As for the state of G/G, I dont think its bad like everyone is saying. I think right now its unique circumstances that has made it be in tough spot. We are seeing either girls get under contract with Brazzers and Vixen which we know arent good sites for G/G content or they are focusing on their onlyfans. And with onlyfans its hard to book others to collab with and then some girls just rather do solos and live shows. So the studios thats producing good if not great G/G content when it comes to established good performers have very few to work with and we are also looking at alot of new fresh faces. The performers we can do nothing about. We can do something about the storytelling and series/features.

I agree with Lezzy that just 10 minutes of sex in one of those scenes is far superior to most of the stuff these days. Not to mention the stellar group of beautiful women. They all had such tasteful if any makeup, sexy simple outfits (bikini's, cute shorts etc) and most seemed to really be into it.

Another series which had similar but even more visceral gg sex were the kissme girl explicit scenes. For example one scene that comes to mind is the Vicki Chase and Charley Chase scene. There's really no crazy formula, just let two women who are into each other, go at it and film it.

I will say that the Dana statement when she started directing SHV it went in a bad direction. You can tell all the vid she directed and then when Nica came back for that one movie "A Mother's Secret" that movie was way better. It was night and day. I didnt know about that comment Elexis made to Dana but I definitely feel Elexis bc as a fan I wanted to see more. I felt that way after watching a scene with Aidra Fox and I think Gina Valentina. They were so into each other and you can tell they were going for more but the scene was ending. 1 GFF was alot of really well connected storylines even some easter egg type of situations. Like for example, I was watching "Wet For Women 2" and scene 4 you saw Mindi, Scarlet, Prinzzess, and Lynn Vega all sitting at a table in what was the Lamonte Hotel bar that "Twisted Passions" series take place. You then see Georgia Jones all dressed up in a tux being the bartender. So like those series and things feel connected too me. Even thinking about other series that has different connections. The performers I loved off course. Anytime you can have the likes of Prinzzess, Scarlet, Heather, Shyla, Cherie, Georgia, Syren, Magdalene, Mindi, Elexis, Sinn, and so many more that has made for awesome pairings and hot scenes. The only downside and its a small one is that some potential amazing pairings were missed. Like Julia Ann and Elexis Monroe together. Elexis Monroe and Cherie DeVille. 2 AHL I would say was an step above even GFF with their storytelling. Ill admit that I wasnt really into their stuff early on but just like GFF and even Abbywinters I wasnt into their stuff early on. It got better than as the time went on and I think G/G in general got better. I would say what got my attention to start being into AHL was that one scene with Kenna James and Serena Blair where I think it was Kenna confessing her love for Serena. Love the performance for both and the sex was so hot. Then I think about the scene with Shyla Jennings, Alison Rey, and Bree Daniels. I think it was a series called "The Bully". That was hot. But the best of them really came when series like "The Producer", "Written In The Stars", "Another Life" just to name a few started to come out. One thing about AHL is similar to GFF was they gave the best performers and the pairings made for alot of hot scenes. And for me the storylines did it bc they were top notch. Again a step above GFF in that aspect.

3 Abbywinters imo was just authentic. Everything I loved about G/G was little to no makeup, all natural with tits, bush, hairy in general. No script back then just sex and having fun. One in particular scene that stood out was Navah and Hayley F. One moment where Haley F made Navah cum so hard she said its the hardest she ever came. And you would think the scene was over. Nope. To me those movies Nica shot even if they were short it didnt feel short bc they were of quality. And Ill lump Girl Candy Films in here too bc it was also shot by Nica. They had more films than what it felt like. I think that was really the end of Nica shooting around that time. If she wouldve kept shooting maybe Girl Candy Films wouldve went on longer. Ill just say that Nica did leave one last great scene. I talked about the movie she left "A Mother's Secret". She left one last great scene with Magdalene and Kasey Warner. Such an amazing scene as always with all parties involved. But yeah SHV was truly one of the best back then.

5 Girlsway when it first started I wasnt really into the "almost caught" scenes. I did appreciate them having Abella in alot of the scenes though. As time went on I really started to get into them more bc of seeing features like "Vampires", "Fantasy Factory Wastelands" just to name a few. I loved how they played off of those series and individual scenes with those features. Again just like GFF they made some of their content all feel connected. Then they did Girlsway Girl of the Month scenes and obviously now We Like Girls. I think what has happened with Bree is that she simply is doing too much. Yes I love the idea of AdultTime but when you got your hands on alot and I mean ALOT you can lose sight of what got to where you are today. I can appreciate quality more than quantity. 2- Declining talent: One of the big pillars of GG porn was the performers. The women weren't only beautiful and sexy, they were also talented and knew how to work in a lesbian scene. With the abundance of GG companies and sites, we saw a great number of actresses working as GG exclusive, which made the scenes even better, and there wasn't any problem if one actress retired, because there was another one to fill the spot. From retired stars like Malena Morgan, Elle Alexandra or Jelena Jensen, we had newcomers like Jenna Sativa, Kenna James or Serena Blair. This scenario has completely vanished. With less GG production, all the controversies surrounding the industry and the emergence of Only Fans, not only a lot of talent has retired, but we also have seen that newcomers has to work on BG if they want to win more money and become relevant. Now finding a exclusive GG actress is quite a rarity. Many of these directors created new sites, directed several movies and explored some new ideas in their scenes, helping to expand the genre and establish new trends. All of them have vanished with the pass of the years. Bree Mills centered her attention on Adulttime and in expanding it with new subsites, making less efforts in lesbian porn. Alan X was hurt by a controversy surrounding supposed abuse to actresses and retired from Girlsway, working in other sites like GirlGirl or She seduce me but with less success. Jacky St. James is focused in her project of Bellesa Films and doesn't make any more GG scenes. And Ricky Greenwood has expanded into other genres and isn't making GG movies too. No new voices have emerged in these time and the new directors making GG scenes do a more derivative job rather than trying new things.

In conclusion, I don't think GG porn is going to dissapear, because is still lucrative and have an audience, but it's obvious that the genre is in crisis and a recovery could happen, but it will need time and more important, companies and people interested in investing on it. If not, I guess we will have to mourn for the old days in this site as we do now.

I actually do pay for it by buying DVD's. But I also use to visit a tube site and when I saw something I liked, I would try to find out what company made it to see if they had a DVD of it. This is something I think too many companies don't consider. They tell their customers they can't expect them to put more money and effort into making their product because it will just end up on a tube site where people will just watch it for free. They should be looking at it as if every viewer is a potential paying customer. Sure, there are freeloaders. They were never going to pay for it, regardless. How funny would it be if one of these producers claimed, "They're watching our stuff for free!" Then you go to the tube site and you see a big fat '0' next to it? It doesn't mean no one watched it, it's just means no one cared enough to keep watching it.

This indicates that the viewer is interested in seeing more of that film. The thing about what you said is that people tend to skip and skim through a scene so whats the difference between watch the first few seconds of a scene v skimming through a scene and just by skimming through it you are still watching seconds of it? Unless you can make the scene to where you cant skim through. Which I have a whole rant on people skimming through scenes then saying how bad it is. Like you never truly gave the scene a fair shot.

Then I think about who actually truly listen to the fans? Like what studios and/or directors listen to the fans? Ill go back to what I said in another post about in Girlsway early days they shot Abella alot. From what I heard it was Alan who booked Abella alot when he was the director. When he was let go Abella wasnt on set for Girlsway. Now this was before Abella got under contract with Brazzers. 2 Who said anyone has to starve the top performers from onlyfans? We can support them no matter what. I think if we stop and think that one of the big reasons we see performers like Angela White and Cherie DeVille to name a few get exclusive contracts is to be secure. If us as fans fully support them to where they feel like they dont need exclusive contracts maybe they wont seek it. Thats just my thought. 3 Which leads me into the next point of requesting talents. I used Magdalene as an example so Im just not only talking about her. I can say the same thing about April O'Neil who openly said if you want to see her more then request her more. Studios arent going to book certain performers for whatever reason unless they are requested. Even then they still might not book performers. Im convinced studios and directors rarely listen to us fans. I see studio sites take down forums that was really the main source for us fans to talk about who we want to see on the site and in what type of scenes. But we have to keep trying bc we never know. Ill say this again, I wanted to see Sinn and Kenna shoot together so I went to talk with Sinn on onlyfans. I let Sinn know Kenna was in Vegas which Sinn had no idea. I said they never shot together before and its time that they do. So Sinn said she will have to see that happen. Months later I find out that Sinn and Kenna was getting together to shoot alot of content for Sinn site. Now they shot a scene for AHL which I didnt know before I mentioned to Sinn about her and Kenna shooting together.
