So from this I gather that your willing to take appropriate actions and do the right thing, even if it's for what I would argue are the wrong reasons. Ok, l think I could get on board with that.
^ Ha, another reason for you all to be advocating for the government to ramp up testing and invest in research to find better and faster tests. Sure it'll help the experts gather more data that can help stem the tide of infection and provide more insight on reopening the economy. You'll also be helping everyone in porn get back to work.
I'd gladly help out with the costs of testing for any of those performers who have proven responsible during this whole ordeal.
that's if they are even wanting to jump through all those hoops. I suspect the more well known in the biz will still prefer to wait for an all clear. But that day may not come for quite some time.

It's nuts seeing more girls reveal they've been either filming or going around getting fucked during these times saying they understand how the virus works and not to worry.
^ Yikes! I just read an article about that. I assume they didn't get legal advice to verify their claim there is no specific legislation against what they were doing?
It's happening here in the states also just being covered up by the excuse of Onlyfans shoots or other sites to sell the content on. Honestly not many of the newer talent care about the lockdown or if any healthcare workers plead for them to stay inside. One euro talent I saw went and got multiple tattoos done during her city's lockdown and has no care about any consequences.
This is a bad idea, but I'm going to wade into this mine field for just a second.
1) Legalporno is not a studio. It is a publishing platform for many independent studios.
2) Most of those studios are being very intelligent about this situation and doing all the right things. They're not shooting and they're not planning on shooting. This includes all of the studios owned directly by Legalporno's parent company.
3) Some other studios are not doing this. You want me to say the name, fine, I'll say the name. Giorgio Grandi is shooting. At this point, it has become obvious. I disagree with his decision and I think it's a bad idea. He should absolutely be taken to task over it.
4) However... I don't think you should direct your criticism at Legalporno, at least not yet... not unless & until they begin to publish the content he has been shooting during the lockdown, which they haven't done (yet). He does sell content to other parties, albeit not often, but he does do it. Let's wait and see if that happens here before we criticize LP. Okay?
5) Your sources are not exactly impartial. If you're relying on Porn Wikileaks of all places for your porn news, it's time to get a new source. I daren't light the powder keg of flame warring that is the legendary (and never-ending) "Pierre Woodman vs. Legalporno" deathmatch, but I think it's fair to say that both parties have a significant bias against each other, so neither side can be considered an impartial source on this topic either.

^And as always, I must emphasize that I am inactive in porn and speak for nobody but myself. Nobody asked me to post this and they probably would be happier if I didn't. I am not a representative for LP, but I think it's important to be fair to them, and I am applying common sense to a tense situation. It's not fair to criticize LP for what they haven't done. Criticize Giorgio for shooting. Criticize LP if they publish the content he shot during the pandemic.

^^ 1) I don't recall stating otherwise in this topic
2) Nobody said the majority of studios were ignoring the advice or conspiring to do so.
3) Yes, that has been established here that there are studios ignoring their better judgement. There was even a moderator at ADT calling them out suggesting they don't shoot at all.
4) I have no quarrel with content being published - I can't name a compelling reason not to publish content as post-production and publication are processes that don't require people in close proximity to each other. It's the shooting of content with non-cohabiting sexual partners and crew that comes across as irresponsible.
5) "Bias" is a lazy way to discredit the credibility of any publication. Not being impartial doesn't automatically deny the veracity of a statement or accusation. It might bring it into question but it doesn't mean the statement isn't true when there is evidence to back it up. I would have linked Barbie's tweet directly but it had been deleted before I could post it here.
The bias manifests as constant criticism of LP at every available opportunity. I'm not about to open Pandora's box and discuss that in depth, but there have been many, many incidents between the two parties.
I know it is factual that Giorgio is shooting during the lockdown. My point is that you should criticize Giorgio, not LP.
^Unless LP has refused to buy the videos that Giorgio is shooting during the lockdown then they are just as responsible as he is. In fact if they are buying his videos then they are not only as guilty but they are financing him to shoot more content.
I appreciate the nuance difference between being a content producer and being a content buyer but ultimately there is very little difference except that it gives an out to the content buyer when the producer does shitty things, That out sort of disappears if the content buyer keeps on doing business with the content producer.
They haven't published anything he shot since the lockdown. If they do publish that content, then criticize them, but they haven't as of yet.

It isn't just the large companies. The smaller ones are getting around by all of a sudden quarantining with a cameraman and talent to film scenes. Check clips4sale for examples
Hard to criticise Giorgio too much without knowing what restrictive measures they have where he is shooting, I believe this to be the Czech Republic. Do we know they have the same lockdown measures as some other countries? How big an outbreak do they have there? I'm not aware that they are hugely affected as of yet. They're allowing WWE Wrestling to continue in the US which is pretty up close and personal.
It is allowed because it was listed as an "essential service" in the state of Florida, and as far as I know it has only been allowed in Florida and nowhere else.
The governor's explanation for the listing of wrestling as an "essential service" was highly dubious, as you might expect. He basically argued that people would be too bored without it.
I made my opinion clear several posts ago. Tons upon tons of people disagree with these quarantine rules. I wish we could leave the tittle-tattle attitudes elsewhere. With big porn companies and the industry as a whole, in the US especially, there is unfair scrutiny from the government and the tittle-tattle anti-porn types. Thus, I can understand a certain level of caution (or greater discretion). Most other posts above sound like an echo chamber... masturbating to the porn of quarantine piety.
^^^ I think it's perfectly easy to criticize people shooting, restrictions or no restrictions. Hell, the US porn industry began a voluntary shutdown before it was mandated by law. I really hope for their sake, nobody tests positive as they will make a perfect scapegoat for the media, especially as Czech Republic had recently eased its lockdown now deaths and reported infections are on the decrease.
I was listening to NPR today while driving, I'm not exactly sure what program was being broadcast at the time but the reporter was talking to an epidemiologist who suggested that countries should look to the "adult Industry" as a good model for implementing testing.
Once a reliable Antibody test is established and mass produced, you test the population and those who test positive for antibodies can get certified to carry on working. He then went on to explain why we aren't already doing that (uncertainty around tests, antibodies, long term effects, and ramifications of people who will infect themselves intentionally)
Ill have to try and find the interview, but it just struck me that funny that those in porn are now being regarded as leading experts in the field of pathogen testing.
This is a bad idea, but I'm going to wade into this mine field for just a second.

It's a bit easy to say that !!!
When people are working on behalf of WGCZ who own GTFlix aka Legal Porno as Giorgio Grandi and Joachim Kessef IT'S IMPOSSIBLE THEY WILL TALE THE RISK TO BE FIRED OF THEIR SITUATION BY SHOOTING WITHOUT AN AGREEMENT FROM THEIR BOSS !!!
Who could trust in 2020 when the regular porn industry is so weak and be a producer is so difficult, any man having a secure job like them will take any risk ??? When the people who did the "mistake" to pusblish after the March 15th. 2020 on social medias various pictures telling " shooting for Legal Porno today" it's because they knew the logo on their videos will not be " Brazzer " or " Woodman" !!! In Budapest and Prague all productions have been officially stopped on March 15 but when you read this :
you understand that as always they don't care !!!
and please don't say it's because I have a personal problem with them, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE WHO PUT MY LIFE AND OTHERS LIFE IN DANGER !!!
It has always been like that since the day this company arrived in the industry ... to refresh your memory they hide various times syphilis cases, said always I was a liar but last year on January 10. 2019 "boum" the world found out they have hidden 2 syphilis cases since december 13.2018. So from January 16 all agencies requested a syphilis outbreaks that of course everyone was supposed to do. But again WHO SAID THEY DON't CARE ??? The company from where came the problem ... It's just insane !!!
Again the same words and they never see any reason to stop !!! So what do they need to find a reason to stop ???
Stephan P. the owner of WGCZ/ GTFlix is suing me because he says that I give a bad image to his company, but sincerely who else in this profession has shown so little respect for these fellows since pornography exists ???
WGcz = Xvideos and we all know what that means when you are like me a producer who spends his money to see his work distributed for free on the net. But when one of their subsidiary GTFlix creates a site like Legal Porno we are far from a Mindgeek with Brazzer. I've never heard for instance of Brazzer 0.01% of everything that is said about Legal Porno since 2012. The world is witnessing via social networks all the problems linked to the various health scandals and also payments which many people have complained about concerning LP. But each time there was the same attitude of the boss: "Sorry it is not us, we are not a studio, we use the work produced by studios working for us" But everyone knows that neither Giorgio or any other producer who belongs to this group goes to the toilet without asking Stephane which paper he has the right to use to wipe his ass !!! And even if it were true, why after all these scandals none of them has ever been fired ??? My personal opinion is that money is the only thing that matters to all these people and that the health of their competitors has no importance for them, they have proven it many times, and again NOW in the middle of the Coronavirus crisis with, at this minute, 3.2 million people infected and 230,000 dead, when there is an official COVID-19 OUTBREAK in porn industry, they are able to produce scenes with 4 performers on a girl and then WRITE on their forum that they see no reason not to work !!!
But of course I am one of the rare person to tell it because I'm an independent producer and I'm not scared of them, so I am the bad guy in the story, as always ...

^ Unfortunately, yes, this stuff is so predictable. We even commented this yesterday on another thread. Anyways, sometimes it's better to just ignore and remind ourselves that ADT aims to be a friendly community. Keeping on topic, I personally hope that when the coronavirus situations goes away, you get the chance to continue your plans that were cut short.
Not only ADT has to be a friendly community but all porn industry. In past there was of course some problems but it was just some rivalities and in a way it was good because stimulate everyone to work harder. Then there was some AVN or Venus or Hot d'Or evening and all competitors was solidar against the censorship, the law against porn etc ... so we had the feeling to be like a family. But today it's a jungle where you have two T-rex ready to swallow everyone but at least one of them is more constructive today than destructive while the other as no any respect and smash all on his way !!! I'm tired to see only lambs around me always scared to tell anything because they think they will loss the few they still have if they open their mouth. Agencies also start be bound in Europe because of course more a group has companies, more not working with him means a huge money loss ... The poison goes in all mind and it's hard today for someone like me who knows porn since 1984 and is part of it since 1989 to see the difference with the golden time and now. To tell you the truth of the truth, when Stephane started Legal Porno in end of 2012, we were speaking to each other. At begining I haven't any bad intention even if I was already furious to see my work on Xvideos. But there was no hate and I proposed him to meet and have a drink or a lunch together but he NEVER accepted and was always using Skype or his phone to speak to me. I know the top guy at Mindgeek. As you can imagine I have the same animosity toward Porrnhub than Xvideos but curiously it's two planet when you have a discussion with him than Stephane. The guy is cool, make joke, speak to you with respect and even apologyse when I complain for DMCA copyright infringement. So yes I agree we should all be a "friendly community" and I never come on any forum to make the war with anyone just for fun. I like peacefull situation, I respect others, even my competitors until they play the game fair, I respect my fans, my members, I speak to everyone and try stay humble, I do my best to stay a cool guy but when there is a terrible situation like today with the Coronavirus and I'm scared for my family as all normal humans should be, I can't let ANYONE do like if nothing was there and put our lives in danger with a finger up !!!
On a purely selfish note, I'm still mad that this all had to happen right on the eve of my big Eurotrip, after years of not being active. It was one month away! Just really sucks.
^I don't think there are enough words to how much that must suck. To have your plans completely fucked for who knows how long but months is a certainty and years may even be a possibility.
I don't really like my job either, on top of everything else, so I was really itching for a change. Now I feel like I'm not in a position to do that! (Don't get me wrong - I am very thankful to even have a job right now.)
The plan was to take an extended vacation from work, go on this Eurotrip, shoot like crazy for about a month (as in, 2-3 scenes per day)... and then go back home, continue working at my job for a little while, and see how it all panned out financially. I would have decided whether to come back full-time based on that.
It's a pretty big life decision, and I never would have made it lightly, but there's no way I could have been prepared for this... so maybe, in retrospect, it was better for me that this happened when it did, before I had a chance to abandon my current reliable source of income.
Actually in Hungary they say maybe in a week they will start re-open restaurants, cinema etc ... There wasn't cofinement in Hungary, just people was recommend to stay home, but in fact life don't really change so much ... Borders are still closed and I have no idea for how long. But already the agencies speak about maybe shoot again asap the government will re-open all public area, with a full DNA PCR test + a covid-19 with IGM and IGA ( I did two days ago just to see how it was to make it and for first time in my life I was sad to read IGG negativ !!!).
Problem in my opinion, as for people like me who did not get it, even if the model coming to the room + the my team is tested, it means anyway I will have to go in hotel and public areas where there will be some risk of exposure anyway. So I think until virus will not be fully eradicated, for all "old man" like me ( LOL ) better stay home !!!
^^^ That's a quick Test a Serum test from blood , not a swab , it's only reliable for 40 or 50% of the times , 60 at best and can only find antibodies in one's blood stream , it only reveal that someone's blood has been in contact with the virus long enough to develop specific antibodies , it'll stay positive even after full recovery and will stay positive for a long while it means that those positive are probably immune to further infections.
IgM and IgG are two different type of Immunoglobulins ,they're antibodies
the only known test able to say if someone has some active vius in his body is the swab ,it finds out whether the RNA of the virus is in someone's blood. The swab can't say if someone already had COVID-19 and recovered , it will only say if he's currently a danger , It can give a false positive if someone recovered but has parts of the virus RNA that are no more virulent still circulating in his blood
In a Recovery for Elders in Italy there was a host who tested negative at the quick test , he was tested again three days later before acceptance, still negative , he was then accepted . A week later some other hosts in there got sick, the quick test and then the swab revealed it was COVID-19 , they couldn't understand how the hell it got in , those hosts were in there a long time but the new one , then they quick tested that first patient for a third time and the result was positive and the swab confirmed positive
the quick test gave a false negative twice in a row on the same subject
that test is particularly useful to find the positives to quarantine them and remove them from around so that they can't infect anybody even if it's a false positive it's not big deal it won't put anybody in danger anyway, but a false negative it's another whole thing, and it's a dangerous one
pornography wasn't sex but fantasies of an impossibly hospitable world 12377 Posts 9/07

Who gives a fuck what an economist thinks? They are neither a doctor not a scientist and as group they've failed to predict or prevent a single economic meltdown, including the 2008 real estate meltdown in the states that they cheerleaded the whole way and almost destroyed the world economy.
^ Well, regarding this economist, and their observation on this issue. They are making the point that medical people are modelling how many people will die if the economy is not locked down, but no one is estimating how many people will die, and how many lives will be ruined, as a result of the lockdown.
All these politicians and medical saying we have to close this, close that, close everything... are all in secure, highly paid government employment. I.e. it's not going to affect them.
Here's a question an economist would ask: of all the people that are now losing their jobs, what number will never work again?
Yes but it is a loose/loose situation. Everyone always believes they are an expert and that they have the answer: we could have, should have, blah blah blah. Look, if you have a model saying this many people WILL die if actions aren't taken but then again this other arbitrary number of the people who MIGHT die as a result of lockdown, you go with the data you have. What was that saying, "we have known knowns, known unknowns, and unknown unknowns."
the potential for death from inaction was a known known the potential harm from lock down is a known unknown
Everyone's been blaming scientists, experts and media for blowing it out of proportion and causing widespread panic. I find that the Economists are the ones scaring everyone! When choosing between lives and livelihoods governments resoundingly have made up their minds that lives are more important. Economy's can be rebuilt, or bounce back. Your dead relatives and neighbors are gone forever.
BTW: I'm an essential worker and have been taking every precaution possible, remaining isolated in my vehicle while on duty, going straight home when off duty, wiping surfaces, washing hands, wearing masks and yesterday started experiencing symptoms. Going to get tested today.
How do you go from that argument, about the economists, into a support for letting the doctors manage Covid? You know what they say about war and generals? ;-)
So why not listen to the WHO that now sees Sweden as a model for how to deal with the pandemic? The alternative is to lock down the whole wold for about two years.
If you had COVID-19 two months ago andthen recovered a PCR test will still mark you as positive even though not only you're not ill but actually, being immune , youd'be the safer person to be with. the PCR test can't tell you whether you're infected now or were a long time ago , only that you have a specific antibody
There is no any garanteed about immunity even if you got it ... I just said at this day there is only two possibility to be tested, with a nose prelevment and with a blood test. From both the best is the blood as you can read from the article in my previous post. There is nothing 100 % sure in any test, even the porn industry with the DNA PCR knows only how was your sitiation one week ago for HIV and two weeks ago for Hepatitis and two to three weeks ago for Syphilis. But it's better than an Elisa blood test which is in the dark from three week to 2 months ago. Today the prime minister in Hungary is supposed say that they will reopen all public places. If it's confirmed, agencies speak to restart shoot porn from May 5 or 10. I'll let you know more soon ...
