I've to learn, that not necessarily a nice body houses a friendly spirit. I really get disappointed by a so-called Porn Unicorn! I started to follow her on twitter some weeks ago. Since I was completely new to that twitter-thing, I only read her sometimes funny, more often meaningless, but several times also quite upsetting twittering. However, recently I allowed me to ask her a single question to a - in my opinion easy to recognize as incorrect - statement upon the rate of STD's in the porn biz, from what source she takes her information. The result was that I get blocked! And even my try to apologize, if I have unintentionally hurt her feelings get blocked, too. It's not a great loss. But I think this is not the best way to handle with your fans. And even though she frequently ask for more followers she probably gives a shit on new fans. So I'm done with fanship to her and it's OK, since I saw the pics from her last shoot for Star Trek:TNG parody on fleshbot. Fortunately it opens my eyes before I could spoil her from her whishlist, another thing she begs for any second day ;-). Thus - caution girls - twitter may let fans look a little deeper behind your beautifull eyes! ___________________________________________________________ PS: Now I'm wetting my pants for her angry response

This is the "What I've learned from pornstars on Twitter" thread. This is not the "I'm butt-hurt from something a pornstar did on Twitter, and I've come to ADT to be a crying little bitch about it" thread.
kristina follows u, nice... aleska diamond follows me :) i have learnt... most don't discuss or talk about porn much :( most have amazon accounts with comprehensive wishlists Edited by - Drebin on 2/10/2011 2:00:50 AM
Sometimes I just dont know what to think.... BreeOlson Bree Olson Mmmm tired. I wanna go to a hot sunny place and sleep on the beach then wake up to getting raped by a stranger on the beach. That's my dream
This was tweeted 2/10/11... Shock value maybe? Should I be aroused or disturbed?
following about 20-30 porn stars all i have learnt is yes, they have wishlists on amazon that they like people to know about constantly and they read each others posts constantly...within seconds of one star tweeting another has replied in other words, boring as batshit
I like your observation. I don't really follow anyone on twitter but i do from time to time read some performers tweets. I'll just add that it's also common for them to talk about pets, going to bars/clubs, and tweeting their club appearances. I also notice that quite a few of them often discuss their over-indulgence in drugs and alcohol.
what i've learned is that porn stars are pretty sensitive. maybe overly. now, no one deserves to be attacked, called names etc. but for their profession, they must know that it is definitely not accepted by all and even some of those who love porn still don't have much regard for the performers themselves and see them only as fuck toys. but the least little thing or criticism you throw some of there way you see them go into an onslaught/tirade including continuous back and forth with said "offender". i would think it would e more productive to ignore the wise asses and concentrate on responding to true fans and the ones who respect them and not trolls looking for attention. http://www.change.org/petitions/brazzers-produce-porn-with-average-thin-cocks-that-doesnt-involve-sph
i've seen jenna jameson go off the deep end couple of times where this is concerned especially when was having problems with loser tito ortiz (man that guy is full of himself). you also learn that many of them consider themselves "celebrities" and don't realize that while they may make a lot of money, consumers are basically the direct source of that money, so acting like a diva can only turn some fans off and away from subscribing to their sites, live shows etc. being a porn star is like a business ... fan appreciation is essential. and lastly, the "wishlist" phenomenon or as i would call it "begging" your (usually less well-off) fan base to buy you things you could buy your damn self, is pretty triffling. sorry for the suckers who actually spend their hard earned money buying ridiculous priced items for porn stars who likely make more than they do and won't give two shits about you tomorrow (you're just another name) http://www.change.org/petitions/brazzers-produce-porn-with-average-thin-cocks-that-doesnt-involve-sph
i must say, Twitter is turning me off a lot of porn stars i know most guys couldnt give a shit what stars say, but most on my twitter ( about 30-40 porn stars) just talk about wanting their wishlists, advertising their stripping clubs performances & talking rubbish some are surprisingly refreshing - they are a lot more interesting than most. put it this way, 90% of the stars i follow/followed on Twitter, i no longer watch or will buy scenes of them anymore to the stars who constantly put up their 'wishlist".... go and do a few anal scenes and buy the stuff yourself instead of begging for stuff you dont need like a bum on twitter its not cute or sexy, just pathetic
