After that, Zoe admits she has a confession to make: She has feelings for Cecilia but reading the letter made her feel embarrased. One nice thing about this scene, it seems to me (based on what you said), is how it is broken into several time segments, meaning they have conversations, separate, come together to speak, separate again, and eventually have sex. It really gives you a sense of story development and progression. AHL does make this kind of effort far more so than other studios.
Another thing that AHL does that I appreciate is that their plot is not always nice and happy. You mentioned how this story involves one character expressing regret, about past events that they cannot undo. Again that's always interesting to me, as it tends to provide depth to characters that comedies typically don't.
A bad thing is something that I have complained before just like you: as soon as the sex starts, the plot is forgotten. Never mind one woman is supposed to be completely new at this experience, the sex scene will have her do the exact same things as the supposedly more experienced woman.

Surprisingly for a AHL scene, the plot/dialogue for this one is minimal. These two pretty much just go. Jen gets on top of Pristine and the kissing is very nice.
