After watching yet another bit of sexless junk from AwfulTime, I got inspired to share some folks making actual content on OF. I much prefer an actual online store to OF BUT Scarlet and Sophia are worth the $14 to check out their stuff (good amount included for the $14 without necessarily having to pay more).

This is a review of the most recent Lesiban X scene that came out on 7/5/2023. They have been releasing one scene per month for a while now, but have missed a June release. Hopefully this is just a hiccup. Anyway, this one is between Kenzie Love and Scarlet Sage. A very solid scene with some very nice moments, but also with some questionable moments, and the overall temperature I'd say is on the warm side not necessarily hot. Speaking of tribbing, the initial actual tribbing is very badly done. However, most of what the scene itself labels as "scissoring" is actually just Lulu rubbing herself against Jennie's thigh. I've said this before and I'll just reiterate it again here: this is an excellent substitute for tribbing and I would like to see it more. There are too many bad tribbing scenes. As for why most material is on the sensual side, the lazy answer is that's what the audience wants to see.
I don't know if you are aware of it, but back in 2006, Mike Quasar did a series of videos called Girlvana. He sort of conducted a live experiment with the second volume of the series Girlvana 2. He did 8 scenes and split them into 2 discs. The first disc had 4 scenes of "good girls" who had sex with just their fingers and mouth, focusing on the clitoris and vagina only, with lots of kissing. The second disc had 4 scenes of "bad girls." Those scenes had spitting, slapping, big toys, anal, etc. You can still read all 5 reviews published at the time (3 of them from reviewers right here at ADT). All the them acknowledged that the sex was hot for the "bad girls," but all expressed a preference for the "good girls."
As for why the audience wants it that way, who knows? I'm sure there are more than one answer. Partly it may be cultural stereotype, where women are expected to be soft and sensual. Part of it may just be biology: lesbian porn is supposed to be about female sexual pleasure, which is derived primarily from the clitoris, and... what can you do with it except to handle with care?

There's nothing that salacious. A few things that I find interesting:

But all 3 of those are going to go away soon unless they hike prices. If you look at the comments on the mainstream websites, this is just not the kind of content dudes are into. The trend is toward more extreme, more anti-pleasure, and anything that isn't that is not getting the dollars. Couple that with women creating their own disparate platforms, a central place focused on pleasure content is hard to maintain. Ladies who would work at sites like Abby Winters are probably doing their own thing for $25 bucks for a single video.
Even reading the forums at IFM, the users are becoming more and more into "jerk-off instructions", peeing, and other more standard-pornography stuff. A pleasure content site is going to have to become more of a luxury if it survives, less users at a higher price point.
