Yep, mostly flashes, but every once in a while some of them would be sustained. The main thing is that they were "ultra closeups", so although brief, they were quite unique in an era where the camera often is further away from the action.
I like the lingerie and jewelry. They are part of the distinct "luxury" look that sets Slayed apart from other productions. It's the high fantasy version, so to speak, of lesbian porn. Laurent Sky was the dominate director for Slayed's early scenes. It follows that those who liked the site liked his style. Much of the early criticism of the scenes was when other director's didn't follow his choices for content & shooting angles.
