The Asian woman is Mika Tan and i can not identify the others. check out www.iafd.com and do a star search for Mark Anthony.....scroll down to "as performer" and click on "check scene pairings" and look for the woman in the film. this search engine is about 67% to 70% on the money and you'll find most of what you are looking for. good luck! p.s. you'll have more luck with Mark Anthony & Brian Pumper searches than Mika Tan because she's been in a lot of stuff & you never know how many people have used her scenes multiple times and with several companies.
