Kota is a real cutie, and a great performer and I hate to see her go, but *everyone* is replaceable. That doesn't diminish what she's done. Its simply a way for some people to move on. (others may choose to dwell on it) But ask anyone with an ex-wife of ex-girlfriend, while you were together, you would have probably argued they were irreplaceable, but sure enough, after it ended, and you ended up with any other wife or girlfriend, you did, by definition, replace them. I've talked to enough girls and have my own opinions that there are two kinds of racists in the porn industry. 1) The accepted definition in that people will berate an individual if they have sexual relations outside of their race. I've been holding off on saying this, because I want to say it in the context of a much larger idea, but I'm going to say it now: Not working with someone solely because of their race is the literal definition of racism. Like, THE LITERAL DEFINITION of racism. Do you think "Separate but Equal" wasn't racist? Because it absolutely was. Point being, racism isn't always about "this race is better than that race." Segregating one race from the others is inherently racist, and that's exactly what you're doing with the IR designation. When you insist on identifying a performer as a black performer or a white performer instead of just a performer, you're being racist, and it's impossible to buy into "IR" without doing just that. It's not overt "white power" racism. It's a subtle, latent form of racism, but it is undoubtedly racist. However, I suspect if you actually tackled the psychology of why people that are into "IR" are in fact into it, I suspect in many cases it's a much less subtle form of racism.
