Bruno Mattei is generally considered the master of nunsploitation. While admittedly hard to find on DVD these days, Mattei's "The True Story Of The Nun Of Monza" and "The Other Hell" are well worth seeking out.

Steph, that link doesn't seem to be working for me.
I kind of like Joe D'Amato's 'Images In A Convent'. The hardcore parts are kind of sparse in it, but there is definitely nun sex and it's a pretty good movie too in my opinion. I believe 'The True Story Of The Nun Of Monza' was just released by Media Blasters. There's also an impressive site called Nunsploitation.net, I think the guy from there has posted here a few times.

On the U.S. front, I guess Extreme Associates "Don't Watch This Movie" (2000) is the most twisted entry in this little sub-genre I've seen.

Ah yes, Chris Spedding, the man John Cale called "the best guitar player in England."
