God, I wish this had been on Live PD. I'd love to see the looks on the cops' faces when they get there and see that the guy is whining about being hit by a girl the size of a Keebler elf.
Drugs and Alcohol are likely involved. She's posted some vids where she looked completely out of it in the past few months. Edited by - Eco195 on 6/6/2017 11:20:30 AM
Correct me if I'm misinterpreting this So the charmer had sex with her and then asked her to hit the road , she then begun to make some calls (or she was texting and he asked her to leave) at this point some 90 lbs or maybe even less struck him in the face ( I don't know his weight but I'm assuming at least an average 140 lbs thin man) and this man was so outraged to call the police (which I assume took him seriously , without laughing I mean ) Anyway were I a woman and the man I just had sex with tells me to leave right away rest assured he'd have every reason of this world to call the police , with a very pitched voice

I managed to get a copy of the police report. It begins, "The complainant, hereafter to be referred to as 'Pussy...'"

Depends on how you look at it. Given that she lives and has a hubby in Cali, realistically, why would she be having a "boyfriend" in FL unless it might possibly be a GFE. Still though, calling the cops for little more than a slap in the face is kind of pussyish. Unless of course, there are more embarrassing facts to the story and this story was the official compromise so she doesn't really get punished and the guy doesn't get revealed as having been pegged with an eggplant. (this last part was taking from Archer and no way should be interpreted as actually happening here).
This is how it was presented in the headlines, but the piece you quoted revealed a different story to me (a less interesting one I guess--people are more used to the "man kicks woman out after sex" script). I interpreted the story as they had sex, then she started playing on her phone, and he asked her to quit and she didn't so he said ok, then leave. I don't see anything wrong with that. Refusing to pay any attention to someone you just had sex with is the equivalent of telling them to leave imo.
According to the New York Post article Dakota hit her boyfriend with her open hand and cut open his lower lip. Maybe a ring on her finger was the cause. If he retaliated he could have been in trouble too. Of course, maybe he's grown tired of her. She does to be somewhat unstable to say the least.
^One of the problems I can see is that they would have to find a performer that looks like Dakota to play her in the video because I don't think that she is "mentally speaking" in a good place right now. In fact I don't think that she has been a in a good place in quite a while now.
According to the BF, her abuse has been ongoing for some time. In a written statement to the court, he said that he has had bite marks and bruises on him multiple times which have been seen by family and friends, she has trapped him in the apartment, taken his phone so he can't call anyone or record what is happening and that the neighbor had to pull her off of him during a fight. The letter is below: [link removed: hosting pirated content]
Well shit. She was just terrorizing him. Damn. I can see why he'd call the cops first chance he could. Puts things in perspective. ----Dread's Twitter----

^ so she did all that to him and he still had sex with her after all that shit ,he is plain stupid in my book.
^ People often use the term to describe domestic abuse situations. Describing someone as stupid because they stay in a relationship with their abuser or tolerate their abuse for a time is incredibly ignorant and damaging.

^ or is just having a different opinion if the victim is a female or a male. and he not looks like he was not able to defend himself.
^ Oh so you just don't take male victims seriously. Good for you. Shame for all the men who don't speak out because of attitudes like yours.

i not speak for all cases ,i speak from this case here ,where we know how both persons involved look like. stop trying to attack me with that generalization stuff.
Well Dakota is very petite and slim , I found it difficult to believe she could have fisically abused an average build man who almost doubled her weight , not to mention that men are usually more trained than women when it comes to fighting , I mean we fight even just for play since we were little kids. How can't you stop a girl who slaps you? I got my share of those , not too many though but I allowed it to happen , she may surprise me with the first one, but then there's no way on earth a regular woman could hit me twice unless I decide to let her. Of course if there's a very subjugated man like that it may be
It puzzles me that people think physical strength has such a large role in abuse. It's far more complicated than that. It also puzzles me that a bunch of men are making arguments that go against their own interests while I am attempting to advocate for men. And yet feminists are supposed to be the man haters...
It requires too much imagination to buy the guy's version. There are a lot of obvious contradictions, first he says he was some sort of Aushwitz prisoner in her house, then he says he went with Dakota to his parents house, and had enough freedom to talk with friends and family about her aggressive behaviour... first he says he felt oppressed by her, then the incident apparently happened because after sex Dakota was playing with her smartphone and he started a discussion as he felt himself ignored by her. Sorry, but he deserves every possible mockery. If Dakota has some personal issues, this guy has 10 x of them. Edited by - cavarra on 6/10/2017 3:00:13 PM
^^ Actually I was explaining my first statement here , but the post above mine has some valid points . Psychological domination is a tricky matter , and yes strenght has nothing to do with that, but everything to do with a fight , I've been in some heated arguments and even fights and there was no way a woman could physically abuse me unless I allowed her to , which could have happened if I knew she was right and I deserved a slap , but no more than what I deemed fair , I'd just grab her wrists and the fight would end right there , I 've never hit a woman willingly and I seriously doubt I would.I've never been in any abusive relationship either way. But there's a point that puzzles me, according to him after they had sex she was playing with her phone and he was the one who got annoyed and confronted her and then he basically kicked her out it was only at this point that she slapped him. This doesn't appear the behaviour of an abused man . As far as i know those abused tend to avoid any behaviour able to provoke a reaction from the abuser , they tend to be as meek as possible in order to maintain the abuser in good mood. Is it really plausible that an abused man tries to get a reaction from the alleged abuser twice? The second one couldn't be ignored even, plus after provoking such storm he managed to stay cool and collected and to call the police He says she didn't allow him to phone to anybody this in their somewhat regular time and condition, but he had no problem calling the police while she was so pissed off to the point to hurt him and yet she allowed him to grab the phone (hers?) and call 911. Is this really plausible? I've a hunch though he provoked her in order to get hit and finally get rid of her by showing some blood to the cops
^ How so? And funny how you came here to complain about a double standard, and now you're giving me shit for not arguing that double standard. I don't know why I'm surprised...
This is key. Regardless, I wasn't targeting you/your post. You were quite reasonable in your explanation. I very much doubt some people here would be reacting this way if, in the exact same situation, it were a female who called the police. I guess I'm done here. Not sure why anyone bothers fighting to advocate for men and their rights, why we feminists continue to care about men's wellbeing and ensure we don't adhere to a double standard (you're welcome Rosco!), only to be faced with this bullshit. Have fun with the toxic shit pile you all are creating for yourselves, your sons, your friends, and all the women in your life too.

^&^^ You know, I have no idea what you're going on about. I really don't. I've read it several times and I'm completely stumped. 2 things: 1. I never complained about a double standard, I was referring to the white hat crowd here who tend to feel that porn performers are perfection and if anyone so much as looks funny in their direction they want to ride to the rescue. 2. I didn't give you shit, I disagreed with you by saying "Not really!" because I'm of the school that says when it comes to relationships, you either tolerate bad behavior or you don't. This guy going back for seconds says that he is okay with whatever bat shit crazy behavior she demonstrates, (as indicated by numerous tweets and video blog posts). See the old adage: Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I, and other posters kind of agree that this guy deserves to be mocked and made fun of. He called the police because she slapped him, not punched, slapped. And, she took his phone and wouldn't give it back. Awwww poor peachy babes! Do you know how funny that sounds? I wonder if the police gave him a few "there theres" while gently patting his back. I can't even imagine why this guy stuck around after the first incident. First off, she's supposedly married and living in LA. Is he of the notion that he's "dating" a porn star and he's in nirvana? Is he pathetic and thinks that he finally has a GF? Or, is it a GFE and because she spent the w/e they're dating? I don't know, do you?
Maybe we will see if he has any pictures of his bites and bruises and if any witnesses (his friends and family) state that they saw the bites and bruises. He claims to still have a scar from the bite. Also, we will see if the neighbor who supposedly had to pull Dakota off of him during a fight makes a statement or testifies. An abusive relationship isn't always one-sided, but it's very possible that she could have done plenty of hitting on multiple occasions without him hitting back. Also, it's pretty unlikely that her punch was the only time it had happened. You have two immature, unstable people in a relationship, so nothing much would surprise me. BTW, the statement I previously posted from the BF wasn't from a parody. You can find all of the actual court documents on the Smoking Gun site. Edited by - felipealou on 6/11/2017 1:01:11 PM
I'm stating the obvious, but porn stars often don't have conventional relationships. They could have an open marriage. It seems like she is technically still married but separated from her husband. She has apparently been in FL for some time now and her husband has been in CA. Possible she may be going back to him now, at least temporarily. I think this current boyfriend is the second one she has had in the last year. She had openly referred to the current one as her BF on her Instagram before. I'd very much advocate for equal rights , but this particular case seems fishy or better something doesn't match If she'd pierced him with a knife , hit him with a hammer or a bat I'd be with you , but Dakota physically abusing a regular man for months doesn't add up If she really did then I'd be the first to criticize but still Anyway rather than double standard i think it's more disbelief
If she'd pierced him with a knife , hit him with a hammer or a bat I'd be with you , but Dakota physically abusing a regular man for months doesn't add up. You don't know much about the dynamics of domestic abuse. How do you determine if he is a "regular man?"
The fact that TSG published a copy of the arrest report doesn't in any way authenticate the supposed statement from the BF that you linked to. [/quote] Sorry, the statement was taken from the BF's Instagram, which he has now made private. A link for Dakota's letter to the judge is below: [link removed: hosting pirated content]
