Had someone posted that photo in a thread asking for help identifying the model, I'd have said with no hesitation and 100% certainty that was Taylor Dare. Maybe it's just the pose.
Scene counts for performers mentioned in this thread. A few notes, some previously mentioned:
1) It's rare to have a short-lived and remarkable career. It's hard enough to define short-lived, whether that's scene count, body count, or the calendar period in which a performer was shooting. And what's remarkable? I've been watching porn for 40+ years and am reasonably familiar with a lot of starlets who have come and gone. There are a lot of names here that I do not recognize. Again, I'm not an authority, just a reasonably well-informed porn consumer, but, IMHO, there shouldn't be so many people here whose careers should be considered "remarkable."
Personally, if we cut off at 25, I'd say Claire Evans (mic drop) and Aylar Lie would qualify. Maybe another one or two. I'd sneak in Amee Donovan at 26 and Lauren Hall at 29. Lena Nicole gets in under the "we're talking primarily b/g" exception, even with 286 scenes, because three were b/g, and she had an epic one with Brandon Iron. But, again, I'm thinking of remarkable in the literal sense.
2) Lots of respondents just threw out the names of some of their ATFs, or performers they hadn't seen in some time. Gracie Glam? Monica Sweetheart? Remy Lacroix? Really.
3) I know scene counts aren't accurate, but I opted for them over career beginning and end dates because it's easier to transcribe and because (to take an extreme and hypothetical example) a performer may not have made anything in 10 years but still has scenes being released, rereleased, or compiled.
4) Because of technological advances and the pace of production, a performer could have a respectable multiyear career in the '70s and '80 with a much lower number of scenes.
Anyway, here's what I have. I created separation points at 100 and every 25 below that.
^ My scene counts include comps, as excluding them would require a lot of cipherin', but I took a look at her card at IAFD and came up with 22 scenes after counting and excluding 15 from her total of 37. I'd say the AVN award counts as "remarkable."
^ and ^^ Thanks for reminding me of Roxanne Blaze. I only have three scenes with her, but one of them remains a favourite of mine even after 31 years. It's her scene in Randy West's Up and Cummers 3. She has a girl/girl scene with Lana Sands and eventually Randy joins in. The reason this stands out for me (apart from Roxanne) is this was probably one of the first scenes I saw that had rimming in it. Lana asks Randy if he's ever had his ass eaten and he says he has and likes it, so Lana has Randy kneel on the couch so she can dive in. At the same time, Roxanne dives in on Lana's ass, though eventually Roxanne rims Randy too.
One of the other scenes I have is in Up and Cummers 1 which IAFD lists as being one of only two anal scenes. The other listed anal scene is in a movie called Nothing to Hide 2. I don't have that one, but IAFD lists it as "Anal Toy" and when I look at the screencaps from VOD sites, it does seem that this is just an anal toy insertion and not anal sex.
In her pre-scene interview with Randy on Up and Cummers 1 she says she is 18 and has only been in the business for a month, so bonus points for that.
Maybe this is one of those where it's just me, but how about Mackenzie Wilson? IAFD lists 25 scenes. I only know of one where she got fucked, and that was by Ed Powers, unfortunately. Everything else was blowjobs and handjobs, including a blowbang. She also did some scenes for a website called, I think, "Weekend at Dagny's." She looked like the girl next door and gave off a really cool, friendly vibe. Remarkable primarily because of the limited nature of her activities.
^Over eight years? I'm amazed to hear that. I remember her being in the industry for only a fairly short time. She was quite prolific, but it didn't feel like she did it for that long. But I suppose I was wrong.
Now, granted, you do have to take IAFD's numbers with a grain of salt, as the span of years includes late releases, and scene counts include comps. I think comps' release years are exluded from the active years, though. Still ...
I've noticed several mentions of Claire Evans, the bulk of her work was at the David Nudes world series of sites, more specifically HappyNakedTeenGirls and SoftOrgasm.

I just took a look at that scene, and, surprise, suprise, surprise, there is indeed plausible deniability. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't, but there's not irrefutable video evidence that they did.

Someone's done a good job, BTW, of cleaning Dagny's videos from the internet.
