Gaby Gomes is the one in the pink top (with "Chic" on her left breast) and the Daisy Dukes? If so, she looks a lot different than she does in the top two pictures.

^ No. The problem is that you asked about "the girl in the pink top", and there were two different girls in pink tops in the post you referenced.
The blond is Gaby Gomes, the brunette (who you were asking about) is Gracyanne Barbosa. See Lordish's post about her four posts back.

The picture of Gracyanne Barbosa in the PINK "Chic" half shirt is from about 5-6 years ago. The picture of her dancing in the white outfit is from this years Carnival. Lately she's added more muscle. She was in 2007 Playboy Brasil. see pics

anita i read previously you were interested in gaining muscle , i remember doing super heavy routines , ie , legs squats , bench chest etc... , once every 2 weeks or week and a half to gain bulk , with 5 minutes or more in between heavy sets and superficial sets in between large muscle group sets
and lets face it , greater than toned fit and lean , are mostly hormone / chemically induced , do you listen to large female body builders speak , its not natural , its not appealing for a girl , if they were natural

well pigs would fly and my bacon would majically appear in my bed
the fitness and figure models seem fine or desirable , but the hormone junkies do not , and they look like shit 85% of the year while they are trying to gain size , the competition season is very small , they usually look like shit

I am starting to do a muscle gaining exercise program. Were you lift 2 sets of light weight and than increase the weight by 50% and do 2 sets of heavy weights. I plan to stick with this routine until Dec. I am also on a strict diet. I would like to lose 20 pounds of fat by the begining of next year. I already lost 5 pounds.

^ Are you taking any weight / muscle gainer in addition to your workouts to allow you to put on muscle and recover faster?

IF we are talking body ONLY - few women have a sexier body than Krisztina. But I am not a fan of her face at all and as breathtakingly perfect as she is from the neck - DOWN is as flawed she is from the neck - UP

It's all about diet. You'll hear people say diet is 80% of your results, but really, it's probably more like 90-95%. Do you have a personal trainer, or know any dieticians or nutritionists?

"Diet is 100%. Training is 100%. Recovery is 100%" - Dorian Yates. Always an inspirational quote to me.
Eat a hell of a lot and train heavy. It's generally said that rep ranges of 1-5 are good for strength and 8-12 for hypertrophy; however, people who only started recently aren't very good at telling what their true limits are, and I agree with the theory that it's better to focus on strength (with, say, 3 sets of 5, plus warmup sets) until you're moving 'serious' weight. Unfortunately, I wouldn't really know what to say 'serious' strength standards are for women. It doesn't really matter; no one gets truly strong without serious muscle mass anyway! It's only once you're fairly advanced that you truly need to prioritize between size and strength, imho.

I started the diet whilst I was in Dubai and I have been kind of sticking to it. Candy corn is my weakness at this moment. Oh wait it always has been my weakness. I also started lifting 2 times light weights and 2 times heavy weight. I need to lose 15 bounds of fat and pout on 10 pounds of muscle. Thinking about doing something to help me with that but I don't want a deep voice or a big clit because mine is big enough.

Obviously an altered photo.
But begs it the question. With a bodybuilder, how big should the, pratically standard, breast augmentation be?

I aprreciate the more moderate choices, however what seems to be a moderate choice in implant size, is also the maximum amount allowed under the anatomy. Moreover, if the idea is to showcase muscularity, why get implants which steal the show?
I think Cassandra Floyd has a boob job gone good.

^ Bootymeister, I am generally not attracted to that much muscle (the "too much" has been found several times here, and I had never expected that), but Cassandra's tits look almost natural there. I hate the beach balls on chest look as much as a lot of people here, but those aren't bad.

The main beneficial effect of steroids is to reduce recovery time (through quicker anabolism after the microtears that training causes), so that people can train harder, more often. It's why someone trying to do a pro bodybuilder's routine 'natural' would end up severely overtrained and exhuasted. They're not a magic gift for muscle by any means.
In my opinion, using steroids early in training is a great way to end up psychologically dependent on them for no more benefit than taking a closer look at diet and training would give, not to mention the potentially huge medical effects if you make a mistake.
I don't want to sound harsh because you're clearly 'in shape' compared to your average person, but I think you're a LONG way from the point where you should even consider 'help'. What's your diet look like (macronutrient split, do you stick to it religiously)? What's your training regimen? What are your current lift maxes? How much sleep do you get a night? How much do you drink? These are all questions I'd have to know the answer to before giving you any further advice.
I don't think anyone should take steroids (or hormones), but if they do they should be well-informed and safe. The only supplements I'd advise for your average person looking to put on muscle (and that includes you at this stage) is a multivitamin and creatine (make sure to drink enough water as it will cause some (temporary!) fluid retention).

a trainer nutritionist/dietician would be my suggestion as far as "help". I would stay away from steroids, not because I'm totally opposed to them, but just because they're not needed. It's all about your routine and your diet. And don't forget, not all trainers and dieticians are the same. Some suck. If you work out at a gym, ask some women who seem to have acheived or are heading in the direction you want to go for advice. Read everything you can, don't forget to eat after your workout.

I'd go so far as to say 'most suck', unfortunately, with that rising to 'almost all' in the case of personal trainers :/

^ It's true. There isn't much in place as far as what you need to know to call yourself a personal trainer. But you've gotta read, read, read. The changes you can bring about in your body, through just diet and training are incredible. I have seen people transform themselves naturally into a state that had everyone speculating about them "being on the juice" or "using 'roids", and they weren't. Gym time is good. But it should really only last an hour. The people who will see the greatest success are those who can exercise discipline the other 23 hours of the day.

^that's true, but one has to wonder just how strictly you're following a plan, and if you actually have a plan. When I get really serious about it, not only are my workouts written down in terms of movements, sets, reps and weights, but also everything I eat, and that is written by serving size, followed by macronutrient breakdown and finally calories. It would look like this:
2 whole eggs protein:12g carbs:0 fats:10 total cals-150 (rounded up from 148)
2 egg whites 12 0 0 48
(or round it up to 50, 2 cals ain't the end of the world)
1 cup oatmeal 0 27 2 150
and so on and so on. It's a pain, but it gets easier. And you will learn a lot about what you're eating, and how it affects your workouts, and your body's composition. Do you know you should get at least a 30 gram dose of whey protein when you wake up? Also, after you lift, another 30 grams of whey and you need carbs, at a ratio of about 2 to 1 to that protein. So take down 30 grams of protein with 60 grams of carbohydrates. Probably in a post-workout shake. And then go get some real food. Make sure you are getting a gram of protein for every pound you weigh. This is another reason to write down your "macros". If you weigh 100 lbs, that's 100g of protein, which equals 400 calories. That's not a lot of calories if you take in 1800-2000 per day, but I think you'll be surprised by how many eggs, and protein shakes, and cans of tuna, or chicken breasts, or hamburgers/steaks it takes to hit that number. I usually round down the 6g protein in an egg to 5g, just to keep the math simple. That would mean 20 egg whites in a day to get your protein. Or 8 eggs and 2 cans of tuna. Or 5 eggs, 2 shakes and a small steak or chicken breast. On and on and on....sorry to ramble. What you do away from the gym will determine your success while you're in the gym. LOL, sorry if I sound preachy.

I know you didn't say "steroids" specifically, but since others have brought it up, I have to give warning about them. I am not a bodybuilder myself (as far from it as possible, actually) but about once every six months or so I hear another horror story about steroids. From the infected muscle (one guy has a very noticeable dip in his upper arm where infected muscle had to be removed, he also showed a video of a two gallon pitcher -- literally -- of bloody pus he removed from his arm with a syringe before going to the hospital) from injecting into them to muscle literally coming loose from the bone (hurts like hell and is disabling from what I hear as in you would never walk again), I say if you need anabolic steroids to get the physique you want, it isn't worth it!
The only exception I would make to this is if you have either MS or asthma/another breathing problem and need prednisone or a similar pill (which is not anabolic, BTW) for a medical problem. Even then, most docs would advise getting off steroids used for this purpose as soon as possible. Please, please, please do not use steroids for muscle/bodybuilding. It just isn't worth it!

This guy, Gregg Valentino, was doing something far beyond steroids in stupidity - he was injecting synthol (basically an inert oil) into his arms. Googling 'synthol' will give you plenty of pics of the biggest morons on the planet.
Which is not to minimise the bad effects of steroids, particularly in women who don't tolerate even small doses well. Other than the biggest question - do you think you might want to have kids some day? - there's clitoral enlargement, voice deepening, increased face, arm and leg hair, possible baldness, and acne.
As for human growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor...don't go there. I think the possible benefits of HGH are huge - for everyone, not just bodybuilders - but the side effects are just way too severe, with enlargement of internal organs. Yes, that's as bad as it sounds. As for IGF...I don't bear to think about what the long-term health effects are going to be for the current crop of top bodybuilders. Probably some very strange diabetes-like disorders.

This is a link to a really good article, on my favorite bodybuilding/strength training site There are many articles about this topic on there, and they're pretty good. If you wanna build muscle, you've gotta get the 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, and you'll have to up your carb intake. Anyways, here's a link to an article on how to get big without getting fat. http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_diet_mass/the_quality_mass_diet

Home from the gym. Legs are so wobbly I could barely make it down the stairs to my car.
Just made my PWO shake
8 egg whites, plus two yogurts:
P=50g carb=66g fats=3g roughly 500 cals.
