Are you familiar with droplets/actions? It's a way to record your actions on one image and then batch process more images with the same actions. That might help?

Having already invested a considerable amount of time editing directly on the image backgrounds, is there any way to isolate the changes or edits already made to the images, and export to a new layer? I've never used the eyedroplets. I have done some batch processing, but only when it was clear beforehand numerous actions of the same effect would be necessary.
