As a woman who loves porn, I was wondering if there are many other women out there who love porn, too? Do you watch it alone or with a partner or both?
I'm a woman, and I love porn :). I watch it predominantly alone. I've watched it with a partner once before and due to our particular tastes it was only okay. I would watch it with a partner again though. I'm guessing from your name you like to watch porn with a partner as a bit of foreplay? ;)
I porn. When my interest first started, I did watch a lot with my SO - but as my - um, enthusiasm - for blue movies increased and our different tastes become more apparent, I started watching more and more on my own. I have literally watched porn features while cooking dinner - enjoying it like mainstream entertainment. It's easy to do with a really well-made feature. I can count on one hand the times I've watched porn with my SO this year. It's not something we really do anymore. And I was never one to masturbate while watching either. Usually images, feelings, ideas get stored in my mind for later use.
I sure hope more ladies that love porn jump in here on this one, both regular members and porn stars. It can only improve our sex lives to hear their experiences and likes/dislikes. I currently am having the good fortune of a young lady wanting to give me a handjob while we watch porn, how wonderful is all of that? We haven't connected yet on this but hope to soon, it is simply a matter of timing.
"I sure hope more ladies that love porn jump in here on this one, both regular members and porn stars." I definitely was thinking the same thing. I was wondering where they all are. I was hoping that I wasn't in the lower percentile! :)
Okay 4Play, glad we can count you as a lady porn lover. Now how about getting your friends to hop on to this site and give us their views also. And it might lead to something really dynamite sexually down the road as well, and that's not a bad thing, is it?
I really enjoy porn and frequently watch it both alone as well as with a sex patner. Alone I really like a lot in different fetish genres' and probably watch things that are a lot more "out there" than I would with a guy (although probably not with another woman). As far as viewing with a partner during or as a prelude to sex, I frequently watch and/or encourage watching porn. With respect to my taste during those I really love cum play and massive cum shots (NOT those god-awful fake ones!) as well as GB's and blowbangs. I don't think I've ever run into a male partner who had any conflicts in this area.
My long time girl friends back in the late 90s/early 00's would watch porn with me but mainly liked watching Rocco. She didn't like the quality of the men in most porn movies. She didn't think it was realstic that so many cute girls would fuck some scuzz like Brian Surewood or Ed Powers. She also was really turned off by Jon Dough. But she could see how Rocco could get so many girls to do such depraved and painful looking scenes
Hot topic for the girls and nice to hear things from the female pov,Savoy i can do the dinner thing too lol, only settling down and eating my dinner as im watching a porn movie.
I'll chime in for my wife (since she's definitely not a computer person, let alone a goes-to-internet-forums person): She really enjoys porn. I've set up a DVD media server that has around 1,500 movies on it and easily a thousand smaller 10-30 minute clips form various porn sites. It's all tied together with a front end running XBMC and set up to have a coverflow like iTunes so she can flip through all the porn really easy. Honestly if it was all just the DVDs themselves in a box or on a shelf, I don't think she'd watch much but she loves to sit down and skim through the movies and jump from place to place.
I could write a long story here but the bottem line is in my experience the amount of girls that I have met or dated that truly enjoyed watching porn were very scarce indeed.
Theres various estimates of the proportion of women who watch porn. The Sun newspaper survey (England) http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/features/article2355510.ece claims 66% percent of women watch porn. Surely they seem to have missed a decimal, the actual number may be like 6.6%. Perhaps the majority of reported female porn watchers are passive watchers, who watch porn along with their partners to keep an eye on them. I am sure many porn companies would have pondered this question, since it could impact on their sales and the type of movies they produce? It is said that Candida Royalle's porn is designed for women, but I dont think her sales are more than a couple of thousand per month.
Those of you who don't believe many women watch porn, or that the women in your lives didn't/don't like porn, perhaps they just don't like your porn? Or perhaps they simply haven't been exposed to anything more than "mainstream" porn? There is plenty of porn out there made by women that isn't even listed in the new releases on ADT, and sells well all over the world. I also read an essay written by Candida Royalle about how nobody believed she could make money, but in reality her films sell very well (of course, I don't have any figures for this -- but then, most porn sales figures have been proven to be way off the mark).
I don't blame any self-respecting woman for being turned off by today's porn. Too much of it is being geared towards wanna be rapists who feast on misogynistic images of female torture and abuse. They watch scenes where girls are kidnapped, slapped around, forced to blowbang dozens of guys, gets their faces covered in jizz, only to eventually be dumped on the side of the road. And then they wonder why their wife/girlfriend doesn't share their fondness in porn?
I'm posting before I get a chance to read all the replies. As a working mom, my time on ADT is limited, not to mention my time to watch porn. I love porn. I've discovered much of my sexuality by watching it. I've included it in my marriage. I've made selling it a career. I educate other women about it. I watch it alone (whenever I get alone time, which is virtually never), and with my husband, as a means to jump-start our play time in the rare instances we have some hard-earned privacy. You're not alone. I wish more women would admit it. Luckily I'm seeing more and more at my shop. They're shopping for themselves, looking to define their tastes. It's quite an interesting time in the porn retail world, and I'm happy to be on the front lines.

I used to have a thing going with a girl who loved this aspect of porn. She loved Max Hardcore's rougher stuff. For some reason she loved watching the girls who looked like they hated doing the porn and were in pain. She definitely had some issues, but was fun to fuck and she was up for most things.
I love them both
I for sure love Reeds work except for the part where I forced myself to listen to all of Metal Machine Music in one sitting....and I like some scenes that include Micheal Stefano, lol

Sure! I have a computer in the basement of my house (not a very powerful one, its an old Pentium 4 machine I had laying around that I put in a new case with more hard drive bays) that has a bunch of hard drives in it. It's running Windows Home Server but you could run Windows XP for all it really matters or Ubuntu Linux, you just need a server to hold the data and serve it up. All the televisions in my house are connected to little computers running XBMC, a freely available media center software. You can use it to browse your media, sort it, view the covers, etc. All my DVDs are ripped from DVD format into digital format and stored on the server... so that all the XBMC machines can access it. Google XBMC setups and you'll get lots of eye candy to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. If you want I can take a screenshot of porn collection being displayed on XBMC so you can see how awesome it is for porn.
Well based on some of the statistics i've seen, only about 10% of porn viewers worldwide are women, but when you think about how many millions of people watch porn, %10 is a rather high number, so it's not all THAT uncommon really, I certainly would like to meet a woman who enjoys it as much as I do ;)
I made a separate post, so other people could see it too... even if they aren't reading this thread! =) https://forum.adultdvdtalk.com/forum/topic.dlt/topic_id=145285/forum_id=1/cat_id=1/145285.htm
Hi all, Newbie here! I've been loitering around this forum for quite a while now and have finally decided to take the plunge and join... anyway, I'm a woman who LOVES porn. I watch it alone as I'm currently single, but would be happy to watch it with a man if the opportunity arose. I love gay porn, BG, BBG, BGG, GG (if I'm in the mood), but don't like anything too nasty or extreme. I must admit to a penchant for intimacy porn, where the performers are REALLY into each other... Viv Thomas's The Art of Sex is my current favourite, but I also watch a lot of porn that's more geared towards male consumers. I draw the line at anything which involves the girls being abused... everyone's got to be having a good time for me to enjoy. Anyway, that's my 2 cents for now... thanks!
Blue laws-http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=blue+laws+history&aq=1&aql=&aqi=g10&oq=BLUE+LAWS Always heard that the laws were printed on blue paper but maybe this was not true but only referred to bluenose people but this doesn't really answer the question. Maybe the answer is in the above URL. Blue laws in Texas used to say "You can buy beer but not diapers on Sunday. Sears sold diapers but not beer and didn't want the competition even though they were closed on Sunday. How did we ever justify laws like that? Pure ignorance is the answer. Our drug laws not make about as much sense. Marijuania kills a few hundred people a year but alchol and tobacco kill nearly a million. Wayne In Dallas

I love porn. We have a fair collection of it. I do not like the so-called "couples" porn, which according to all the "experts" out there we women are supposed to like. If I'm going to watch it, I want it nasty. The funny thing is, I can't watch anything I've been in because it makes me laugh. My favorite porn to watch is anything with Belladonna in it.

New to the site. Pretty much addicted to porn at this stage.
I usually watch it alone, though I have experimented watching it with partners, however I think my tastes can be a bit kinky, and I try to find my partners 'fetish' to feel equal.
Though I started straight, I think porn has made me quite bi, and at this point I'm really attracted to woman
