Excelent customerservice, very, very fast delivery (USPS Global Priority)- 5-7 days to Norway) - and their website are also reliable. In-stock means in-stock! But when it comes to their shipping department, I do not understand their policy. If you order two (or more) DVDs, they always put two and two DVDs in the same, little fold. Playing side against playing side! Do they really not understand that this may cause serious damage to the DVDs? Now, I do know that Adultdvdempire will make up for the defective DVD, and replace it, but if they do not improve their shipping handling, I have to order only one DVD at a time. Have you people out there any equal experiences with Adultdvdempire - or other retailers? [Link] |
