Name sounds familiar. I think I will google synthol and see what you are talking about. EDIT: The people's pictures I say after googling synthol look terrible! I pity them, especially once their bodies give out like Gregg's did! I just watched a TLC video -- we are definitely talking about the same guy. Edited by - mharris127 on 10/22/2010 10:59:47 PM
1) Realize you're in it for the long haul. There's a reason that pro bodybuilders are in their late 30s usually and it's not because they waited to get serious, it's because it takes years and years to develop that kind of size. If you want to compete in a figure or fitness class you could probably get there in a couple of years' hard work but if competing in a bodybuilding class is really what you want to do, you're looking at many, many years' hard work to come. 2) Eat fewer carbs. You don't need to low carb necessarily: for me, although it always gave great results, a ketogenic diet made me feel like crap and was so hard to stick to. But carbs should be 40% MAX. And in general, stop eating low fat stuff; fat is good for you, and they usually replace the fat with various simple carbs. I usually aim for 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat. 3) I don't know what training program you're following, but it sounds like you need to switch it up. I'm going to post a good 'beyond beginner' routine below that has one or two major compound movements, followed by a few isolation exercises that you could change depending on what your weaknesses are. It's not an exclusively bodybuilding-focused routine - I think it's a good compromise between something like Starting Strength and a more advanced bodybuilding routine. I'm not saying you need to do exactly this or anything, but this is the kind of thing I think you should be looking at. I usually do 3 warm up sets (WUS below), at 50%, 70% and 80% of my working weight (the ones without WUS written, do them if you feel you should, basically). My friends who have had injuries or who are getting older do more. The only one I always do more warmup for is the deadlift, because I've injured myself with weights as light as 300lbs on that before when I was stupid and not focused on what I was doing. Monday: Legs Back squat: WUS, 3x6-8 (i.e. 3 sets of 6-8 reps each) Leg press: WUS, 3x8-12 Leg curl: 3x8-12 Walking lunges with a weighted barbell Tuesday: Chest Incline dumbbell bench: WUS, 3x6-8 Barbell flat bench: WUS, 3x6-8 Pec deck: 3x10-12 Weighted dips: 2x6-10 Wednesday: Off Thursday: Back Deadlift: WUS, 1x5* Overhand pullups: 2-4 sets to failure. Wide grip, strict form Bent-over barbell or dumbbell row: WUS, 3x8-10 Front pulldown on lat machine: 2-3x8-10, close grip Cable row: 3x6-10 Friday: Shoulders & Arms Military press: WUS, 3x8-10 Side lateral raise: 3x8-12 Rear lateral raise: 3x8-12 Shrugs: 4x8-12 2-3 of your fave bicep exercises, 2-3x8-12 each 2-3 of your fave tricep exercises, 2-3x8-12 each Wrist curls Throw in abs and calves on whichever days you want. * I find multiple sets of deadlift just make me sloppy, and it's fun to have one thing a week that's more strength-focused. Man, that is sine exercise regimen you laid out! Do you do this for a living, or did you just stay in a Holiday Inn last night? :)
Haha, I've done some personal training in the past, but the training I got in preparation was a joke, and I quit after 6 months because of two things: 1) The gym owners want you to have clients do the most stupid things, like messing around with insanely complicated machines or bosu balls all the time. I reckon that the general idea is to make exercise into something complicated so that you think you can't do it by yourself. 2) The clients are terrible. 33% of them don't want to do anything difficult, at all. 33% want to do stupid, unproductive exercises of the kind I mentioned in 1), and will refuse to listen to scientific arguments about why they would be better off doing other things - maybe the gym marketing really is that effective! 33% have a pathological fear of free weights, despite having a goal physique of the kind that is built by weights. Obviously this applies mostly to women, but also a lot of middle-aged men, I found. 1% are determined AND will listen to science. They're great clients and teaching them correct form is a lot of fun. Unfortunately for me, they stopped needing me fairly quickly once they had good technique down, and unfortunately for management they actually use their membership past February and so aren't a moneymaker. I know it's a service industry and you give the customer what they want, but the customer is an ass. Good way to meet cougars though :p Edited by - Power Stranger on 10/27/2010 3:32:49 PM
You are quite welcome Ms Zerva! I mean you are doing all of the heavy lifting (literally in this case), all us get to kick back and enjoy seeing the results :)

Please do!!! Isn't that what this forum is supposed to be about? Who would know? Most ofvthese latest posts belong in a Star Crossed thread, a Beyond Porn thread, a forum at one of the bodybuilding websites or twitter.
Ok here goes, the title in question is Rocco's Psycho Love (link to trailer) and a hot muscular girl who has the perfect mix of strength and beauty, her shapely thighs look amazing and her bronzed body looks so sexy glistening in the sunshine. This girl is incredible and her ass looks amazing too. Here are some pics of her...the scene was great, sadly no anal action for this girl although she does get her asshole fingered by another girl as she gets fucked. It turns into a mini orgy with 2 other girls and 2 guys getting in on the action,Omar Galanti is one of the guys.I really want to see more of this girl and hope she has other scenes out there or will work for Rocco in the future.
WTF? I don't remember Yvette being that big in the boob department,I knew she had a boob job,but she must have goten bigger since I was a member of her site about 3 years ago Edited by - jizzyjay on 11/2/2010 12:59:48 AM
Since you were a member of her site, I wanna ask: Did she do hardcore with Sean Michaels? I've seen a clip somewhere; it was pretty tame, definitely not hardcore. However, I haven't knowingly seen the official complete full scene.
I think I remeber seeing a video with Sean Micheals posted on her site.He was the popular black male porn star at the time so Yvette got him for her site, although most of her hardcore scenes been with white guys.
What I'd like to know is: How far does the Sean Michaels scene go, sex-wise? Is it just massaging, or fondling, or oral, or intercourse, or more, or less?

Her name is Cathy Heaven, on some credits she is listed only as Cathy. Thanks for those screen shots, I will most definitely get my hands on "Psycho Love", I have been looking for more scenes of Cathy Heaven, particularly those in which she shows off that great body. I first saw her on "Monsters of Cock 23" which also includes a very hot Monica Santhiago scene. I just saw Cathy in "Voyeur 37", and I intend to pick up the just released "Slutty Girls Love Rocco" later this week, in this trailer she is giving Rocco a rim job. [mod edit: cropped quote. One pic is enough when you're quoting] Edited by - killbillvol69 on 11/3/2010 8:38:09 PM
^bootymeister thanks for more info on Cathy, from you listing her name i found more of her on freeones but i must admit it's her current look/muscular that i prefer.
I never downloaded that scene, but I know it was Sean Micheals,Yvette and another black girl,I think either Nyomi Banxxx or Monique.I know she's done hardcore sex with white males on her site as well as sex with and unkown black guy too.So I'm thinking she probaly did with Micheals as well
Misty's hardcore career spans 5 years, all the while consistently maintaining the same awesome body tone, due to some serious hardcore working out. Edited by - bootymeister on 5/11/2011 6:06:09 PM
A+ to Misty Stone. Great body-tone with absolutely gorgeous skin.

Nina Hartley and Lisa Ann comes to mind, both of them have muscular biceps and shoulders, you can notice it when they're doing Woman on Top or Doggy on Sofa scene, and I find them both very attractive. Muscular women make me feel safe and aroused Beyond the level of above actresses that is too much muscular. Edited by - Ekarth_again on 12/22/2010 3:08:40 AM

A fit girl who takes care of herself and has a positive outlook on life that comes from pursuing a healthy lifestyle is super sexy. Add to that, power, athleticism, energy and natural muscles, and I find that to be perfect. Steroid infused bodybuilders--male or female--who alter their bodies (and minds) in unnatural ways are not sexy. In my limited experience and reading most BB pursue this path as they are trying to fill some psychological void or are victims of hyper competitive gyms-peers. That said, I once had a sexual encounter with a famous pro female BB and it was remarkably nice. She now provides personal training services near my house and I have been thinking of signing up.
Too much muscle is a vague and subjective line that can be drawn anywhere, but my absolute is I don't like the ripped look. Veins popping out everywhere looks like roid overdose and imminent death, not fitness.
