The source of the problem is: I don't have a fiber optic cable internet connection, just slow DSL.
It takes many hours trying to download a title, via the internet, due to the slow connection speeds.
I explained to them, (Naughty America) about the problem and they were good to refund my subscription.
On those days, when the phone company is working on the transmissions lines, my internet connection will disconnect often.
The good news is: Charter Cable has promised fiber optic cable connections here, within the next 30 months.
