I wonder if that is what an implant will resemble when the woman is 60? If a girl chooses to get implants, I just can't watch her anymore. Actually, over the years (and Goldstein has been with this since before the "Golden Age"), this was always the traditional rationale given for late-career boob-jobs. It gave the girls a couple more years, at a "2nd career," while appealing to -- and moving product to -- a new group of fans/consumers. The owner of these boobs aknowledged it was a bad boobjob and has had them redone with much better results. I'm a fan of the performer in the pic and while I found aspects of her boobjob to be bad and even distracting before she got them fixed I still think it was probably a good idea for her to get a boobjob and if she hadn't I don't know if I'd had been as big a fan of her's or even a fan at all. Not because I'm so into implants but because I like certain body types. I like big breasts and curvy women. In many a boobjob helps balance out a woman's body and makes it more sexy overall. While there are some boobjobs that turn out less than perfect I don't sweat it much because I'm not staring at still close-up picture of just the girl's breasts 100% of the time. For example, 90% of the time the girl in the pic above looked great. It wasn't until they did close-ups of her breasts in certain positions did they start to look bad. For me that 10% of the time they didn't look so good didn't outweigh the other 90%. And I have to think that for the girls who get boobjobs they think/feel the same way. Most of their life doesn't involve nude close-ups of their boobs. The girls' total life isn't spent naked in front of porn cameras. I tend to think a lot of guys just like bigger breasts in general and don't get all caught up in whether they're real or not like some of the boobjob haters tend to do. I see some people just despise boobjobs no matter what they look like. I see many people were upset that many people were upset Tera Patrick got a boobjob. It had nothing to do with how they turned out but just the fact that she got them. Tera's boobjob looked great with no obvious flaws from what could see but the people who are very anti-boobjob simply dissmiss all boobjobs as bad regardless of end results. I think the vast majority of guys are more concerned with the final results instead of just dissmissing all boobjobs outright.
If every girl has the same boobjob as Ashlyn Brooke I would not mind it one bit.

I prefer large breasts over flat chested or small set of boobs in woman in general. If a Pornstar wants to get a boob job so be it. I just think the Pornstar should do some major research into there choice of plastic surgeon before she has it done. There are so many OPTIONS to enlarge breasts now, just make sure you see the Doctors work before you have them do it. Here's a set over the years and they still look great!
Honestly, I think I prefer larger boobs to be fake and smaller boobs natural. Meaning, large naturals don't really do it for me because I don't care for their shape and ultimate saggyness. So if a girl wants large boobs I say go for the boob job if you want. But I agree they don't always turn out well. Small natural boobs work because of the lack of sag.
First impressions matter. I first saw Isis Love post-boobjob. When I saw pre-boobjob pics, I was not interested, because she did not look like the Isis I have watched. For the same reason I'm not likely to watch Rebeca Linares' new videos. There are a few, such as Sophie Dee, with such distinctive faces or other qualities that I don't notice their boobs so much, so whatever they carry is fine, unless the scene includes titfucking.

But whenever I see a boob job it just tends to give me the skeevs. The reaction I have is like that "uncanny valley" stuff... the theory that the closer that CGI gets to "reality" when creating humans, the more disturbing it gets to people because it is really close to real, but those little imperceptible differences--the uncanny valley--makes it much worse to experience than a much less accurate avatar. Think of CGI Tom Hanks and his dead eyes in the Polar Express. Fake boobs take me into the uncanny valley. I'm looking at a perfect globe in a place where nature does not generally produce a perfect globe. Some people look at those globes and think "wow, this is BETTER than nature!". We are a boob driven society. Majority of men prefer big boobs, just a fact. However, I believe that boob jobs are fine if they are done properly and in the right proportions. Remember a boob job is plastic surgery and like any plastic surgery, if done right it can make the person look better. Unfortunately it would seem that a good portion of plastic surgeons are just greedy butchers and no matter how bad that a person looks due to too much plastic surgery and will look worse they don't have the morals or ethics to say "I can't work on you, as it will only make things worse". Don't get me wrong I believe there are some good ones, but in this industry they all need to stop performing plastic surgery when not needed or will be detrimental to the beauty of our society. When it comes to boob jobs it's this simple. A girl with "A" cup tits, cannot get DD implants - it's generally because there is not enough skin to cover the implants and that's why they look terrible. The best candidates are those thin girls with flapjack tits that are "B" and "C" cups but have no fat in them. They can be done and often look great. So it's more a matter of getting the right size for the body type. If a girl has "A" cups she just needs to be patient and can increase size over time as the skin stretches from the implant and can be added to slowly, but to expect to go big right away is the problem. There are many babes that got hotter with implants. Jill Kelly, Charlie, Janine, Julia Ann, Velicity Von, Angelica Sin, Tanya Danielle, Carmella Bing, Shyla Stylez, Sunny Leone, and on and on. So Boob jobs are good if done right, just got to stop getting Frankenboobs from bad plastic surgeons and sizes bigger than their body can accept. Just my 2 cents. I love Big Boobs! It's a no-brainer that ADT users etc are not representative of consumers of porn at large. The issue for me is not so much enhanced boobs or not, but rather whether they are great tits to look at. On the other hand, there are the examples of Melissa Lauren and Rebeca Linares. Melissa openly admitted that she was trying to revitalize her career. This is what I don't get. Rebeca was doing well in the biz as far as I know. I never saw a single complaint about her natural boobs. I doubt her career was in trouble but if it was, I have no idea why she would blame it on her breasts. With girls it has to be much worse, and it's awful easy (compared to other possible "makeover" options) to do; just write a check. And it is probably a relatively safe choice, in terms of fans gained/lost and jobs gained/lost. Compare that to, for example, becoming intentionally anorexic or intentionally BBW or becoming a muscular hardbody or something equally dramatic. The fans gained/lost and the gigs gained/lost will be a bigger impact, and probably negatively because of the small size of those niches and they tend to exclude a girl from doing "regular normal ordinary porn" scenes. OTOH a girl with enhanced boobs is not generally disqualified from doing normal porn scenes. But an anorexic/bbw/bodybuilder will tend to be shut out from doing normal (non-niche) porn scenes and will be relegated to specialty scenes.
^How many of these women had implants when they started in porn? Many people that complain about implants do so because the model starts in porn looking one way and at some point does some serious changes to herself that forever alter her original look. It's one thing when the performer comes into the industry with implants because if she accummulates fans then they either like her because of the implants or regardless of them. I'm not a huge fan of implants because too many of the girls that get them usually go overboard with the size. What you wind up with is an actress with a petite frame that has huge round mellons with nipples on her chest. When I look at a woman then it's the entire package that appeals to me and not just one particular thing about her. It's the eyes, the mouth, the hair, the breast, the ass and so on. When that woman chooses to emphasize one of those attributes then the others suffer for it and where once i could look at the complete package. Now I'm stuck at having to look at the only thing that stciks out. Then of course she has to be lucky and hope her doctor was good and there is little if any scaring and the nipples face the proper direction. Sadly that is also not common and what you often have is scaring near or around the the nipples or under the breast and nipples going in less than normal direction.
