In my opinion it has no great philosophical significance. Nor is it possible to make useful generalisations about the moral state of those like to watch straight-ish sex acts on camera. The apparent continual upping-of-the-ante whereby new twists and gimmicks are featured by producers of porn, and discussed at length here, is just a kind of micro-scale dialectic. I think porn is just about hot humans performing more-or-less straightforward sexual acts upon themselves and others for the delectation of the rest of us. A fetishistic focus on the mechanics of a particular act, or the presentation of that as "innovation" is just noise. Just my opinion, I should add, once again.
