To be honest..I couldn't honestly describe Lilly as 'obscure'! In fact she's almost the reverse of what the thread set out to highlight. She's had an outstanding career of longer than a decade and worked for practically all the big production companies and male co-stars. You're certainly right to point out that she's done some pretty extreme stuff with 60 anal and 6 double anal scenes. She's probably not had the recognition she deserves but that's not really the same as obscure.
Pitbull and bumblaster, I don't want to wade into the debate on what's obscure or not because I mostly agree with you. Still, defining obscurity is probably like defining pornography. There is an element of subjectivity to it.
The reason I say that is for a self-serving purpose. I've been watching some scenes from a model who was in the industry for less than a year and only did 30 scenes. Certainly, being in for less than a year might fit the definition of obscure, but I don't know if there is a hard-and-fast number of scenes where a model switches from obscure to not obscure. The one thing that might push her to "not obscure" is that in that short run, she garnered a lot of attention. I searched her name here, and she certainly did have a bit of a following.
The model is Stacy Carpenter. She was active over 2002 and into 2003. She was only 18 when she started and looked it. Unfortunately, because her career dates back more than 20 years, finding decent photos of her is almost impossible. I'll add in a couple of screen caps.
Whether it was her choice (probably not), or her agent's choice, she tended to get booked for "harder" scenes. She did a lot of anal scenes, including DP and even airtight. I think had her career been better managed, and if she had wanted it, she could have had a much longer and more lucrative career. She had a unique look in that she has an Arabic ethnicity so her skin tone is darker, and she didn't need to pretend that she was only 18.
Something else that made her stand out is she came across as being far more sexually experienced than you'd expect an 18-year-old to be. Also, she had an expressive face and an ability to talk naughty. Just listening to her talk about sex was almost enough to put me over the edge.
But I'll also admit that maybe Stacy shouldn't be considered obscure and the only reason I'm thinking she is obscure is because her career ended 23 years ago. I'll admit that if that's the only measure, then we could call Ginger Lynn obscure. But I do think that with Stacy, her short tenure and limited catalogue of scenes might qualify her.
The second photo with Brandon Iron is from "Just Over Eighteen 7." Stacy says she just turned 18 in February and Brandon asks her what month it is now and Stacy replies that it is May. You don't get much more fresh than that!
I'm wondering if the only other 18-year-old who hit the industry so hard so fast might be Kacey, aka Kacey Cox. But with a longer career and 85 scenes to her name, I won't argue that Kacey is obscure.

On a side note, I was "acquainted with" Brandon - RIP - when we both lived in Ottawa. Certainly IMHO Brandon carried himself very well - which probably was around 35 years ago or so.
