After using the program I'm about to reveal, one of the programs open immediately, and the other opens in about 10 secs. The folders in question all now open immediately. As a matter of fact, ALL functions operate quicker, including surfing and opening web pages/browsers. The program is totally free, no trial period nonsense and easy to use. Once it's installed, I recommend doing a Full Scan & Fix Errors at least three times to get as much as possible removed and repaired. If you have an External Hard Drive or other removable drive, it has a feature in Options that must be unchecked to enable it to scan & repair them along with the main drive. It also has a create Restore Point feature so you'll have the opportunity to put things the way they were in the highly unlikey event something doesn't work correctly after the repair. Here it is: Free Window Registry Repair |

A good test is to try it on Add or Remove Programs and see the difference before and after using it. I see a huge difference because I have a LOT of programs, installers and pics. The folders with the installers, My Pictures in the Thumbnail setting, Add or Remove Programs and my External Hard Drive are the ones where I was getting a delay. Also as mentioned earlier, there were certain programs that were taking a long time to open also. Of course, all of the problems are gone now. I use it several times a day to keep everything running crisp. |
