You're so right, Lezzyist. The 'retarded theatre' (your accurate and descriptive phrase) is incomprehensible to me. My best explanation for Girlsway is that Bree Mills is frustrated scriptwritter, otherwise why would substantial resources must be diverted to creating the cartoony nonsense? Also when a production company doesn't take their own content seriously, why should I? Moreover, the majority of scene setups/senarios are ultimately irrelevant because they have nothing to do with the sex performance that follows. The best of Slayed is when resources are invested in styling and cinematography and the womens' own engaging personalities shine through.

OK, nobody has posted here in 3 weeks, that's not a good sign. Anyways, on March 4th of this year Slayed released a scene starring Sonya Blaze & Ellie Luna. Title is 'Tiny cutie is obsessed with eating her hot bffs pussy'. Ellie is attractive & Sonya is off the charts attractive. Sonya has recently stepped up her studio work. She, also, has stepped up her performances as well. This is a very watchable effort I am happy to report.
^ Interesting. The scenes directed by Julia Grandi range from run-of-the-mill to above average Euro scenes: hot women, but tame with too much scripted sex. I wish she produced Euro scenes more in keeping with the original concept and content of the Slayed brand. Euro scenes in the original hyper-esthetic Slayed style, full-on with high-end lingerie, would have been conceptually new and, quite frankly, a heck of a thing. To be fair, the esthetic was attempted in Grandi's first scene 'Dollhouse' with Nancy Ace & Sonya Blaze (October 4, 2022), but the sex was still tame and the whole approach was seems to have been abandoned now. Some of Grandi's photosets are incredible, particularly the 'modeling elements', but the hardcore videography underdelivers.
^ Actually, I pretty much share your sentiments regarding Slayed's Euro effort. I did, however, think this was a step up from WowGirls content which is where I usually see Euro models of this ilk.
^ Yes, I agree - as far as Euro scenes go, Grandi's work is definitely a step up from Wowgirls / Sensual.love. Euro performers are definitely capable of delivering more genuineness and personality for Slayed, as evidenced by their appearence in the Slayed scenes shot in LA with American performers: Lika Star & Vanna Bardot (September 20, 2022) and Eve Sweet & Lilly Bell (October 29, 2024). Therefore, is the direction of the purely Euro scenes the fundamental problem?

^She's done 2 GG scenes before, with Raven Lane for excogigirls and with Octavia Red for GirlsOnlyPorn/Nubiles. She doesn't exactly scream "big star" to me, it's early days yet but the fact that she's been with Octavia and now Kenna has to mean something.

^That's really they main problem for me with Slayed. They have big names and then pair them with complete unknowns and it's not like I entirely doubt that these women aren't attractive or talented, but it doesn't appeal to me in the same way. Girlsway still has my attention from time to time because they drop two well known performers together, but Slayed bringing someone I never hear about in my life is just not the same thing. Who knows. Maybe I'm too picky about this.

Over at her thread in the Star Crossed eM_Man has said that in a livestream Adriana Chechik said that she is shooting for Slayed in the next few weeks, so hopefully she'll be in a Slayed scene before the end of the year...which is nice.
Based on the trailer, it looks like Laurent Sky, and more importantly the "Macros" are back! If they keep this up, I will likely resubscribe, even if it's only 2x updates/month.
