Wicked have just uploaded a GG scene with Siri Dahl & Lexi Luna as part of a movie called Breadcrumbs. Obviously I'm not subbed so I can't watch it but it's directed by Bree Mills so it should be good. Even before the rise of OF, this was probably not true. There was a study by two Canadian academics Eran Shor & Kimberly Seida titled "'Harder and Harder'? Is Mainstream Pornography Becoming Increasingly Violent and Do Viewers Prefer Violent Content?" which was published in 2018. Basically they looked at the most viewed and rated videos online and examined their titled and content, and they found this was not true at all.
Most of the parameters trended downward over the years. Even for the one that stayed more or less constant -- the red line "visible aggression" -- note the amount of time spent on such "aggression" (most often spanking) during each video is always less than 10% and trending down (the purple line). They also found those videos with visible aggression are negatively correlated with number of views and ratings.
The notion that porn is getting "harder" has been around for a very long time and is actually widely accepted. In another study by the same authors, they actually interviewed a bunch of porn viewers, who almost all agree that porn is getting harder. The funny thing is that when asked about their own taste, they all say they are not into that, or they have checked out the "harder" stuff only to find them not likable, and have come back to "softer" stuff. Of course they could be all lying, but maybe not.

Both have done so many scenes for so many studios, yet somehow they have never been paired together one on one. Get one of them to wear a wedding dress, and it would almost certainly be one of my personal top scenes of the year.
The scenario you outline for them is actually somewhat similar to the "Spun" series from Adult Time just a few months ago, except there it's Chanel Camryn confessing to a surprised but eventually receptive Freya (then outstanding sex follows).

In any event, this belief that (straight) porn is violent and is getting ever more violent is in fact a wide-spread and few bother to question it, not just among those who are anti-porn, but in fact among those who are neutral, or even those who like and watch porn. I strongly suspect, just like African cannibals, this is far more imagined than real.
