That's a great question, which might be better suited for others to comment on. In my case, I can say with utmost certainty that my wife has never and would never "fake" it. For those of you who aren't aware, among other things, what's fascinating about women is that they can have 2 types of orgasms. Clitoral via direct stimulation (most common type), or vaginal via rhythmic penetration (intercourse).
