Whilst I love what Dakota has done I'm kinda meh about the IR. Maybe it's just me, but I got bored waiting for it to happen and just enjoyed those that are doing it. Now that it is pending release I'm not panting with anticipation like I was with Riley and her Tushy scenes. btw, This has nothing to do with it being Archangel & Prince though I'd have preferred Blacked as I subscribe to that.

I know that Dakota has stated that she has plans and a timeline for things that she is hoping to accomplish in the porn industry. I say good for her! In the short time that she has been in the business, she has done a lot more than many others. I would rather she continue to enjoy what she does, instead of getting burned out by it. IR is just the first step in those plans/timeline and I, for one, can not wait for what's to come in the future.

According to her Twitter account she had a boyfriend around Christmas and into the beginning of the new year, and pictures of them together were posted on her Instagram page. However, about 2 weeks ago, she broke up with him and removed all pictures containing him from her Instagram account. That being said, it's his loss. But.. that means there's hope for some other lucky guy out there who will win her heart. And if he's smart - he won't do anything to mess things up. ;)

YES!! As I mentioned previously: "I can not wait for what's to come in the future," I'm just surprised that it happened sooner - rather than later. But hey, no complaints from me! She must've felt that the time was right to do DP. Hopefully in a couple years she may even consider doing an anal gangbang (fingers crossed). But until then, I will continue to enjoy the opportunities I have to watch her perform. And as the saying goes - "Always leave them wanting more!" :)

Always quite surprised that Dakota isn't churning out as many scenes as the likes of Riley Reid. She's an excellent performer. Surprised she's not in as high a demand.
^^Just going by releases,in my view she does seem to be to quite prolific even if indeed it is the case that riley was shot even more often http://www.data18.com/kota_sky/ Also, she had a sustained hiatus and just recently moved back to LA to start shooting regularly. ^ hate to break it to you but thats not gonna happen. she quit.. AGAIN! what is that? 4 times now? 5? lol. she went on a twitter rant about companies taking advantage of her, forcing her to do things, saying "alot of the industry is totally fucked" and even got into an argument with angelina chung

I wish that when pornstars quit, they get fully blacklisted from the industry. You can retire and then come out of retirement, but if u quit, bye. I really wanted Dakota to do good, but fuck it, she wont. So bye to her. Bye forever. As it should be.

^^^ How come you think it’s for James Deen’s Studio? That’s definitely Mimefreak looking out from behind the curtains, I’d wager it is a scene for Archangel.
^ Yeah, if you actually read the blog post, there's a chain of links there that lead to a bunch of the other scenes James has shot for ArchAngel (and Mime photobombs the picture in each one). The scene is with James as male talent, but it's an ArchAngel production.

^ Okay. What threw me off was that the link above that pic from the scene was from James Deen's blog, so I assumed the scene was a production of his. Since it's an ArchAngel scene, I'll surely check it out.
So...let me get this straight...She did do a DP, but for Archangel...? I know that there was some kind of contract deal between her and Archangel...but, I'll admit, I'm kinda bummed that HardX didn't get to shoot this scene. She is such a natural beauty, and fits so well with Mason's style! Not to mention that Mason specializes in firsts. I really hope that she turns up on HardX again soon. It's been so long...I also noticed that Dakota isn't even listed on the Archangel website with the other performers...yet they still refer to her as a contract star on their twitter...what's up with that?
Why do you care? As a viewer it has no effect on you besides timing of scenes being released. It's not causing you any inconvenience. Even when stars are consistently working, the release flow of their scenes can be erratic. If Dakota shoots a scene today and tweets about it, it might still be 6 months until the studio puts the thing out.
Just what is the distinction between retiring and quitting, anyway? Either way, in the Adult Industry, it's par for the course, and whatever way/s performers deal with this is their business, in my opinion.
Because I think its unprofessional to quit your job multiple times, but just because youre in high demand, you get to come back like nothing happened. It doesn't affect me, Its just annoying. She just quit and if im not mistaken said some bad things about the industry. But she gets to come back if she wants. I just don't think its right. I guess everyone else is ok with it tho.
