As I recall Jenna Haze went GG for a period of time and look at her career now. I don't expect Teagan to comment on this, but I wouldn't be surprised if the new guy in her life has nothing to do with the kind of material she currently chooses to do. There very well may be child custody issues as well as business ones, related to the marital bed, that are the real reasons for her to be cooling her jets for a while. It just may be in her best interest, while the lawyers are circling, to reduce her reportable income. In fact by the time Teagan passes through this part of her life she will be ready to take the Georgia Bar Exam. So if you all are really fans stop bustin' her chops. There already is enough hot Teagan stuff around to full fill two raincoater life times.
No one's really busting her chops. She has been somewhat vague about the reasons for the new career path. So people speculate. If there was the slightest chance Teagan could actually lose custody of her kids by performing with guys, she should never do so again. That is the right decision. Leaving porn period would be the best choice. I don't think anyone could be faulted at all given that scenario. But if the new boyfriend is the main impetus? Not a great idea imo. Given her current very high stock in the industry, this could mean hundreds of thousands of potential future income lost. Maybe more if you play your cards right like Bella, Stormy, Tera, the two Jenna's, etc. That window of opportunity is open only to a select few and only for so long before someone else swoops in. But like I said before, if the children are at stake, my entire last point is totally moot.
Hell, I love a "romantic gesture." The idea of her giving up the possibility of earning lots of money for a guy makes me think there's at least one person left in the world who believes in commitment. But, I doubt that's her only reason.
Except for the fact that countless female performers have done exactly the same thing. It is quite the porn cliche actually. Those relationships inevitably run their course. Then they try to come back and the work has dried up. Or they retire, but have nothing to show for it. If one enters a business where a significant portion of our fucked up society shuns you, it's simply common sense to have an exact plan to bank as much as humanly possible while you can. To have something tangible to offset the shit you might have to deal with later in life. This slight rant isn't even knocking Teagan herself. If she takes it that way, I do apologize. She has to do what she feels is right for her life. It's just that I've seen very similar stories play out SO many times over the years.

Clam, read my previous post. I actually agreed with what you said before. If Teagan's reasons for girl girl only are because of the divorce and custody issues, i think she is doing the RIGHT thing. I am quite aware of the need to look good for the court in a custody battle. And potential alimony issues regarding her income. As well as a myriad of other factors. I've dealt with divorce in my own life. My second post was a general statement in regards to female porn stars and their boyfriends. Not husbands. It is the cliche fallback position for a performer to go lesbian for this reason. I was just not clear(because of the XPT thread) if that is the main motivating factor behind Teagan's decision. That's all I was trying to say.

Thanks Madison for the kind words. I LOVE the pictures from the Roxy DeVille shoot with Holly Randall. Holly had posted a comment on XPT where she gives me and Roxy credit for giving her a breathe of fresh air because she was getting into a routine/rut with shooting and we inspired her. Which made me really feel good because while we were shooting I was the "maid" and I was being bratty by rebelling against Master Roxy and would dust her with the feather duster to push her buttons and to get her to punish me more. In the process of this, I made Holly bust up giggling to the point where she had to cut because the camera was moving from her laughing so hard. I'm in the process as we speak of reviewing the Digital Playground movie, "Naked Aces 5". I'm taking a little break from actually reviewing the movie to have some fucking of my own and enjoy the movie for myself, but first I had to post to you guys. Guys, I hate to bring up the past, but I really wanted to address the topic that's in my locked thread about my departure with Digital Playground. I get emailed and messaged on MySpace about this daily, so I think its time I officially set the record straight. Digital Playground NEVER prevented me from shooting scenes for anyone, nor did Digital ever own the last name Presley, nor prevent me from using that. Honestly, of all of my friends and coworkers in the adult business, when Tyler had assaulted me in April and I had to leave California for my safety and the safety of my kids, my former employers at Digital were the first ones concerned for me, and checked on my safety almost daily. Even though I am not with DP anymore, I LOVE DP, and I think they have a product second to none, but more importantly, they have treated me like family even after I left. As everyone hopefully knows by now, Tyler had a huge bone to pick with them, and Tyler felt like like they prevented me from shooting, even though he was told as I was by my attorney that it was only a release I needed to sign that prevented me from shooting, not Digital. Digital worked with me on letting me out of my contract, and they kept me on contract for three years and on my insurance even though I was basically pregnant two years out of the three. Both myself and Digital have addressed these issues in multiple places such as ADT, XPT and Luke is Back, and yet we still hear about it like there was some diabolical plan to prevent me from working or feeding my kids. Tyler's troublemaking prevented me from working, not Digital. Sorry to hash this up once again, but I really hope this ends this talk as I still love Digital, and I would shoot girl/girl or solo for them anytime they need me, and they know that too. That was pretty impressive, doing such a long, detailed review, all in one shot (what was it, 10+ minutes?), and (it appeared) from memory. Not to mention the "multi-tasking" The only suggestion I would offer is that the superimposed text was too big and too in the way. You might think about moving it up to the upper left corner, or have it just pop up for a few seconds at a time.
We did the graphic that way on purpose since we know the video will be reposted so much, we want everyone to know where the video comes from.
