Adult theatres. Hmmm. Do those things even still exist, in this day of BluRays and Downloads? My first--and last--visit to one was about 20 years ago. Not counting all the cable edit versions that I watched scrambled from ON-TV and PREVIEW back in the early 80's, (although I remember a few hardcore films sneaking through like "Country Comfort"), it was at the long gone Lone Star Drive-In in Dallas back around '84. We got there at the end of "Teenage Cruisers", but I don't count that since there was too much silliness in that, plus an appearance by Billy Zoom of X. Anyway, it was "Inside Seka." As for the video age, the first thing I remember renting was "Dr. Ginger/Pretty As You Feel" which surprised me that I was actually watching a hardcore film when at the time, 99% of the stuff you could get was cable-edits.
