I think I've had one B/O out of MANY orders. Always ship same day. I deal with them most because of the generous Kickbacks & free shipping. 3. 5 Star. Occasionally have B/O, but the cust. service is excellent & they fill b/o's very promptly. Although they often have very good prices, I would not recommend Lasers Edge as high as the others. They also had all 8 of the DVD I wished to purchase in stock. (Yes, I got 8. I have been renting a lot and built up a lengthy wish list.) I ordered about 1:30 p.m. on Monday. I got the e-mail that my order had been shipped by 5 p.m. Monday. I received the package with all 8 DVD's 5 minutes ago (12:50 p.m. Wednenday, thank God I came home for lunch today). Less than two days from order to delivery!! Great service!! Caveat: I am in California and they ship from California, so your delivery time may vary. Overall, I am very impressed with them and would recommend their service. I am serious, and stop calling me Shirley. [Link] |
