Yes the pics are from that movie which was called "X Girl contre Supermacho" and it was directed by Ovidie (woman) and by Dist de Kaerth (man) at the same time. I am not French fluent speaker (I speak a bit but not much) but it was easy to understand from the link you provided there were three different scenes (boy-girl, girl-girl-boy, boy-girl-boy) and Stoya played along with Ana Polina, a very beautiful Russian origin French actress. There are cropped soft creenshots here and a few more disclosed stills here. Very very interesting project. It demonstrates how women and men directors perceive the elements which constitute pornography. I wonder if a similar project could be realized in US. But from who? The vast majority of women directors in US are aligned with Gonzo. Very few can still do quality erotica.
