I may be thinking of another film but I seem to remember a scene where a man has a "camera hat" on and he is looking through a window watching a couple have sex. Also the picture linked is from a scene where a man and a woman are raping a woman in a garage on a car.

That movie is available on DVD, however the best scene, IMO is gone. The fake rape in the garage. Serenea, Jamie Gillis and Darby Lloyd Rains, if memory serves correctly. One of the hottest scenes I've ever seen edited out because of a 'rape' connotation, while they churn out scenes of girls having a cock rammed down their throat 'till they puke and cry. No justice.
