that first anal.

I checked Ana's twitter account and we now know that Adria Rae is the other woman in the scene.

The truth is that Markus is lucky, there are some girls in the industry who strictly forbid any act of a2p, one of this girls is Leya Falcon for example. I'm sure if he had done it to her instead of Ana, oh boy, it would look ugly for him...

Not if it goes to court. It was on her no list, it was agreed to, and she then was violated. That is, at the least, sexual assault.
The only real question is if she will file charges. IMO, since anyone who even mentions the mere possibility of this happening is black listed, she should file assault charges.
The company would be compelled to release the video to prove or dis-prove the charges.

If he did it, suspended. If she lied, suspended. No More Bullshit.

When people are being straight out misogynistic, they are going to end up being badgered. There are a lot of people, I included, who are sick and tired of the misogynists coming into every one of these topics to endlessly and blindly defend the male and lay full blame on the female. Realtip will always show up to point out how innocent the male always is and vilify the female. I don't know if Arnold the Geek and 2bollocks are frequent offenders as well or not and, honestly, don't care to check. This kind of behavior has always been, and will continue to be, unacceptable and some of us are just so tired of the garbage and this kind of attitude.

MMMM, I haven't vilified anyone, I pointed out a fact, (the only one we can agree on that is actually fact), based on all info presented here and left the speculation to others.

I haven't commented on Dupree's behavior because:

1. I wasn't there on set to monitor his behavior so I'm not going to comment on things I didn't see or hear.

2. Within the past 2-3 month, some guy by the name of Stills By Alan was also called out in a tweet and everyone, myself included was quick to jump on the bandwagon stringing him up. I even called for the guy who reviews and does interview to maybe stop reviewing this guy's work for a bit.

Then a week later, it turns out the story wasn't quite the way the tweets claimed, so all of the mob lynching the guy were actually wrong. So....I tend to leave the speculation about tweeted behavior to others.

But what I've noticed Flash is you're doing the same exact thing, you're harping on me, about. This comment specifically. "endlessly and blindly defend the male and lay full blame on the female. Realtip will always show up to point out how innocent the male always is and vilify the female."

You're doing the same exact thing, trashing the male while blindly defending the female. In one of my other posts, you went so far as to say twice she was raped all based on a tweet. Not that I care if you blindly defend or trash someone based on your personal preference, but please don't try and paint a picture of me that I'm not.

Apparently according to this article, Adria knows about this controversy because she was involved in what was a b/g/g with Markus and Ana. To me I never knew it was a threesome just assumed it was a b/g even though I dont recall Ana never saying either way how many parties involved in the scene. This just gets crazier by the day and from reading the article Im on the fence because I see where Adria is coming from but I can also see where Ana is coming from.

^^ Even so, you're doing a good job of coming across in the way flash describes. Not as bad as realtip (that would be quite the feat) but still as if you are suspicious of women and ready to blame the victim. You are even acting as though the text messages shared by SBA prove something. They do not. If it bothers you that people might think you are a victim blaming misogynist, then you might reconsider the way you word your posts.

I used my judgement this time and waited a bit so that more info would be revealed. Instead of blindly jumping on the bandwagon and calling those who are waiting it out "mysoginists".

Here's the more important part of what Adrea stated about the whole thing:

"She hadn't made it a point that she didn't want to do any vaginal sex," said Rae. "She made it sound like she just didn't want to do as much."

According to Rae, neither a preexisting medical condition nor any kind of discomfort was mentioned during the group conversation with the director on set that day. She claims that Rose agreed to and completed one vaginal sex position with Dupree and that the scene subsequently "went by great."

"I had no idea she was in pain until I saw her tweet because we just carried on like any normal scene," said Rae.

"I feel caught between a rock and a hard place now because during the scene I didn't hear her say anything that would raise an alarm," said Rae. "It was my understanding that she didn't want to do as much vaginal sex but not none at all."

So there you go, a lot more context and details to make a judgement provided by someone who was actually there, to me a lot more convincing than a simple tweet with an accusation.

There is a problem with her statement to Xbiz. It's not the same as her Tweet so Adria has muddied the water even more and to make things even stranger. Adria claims on Twitter that Ana was bleeding from her butt which to me is quite unusual since the consensus is that Ana's cyst was vaginal. Does that mean that the cyst burst during the vaginal penetration and no one noticed that there was bleeding and Markus kept fucking one or both women with a blood covered dick? If that's true than why didn't anybody else stop the scene when there is blood involved?

^Unfortunately, to some people, everything is misogyny. It has tragically become one of those words that people just throw around now, thus trivializing the significance of its true meaning. Therefore, hearing people use it nowadays (at least in the U.S.) isn't even an insult anymore rather than a show of their own disregard of its definition.
You mean I always show up to question those demanding the head of the man accused on a platter before having any evidence to prove his guilt, and to examine other viewpoints besides just those given by the accuser? Yes, I believe that the promise of "innocent until proven guilty" is more than just a platitude. That doesn't change just because the accuser happens to be a woman. If you think that's "villifying" an accuser or somehow makes me a misogynist, then you have a very warped concept of justice.
Indeed, it's always unfortunate when people are unaware of their own hypocrisy.
You might have a point if so many of these accusations didn't end up showing that the accuser is not actually a victim. Going by the XBiz article posted in this thread, the same thing has happened here. It also makes one question the reason that the accuser made no mention of there being another performer involved in the scene. Of course, it's always to one's benefit when her side of the story is the only one being told.

I sympathize with victims. I don't sympathize with people who appear to falsely accuse others by pretending to be victims.

At the risk of being accused of being off-subject again, I am going to reply to your statement by pointing out that the texts shared were evidence that her version of the events were not as she presented them, which calls the entire accusation into question.
