I don't know all the details yet. Just spotted some disturbing tweets on her timeline. She seems to be airing out Brazzers more than anybody in particular. She has stated that a performer named Tony (who?) stomped on her head and choked her multiple times, during which it seems she said "no." I didn't see any other headlines of this. It must be breaking currently.
Well she is flooding her twitter with protests by her fans calling for canceling or boycotting Brazzers. I'm not really sure how fair that is. Obviously Brazzers has a responsibility, but unless Tony has a reputation of abusing scene partners, how should they have known he was going to savage her? I couldn't find Nikki's explicit account of what happened, just her saying it was a miserable experience and expressing sharp disapproval. But she did screenshot some DM's from the account of a friend of hers who described the incident in more horrific detail. The friend or associate is saying Nikki's head was stomped on and she was choked and attests that Nikki's hand was blue from bruising. I am no big fan of Brazzers or anything. Between the two parties I'm much more a fan of Nikki's. She seems really cool. I'm just not sure why blame the company so much more than the actual perpetrator. Oh, now as I pose the question, I remember the director is also being implicated. So that is probably why. Allegedly the director did not step in, even as Nikki claims she called "cut." If a performer calls "cut" how the hell do you not stop and address the problem? Brazzers is a huge company and Nikki Benz is arguably the biggest active pornstar since Lisa Ann retired, so I would be surprised if they didn't have several people on set. Even average size companies have several people on set, so Brazzers surely must, and there must be other witnesses. This incident is a huge problem for them, so I expect them to address it ASAP.
^^ I don't think the Tony T. in question is Tony Tedeschi. More likely it's this Tony T., who I vaguely recall took up directing for Brazzers after he stopped performing. As far as I know he hasn't performed in a scene in years though. And he absolutely does have a reputation as a very rough performer. Watch practically any of his scenes from the mid-2000s and you'll see it's well deserved. Of course it should go without saying that just because someone is a rough performer it doesn't mean they're genuinely abusive in real life. ^ I tried to make sense of her twitter feed but with all the re-tweets I'm having a hard time zeroing in on the posts where she makes the accusations. Any chance you could link them directly Melvyn? Edited by - Mister Fahrenheit on 12/20/2016 6:28:12 PM
^ Yep, and in this thread about the Tony T. I mentioned a member says he's the one directing for Brazzers. So I guess there's some general confusion about the Tony T. in question. Although head-stomping and choking were definitely part of the MO of the Tony T. I'm speaking of. Not sure about Tedeschi.
Tony T doesnt perform, he is just a director at Brazzers. The problem is though(besides him being overrated) is that he is real tight with the Manwin Elite. Similar to Danny Mountain and Keiran when Eva got beat. I believe Tony T was the one that founded Clover and it took FOREVER to finally get Clover off the grid. There will obviously be a power struggle since Nikki is the spokesperson and marketing face for ZZ and Tony T is one of the loyal right hand men. I'm just wondering who was the performer that initially abused Nikki? And are these shoots for the new PSP revival they are trying? As much as PSP is intriguing, I am not ready to read more terror tales on the incompetence and ignorance of ZZ crews shooting those scenes
^^ I don't think there's going to be any power struggle. In the current era of porn (and by that, I mean after everything that happened at the end of last year), I don't think there's any way that a company as big as Brazzers sides with a director that no one really cares about (let's be honest, even the people who know enough about porn to know who any of the directors at Brazzers are are more likely to know about Brett Brando, Keiran, and arguably even the guy that produces for them in England before they know about Tony) over one of the most popular performers in the industry who they also have contracted. Edit: In other words, Tony T is too replaceable for me to see the company falling on their swords to Nikki over him. Edited by - whatsatelephonebill on 12/20/2016 8:32:25 PM

I dunno if there is a power struggle or not but I think it is time Brazzers to take a stand and they have to be decisive and exemplary. Condemn the event publicly, fire the director , plead pardon from all Nikki Benz fans and porn viewers and compensate Nikki. I would even dare to request Brazzers themselves to sue him first. This way all light minded perpetrators who will tempted to do anything without the performer's consent or who will not obey when the performer tell them to stop will think twice. People like Tony T are a plague for the industry and they need to depart as soon as possible from it before they do more harm.
Brazzers should make a public statement that they are investigating the allegations. All parties should be placed on administrative leave and the allegations reported to the proper authority for investigation and action. Isn't that what typically occurs when an employee makes allegations of assault and/or harrassment? Edited by - fanofman on 12/20/2016 9:07:20 PM

Are you saying that Tony was able to prevent Clover from being blacklisted by Manwin, and is therefore close to the Manwin bosses? Are you also saying that Keiran Lee similarly protected Danny Mountain?
Also a twitter response... [invalid URL removed]Brazzers: Hey @nikkibenz we're behind you and will never tolerate negative behavior towards stars by any 3rd party producer.
^^&^^^(MPUSA) *Mindgeek, havent been there in awhile. But I never got a good vibe from some of the producers. The comment sections were also very toxic back then, like cnn, fox news toxicity. As for the eye for an eye, Keiran had Danny's back throughout the whole saga with Eva. They probably deleted all the old forum posts he made going to bat for his Brit Chap. ZZ just issued the statement on Nikki but we'll see what actions follow. Nikki and Keiran have excellent chemistry and it would be a disaster to go against her at this junction When the allegations against Clover were proven truthful, there are several scenes that have commenters protesting his use on the site. Unfortunately, only members can see them so I cant go back and see if his last 5 or so scenes still have those comments. People mentioned that Tony T. was Clover's main man, his protege, and thats why it took so long to see him stop getting work. Even besides the criminal aspect, Clover was about as robotic and dull as a performer could be, and he always had the lightest finishes. The fact it took felony convictions to get him off such a high budget site was criminal enough. Hopefully this will mark the end of Tony T, although that opens the possibility for more Keiran the director
^^ You have to remember though that there can be months between when a scene is shot and when it's released. And Brazzers holds on to their scenes for about as long as anyone in the business. So it's likely that the scenes you're talking about where shot well before everything came out, and were released because they'd been paid for anyway and it didn't help anyone to not release them. As far as Brazzers statement, that is absolutely throwing Tony under the bus, but looking at Twitter it seems like Nikki isn't going to let them get off that easily. ^Yes, she's retweeting negative comments others are making about the company. It also looks like she has removed headers were she was promoting herself as their brand ambassador. I imagine everyone is lawyering up now. Edited by - fanofman on 12/20/2016 11:33:25 PM Edited by - fanofman on 12/20/2016 11:33:56 PM

Brazzers' statement just reads like a public disclaimer of legal liability on their part. I also wonder who the male performer was for that scene, and why his name hasn't come up.
I just want to say this: We love you performers if we can defeat something like Prop 60 we can rally for you and to defeat everything else... That may seem vague but if you pay attention to the amount of support Nikki Benz has received during this ordeal from fans, performers, former performers, and even other studios you should have an idea what I mean...
I've read a lot of her Twitter posts and I'm still confused about what she is alleging. Who did what? Who was a participant or observer? Did the producer physically do something and/or did he direct the male performer to do it? What did the male performer do or not do? Why isn't the male performer being called out? Did she contact Brazzers management and/or a file police report after the alleged incident or just go straight to social media with her allegations? If no formal report or communication was made, why not? Lots of questions. ^^She's getting tons of fan support. However, most active performers have remained silent or just stated their "love" or "support". No active girls have bashed Brazzers. It would be career suicide to do so. Only a few girls have stated anything negative about the company. The ones that have are either gone from the business or barely active now. Edited by - fanofman on 12/21/2016 6:13:05 AM
^ The worst of the allegations are that: 1.) She was booked for a rough/pseudo-rape scene without being told beforehand. 2.) That the director of the scene (Tony T) choked her at some point 3.) That at some point, she stated "cut" but no one stopped and scene kept going. And people really need to get over this whole police report thing (as in, questioning things simply because she didn't file one), and I'm talking about assault cases in general, not just this one.
This. Tens of thousands of Nikki's fans flock to the sites where she appears. And we here in the ADT community are quite informed of the popular players in the biz and fairly savvy with the lesser known info as well. Even still, I'm quite sure the vast majority of us are not familiar with Tony. Maybe a few of us qualify as *aware* of who he is and what his work amounts to, but I still wouldn't call that familiarity. Especially since he's mostly a behind the camera presence now. How many would honestly even know if he disappeared from the scene altogether? At the very least, Nikki must be 10 times as relevant, more probably 100 times. A previous poster alluded to Tony having some clout via ties with Manwin, but... though that may be, it is hard to imagine how strong those ties are compared to Nikki's ties with Brazzers. I mean, Manwin would have to be the most incompetent company in the history of porn to value Tony equally with Nikki, let alone value him more. The only way Tony could conceivably have even a significant fraction of Nikki's clout would be if Tony had some devastating legal dirt on Manwin allowing him to blackmail the whole company. OR something we may not know is that Tony is a billionaire with a huge amount of stock in Manwin... Quite a stretch of imagination, but how else to explain why ZZ could be so beholden to him. Out of curiosity, how many directors does Brazzers have employed and active at this current time? 10?
Failing to inform a performer that the production involves rough treatment is extremely boneheaded, if not malicious. They are going to have to lawyer up and cite where they notified her, otherwise they're super fucked. I don't think ZZ is in too much danger though. By emphasizing "3rd party producer" it seems like their liability will be mitigated a lot. They probably won't even have to pay Tony and his team because it represents a violation of the deal he had with Brazzers. While ZZ's lawyer(s) could easily absolve them of liability, it's still perfectly understandable why Nikki aired them out, because it is precisely that pressure toward the ownership which is going to compel swift justice. Not only is Tony going to have to eat the cost of a scene which will never be published, he's facing criminal charges. Even if Tony can prove somewhere that he did inform Nikki of what the scene would entail, and even if it is proven that she was negligent of contract details, it appears as if there are witnesses willing to testify that she told them to stop and they didn't. That's not going to play well in court for the defense. Tony's fucked on multiple levels. He probably blew 10 grand on this, and that's not even half of the damage he's looking at long term. Ouch.

Do we really know this? Wow. Also, if I remember correctly, Jessy Jones and Clover were good buddies. (NOTE: I'm not equating Jessy Jones with Clover's proven misogyny and abusive history.)
Yeah I read that too. WTF. So it wasn't even Nikki's scene partner so much as the director. See that was what confused me. When I read "stomped on her head" I had to assume that this was the fault of a performer going off the rails, a la James Deen. This may just get a lot more complicated. Did they really blindside her with this violence? How the hell could any professional operate like this? How do they not at least rehearse the scene a little and let the performers know what the plan is? Nobody with any sense would just wing this without getting all parties involved up to speed. That's a recipe for disaster. Even after you have consent through the signing of legal paperwork, you should still rehearse it a bit or verbally confirm what's ok and what isn't. Everyone is different. Did they not even discuss a safe-word? If Nikki had to call out "cut" this suggests no.

According to the text messages, Nikki's scene partner stomped on her head and the director choked her "several times" after that. Her hand was also injured but she doesn't say who by.

And to think she is the Brand ambassador of the brand and probably arguably the most popular pornstar as of right now, I shudder to think how many such instances of mistreatment happens on porn sets specially with lesser known girls and how many of them are told to sweep it under the rug by their agents.
Oh yes they are if the state labor commission gets involved,or if Nikki sues.
No. It takes very little for them to be liable. If they own the set, financed the shoot, paid Nikki or Tony T, etc, they're liable. Labor laws are designed to make sure that everyone has strong incentive to ensure worker safety.
it infuriates me women get abused on set and nothing gets done. Fucking annoying. Its like because they open their legs for a living they don't have any rights and can be treated like shit. ----Dread's Twitter----

Maybe yes if the shoot was in LA, Vegas, or Miami. Maybe no cause ZZ is a Montreal company and MindGeek is a Luxembourg company. Hopefully this will mean that Tony T. is out and Nikki Benz is given a directing contract.

there gone a lot wrong on that brazzers set.for once the director should be fired immediatly ,the male talent should never been booked again,as he also could stopped when she said no or cut.rough scenario or not ,but he did not.if you call yourself professional than act like it.hell even the crew around should be fired as nobody did something to help her.
If they do business in the US it doesn't matter if they're a foreign company. And if they called California to book that shoot, or in any way touched California then that's enough for Cal OSHA to look at it.
