Did the computer install a driver the first time you connected the cable? Or did it ask for a driver? Generally, it should auto detect and try to find a driver.

I have hooked my USB cable up to every port I can find in my computer yet I can not get my computer to recognize the signal when I try to dub the video over to my hard drive. I'm using Sonic MyDVD plus software and all I get is "no video signal detected" no matter what port I use. It is a brand new USB cable. [Link] |
