Hello,

I ordered a dvd from "Moviemountain.com" which along with several other websites is if I am correct a subsidiary of FREYA Communications.

I live in England (UK) and wondered if other readers have ordered from this company and experienced delays in receiving items after they have been shipped.

It appears that FREYA Communications for reasons best known to themselves ships by "Air Parcel Post", even small orders!

I ordered from them once only a dvd: I received the disk after 1 month (long time... even if I'm in Italy). They shipped through ordinary air parcel post, with a lot of stamps on it (almost 15,00 $ p&p) and I found inside the dvd without cover. I think they ship usually this way internationally because of postal inspections.

I am pleased to report DVD arrived today, 16 days after posting !

Although I don't have problems with "Moviemountain/Freya" themselves or the items purchased, their shipping policies are a different matter.

Fivestar averages 6 days
Excalibur averages 10 days
Adult CD Universe averages 6 days

All three also have cheaper shipping costs (for my deliveries) than Moviemountains.
