Now back to the thread at hand.
I think the negative stereotypes are because of the fact there is some raunchy porn out there that gets more publicly known and so people think that is what porn is all about. And feel it is degrading women and so if a guy likes it he is scum. Will always be this way no matter what. I say so what, who cares. We are each human and can enjoy what we choose as long as it is legal. So be it.

I'll spare the long-windedness here, since you obviously reply to 6-8 emails in a row...some of them even twice (rather than editing the previous message).

Read the last paragraph, which I've kindly so cut your ridiculous reply down to. Last time I checked, Walmart employees weren't gov't employees. I won't further reiterate what I've already said in the past...you just don't read too well.

You're not as smart as you think you are Huggies, and you don't thoroughly read my responses. You get stupidly blown up upon reading the first paragraph, and decide to reply with no factually-based information at all, other than a news clipping or court docket (which doesn't even pertain to the situation).

What took you 6-8 emails, I just summed up in one! Can you do that?

So. And you think I can only find government employees. I just told your mensan ass that nurses, lawyers, doctors have been outright fired for being involved in adult entertainment. Do you need me to cite those as well. You will probably find that ridiculous too.

Secondly, why is it okay for this law to exist for government employees?

Again why do you blow off the fact of being involved in the adult industry can get you fired? Why does it matter if they are government employees. The last time I checked governement employees were employees right. So explain to how a moral clause got them fired and why the supreme court did jack about it?

I am sure every pornstar would agree with your assessment. Give me a break.

Very Very funny. YOu sound like a Jerk. Again tell me why a couple got fired form work because they did porn on the internet. It was on oprah. So save your insults for someone who will put up with them.

Last time I checked the nursing industry and law firms were not government agencies. You just don't know a lot about these cases. Feel free to get out of your porn friendly comfort zone.

I don't know about you...but I could walk into my Divison HQ and simply state that "I watch porn". Let's see what action my employer (a fortune 500 company, mind you) takes with me. I guarantee you it won't be ANYTHING...

You're the one who cited the law saying that gov't employees are prohibited in such activity, so why don't you tell me, eh?

I was going to respond to Huggins reply to my response on Page 2, but why even bother? The guy is so far gone it's not worth it.

A hint. There is no job where you get paid 80,000 a year, sit in a cubicle, and get to freely talk about your favorite edition of "Screw My Wife" while the hot secretary in a mini skirt sits on the desk with her black stockings and garters showing, cooing about how astute you are on your analysis of proper lighting during a double facial.

Dude, quit Wal-Mart, move to L.A. and go do porn. Produce, direct, audio, whatever you want. Or just go work in an adult video store. Then you can get paid shit, just like at Wal-Mart and talk about porn all day. You just better be at the counter ready to take my money and have clean hands when I come in to buy my copy of AVN. Either way, you'll be a LOT happier.

That's the plan dude but I am not getting paid shit for doing equal amount of work. Secondly, don't worry as performer you won't hear these types of tirades. But it seems that a lot of you forget that this is the internet and guess what compared to real life you can bitch a lot more. So don't worry. when I do all of this, you won't hear these tirades out in public since you are so offended by them or you just can't grasp the point.

Thank you and good night

Only if you wear something that has the college logo in it can LEGAL action be taken against you. Take a look at the stuff being revealed about Courtney Simpson right now.

I didn't say it was acceptable, I just said there is no legal recourse that your employer can get away with. You have rights to defend yourself, do so.

Of course, maybe in Alabam'r where they put the Ten Commandments & shit on the gov't buildings...and they'll chain gang ya'll for doin' anti-Biblical stuff like that, ya'll understand?

EDIT: Moderator, could someone clean up Huggin's misguided replies? One can't tell where his responses start or end. It took him a full 4 replies to get his scued view across to the rest of it...yet I still don't see his point. Really, I can't find it!!

Unfortunately, that's true. That's a major misconception about porn. People who are anti-porn think that all porn is alike. They aren't willing to believe that there is a lot of diversity in porn, just like there is in mainstream movies. After all, there is a huge difference between "Hidden Obsessions" and "Cum Filled Asshole Overload", but the porn haters aren't willing to see that, and they will never be convinced otherwise.
That's another misconception. Porn haters aren't willling to believe that most porn fans are decent, hard-working people, many of whom are in relationships or are married and may also have children. They have this image of all porn fans being deranged preverts, and again can't be convinced otherwise. They could meet someone who is the nicest person in the world, but if they find out that person has even a remote interest in porn, their opinion will automatically change. Wathcing porno movies doesn't make you a scumbag. It just means who like movies that aren't wholesome. Also, it's true that porn haters think that porn degrades women, even Andrew Blake movies. They only see porn as a collective whole rather than as individual movies. That's one area where they go majorly wrong, but they're too closed-minded to believe anything else.
That's what I say. Since we're adults, we can watch whatever we want. It's not harming anyone.

You mean...the Max Hardcore's of the industry? There is a line between "fucking on film" and "outright abuse", whether consented or not. But then again, the politicians are no better, they try to lump such acts & laws into the same bills which make frivelous lawsuits for being fat, a crime.

We are? Geez, I thought I was a professional pervert? Hmmm, better reevaluate that one. And besides, if you ARE one of those hard-working, married w/ children types...(in the most stubborn Bible-thumpin' voice I can think of), what are ya'll lookin at porn for anyhow?

Oh, lordy-god...it's outright disgusin'! And if I don't like it, I don't wants my childs to see it, or even if I wanna fire yo' hillbilly ass @ work b/c I thinks it's a disgrace... Well then, by god, you shouldn't permit'd to view it either!! Cloz-mind't? Boy, I'm as liberal as day come...

I say they're all the Bible-thumpers are in denial, lol. Esp. them, since they are the "moral majority" behind all these anti-porn campaigns.

Mod:
Guys, and especially Huggins.

Please learn to condense your replies. Especially when you're replying to one person, there is no need for 4 or 6 posts in a row. I said this a few days ago.

Even when you're replying to different people, take a few seconds to cut and paste the quotes from each person. It makes the thread about a thousand times easier to read, because right now, it's a fuckin' mess to follow. Sometimes you make two posts in a row, shit happens, but making 4 or 6 in a row with every wave of postings has gotten real old, and I mentioned this a couple of days ago.

If you want to spam the living hell out of one another, take it to email. These multiple reply-messes just don't work well in a forum.

I'm going to lock this thread now for a few hours. I'll unlock it again later on, hopefully you can figure out how to quote properly in the meantime.

Don't start a new thread on the topic in the meantime either. Use this thread, when I unlock it and learn to consolidate your posts.
