You're having a "problem" because you have it in your mind that its "painful".

I disagree. I have the same thing. It goes from feeling wonderful to feeling like you're rubbing on 100-grit sandpaper almost instantly, and it hurts to the point where you have to stop, usually in mid-ejac, which breaks up the orgasm and diminishes it.
