This was Order #54507-0032. It said my credit card was declined. I cancelled the order and resubmitted it as Order #54507-0032 and my card was still declined. So I called my Visa card customer service and they verified on their end that the order did go through. The first one went through for $76.53. The second one went through for $35.14. So I just want to know what's going on? Basically, I want to cancel Order #54507-0033 and just be sent my original order which was #54507-0032 since I was charged for it on my Visa card. [Link] |
