Since, over the years, the usual fan comments about porn girls & boob jobs (most recent example: Meggan Mallone) are negative, I'm glad to see that Riley's Smokin' Hot Bod (with implants) may be helping to change attitudes. I've always thought that some performers (Niki Tyler, Racquel Darrien, Jesse Jane) would have NEVER been big stars had they not gotten implants. It's the performers' decision and I'm glad more fans are respecting it.
