Clearly on a Vince Voyeur set Vince Voyeur is the boss (as he should be) and that already gives him a great advantage in how things pan out and are portrayed. My problem with the scene, as described, is that this BTS as the credits roll is not a fair exchange. Voyeur can be judge jury and executioner if he so wishes and it's just too easy and, in my view, bad form to just berate someone in your film who is unable or not given the opportunity to defend themselves. Porn expects more and more of girls every year and it really must be a daunting thing to start up in the business. These girls must all have great courage to join the industry. Now, somebody mentioned in another thread how all the anal and such must put many girls off. I personally think their is some truth in that, but as I can't see the demand for harder edged porn changing anytime soon (not with me anyway I think the most important aspect has to be that the environment off camera is not made so hostile that girls are put off from at least 'giving it a go'. This may not because they are not prepared to do the acts in question but because they are scared of the response they will get from half a dozen burly men (physically intimidating, though I'm not for a moment suggesting deliberate physical intimidation) should they prove to be out their depth.
