While on the whole I agree with you, it's not always that simple to avoid. If the video in question was titled; Huge, Gaping Chasms! with an image of a girl bending over to show her prolapsed anus, you can bet that I would most certainly not pick it up because it's not something I'm into, however; we're talking about something that is very difficult to avoid now-a-days because it gets put in the middle of scenes and someone who doesn't wish to see it isn't really given an option to avoid it.
