This is a list of companies who continue to shoot dangerous anal cream pies into 2005 despite their implication in all known HIV transmissions in porn. Some companies may not belong on this list, while there may be others who do. If you know of companies who fake their internal pop shots or who have started doing real ones then just add them to the list.

3rd Degree
Anabolic
Allinternal
Devil's Film
Elegant Angel
Exquisite Pleasures
GGG/666
Ghost Pro
Hot Boxxx
Lethal Hardcore
Mayhem
New Sensations
NJ Films
Platinum X pictures
Red Light District
Smash Pictures
Venom

Since there's apparently no issue with having a "cum dodger blacklist" for performers, there shouldn't be an issue with having one for companies who engage in this kind of risky behavior. What you choose to do with your knowledge of this list is up to your conscience.

List swiped from this unfortunately closed thread.

What the hell? It's the girls who choose to do it - it's not like the studios are forcing them. I say, Good on them, for doing what their fans want to see.

Boy, you seem to have a very simplistic concept of freedom of choice.

Following the guidelines of most consumers who support internal cumshots, we had to drop all safety laws in all kinds of industries.
We even had to drop the human rights because they forbid a human being to sell himself into slavery.
Hey, why doesn't have a girl the freedom to sell herself as sex slave? It's her free choice.

A similar reasoning can be used to do away with the cum dodger blacklist. Let me give it a try:

"What the hell? It's the girls who choose to do it or not -- it's not up to the fans to force them. I say, good on them, for doing only the things they are comfortable with."

I don't like blacklists in general. They tend to be all about stopping communication instead of setting up a dialogue. They are the proverbial 'talk-to-the-hand' act. They also tend to have adverse effects -- in this case, I wonder how many readers will look to the list to find companies that still do anal cream pies.
I would prefer to see a positive 'whitelist' instead: a list of companies that have stopped shooting anal cream pies, so readers, who want to, can support them.

Please don't flame me if I'm being stupid (more than I usually am), but as far as I know HIV can also be transmitted through vaginal cream pies?! And the guy doesn't even have to cum inside the girl since there is a constant risk of HIV transmission from the very moment his cock enters the girl (pre-cum etc.), so any kind of non-condom vaginal or anal sex is a risk (provided that the guy or the girl has actually got HIV, of course).

Edited to add: According to the Vatican, HIV can be transmitted even through a condom, but that's not my point here.

Why would you get flamed for saying that? This list isn't concerned with acts which can raise the likelihood of contracting HIV, it is aimed at showing which studios shoot an act which has resulted in HIV transmission on quite a number of occasions. I'm sure you'll agree that there are varying levels of risk, and it's up to consumers to decide what level they are comfortable for the money to support.
According to Tricia Devereaux (Evil Angel head of Marketing) EA took a decision a few years back not to distribute tape featuring anal cream pies in any new titles carrying their label. As you probably know it was during an anal cream pie scene that Tricia herself was most likely infected.

Generally I would agree, and applaud your positive approach. This list is a list of companies who shoot highly dangerous acts, it's up to people who read it to decide how they want to use that information. There will probably be some people who say they will buy more of this product, which you can choose to believe or not depending on your level of credulity. It's possible some may buy a title or two having seen the list. There may also be people who just read without responding who now decide not to purchase from these studios. I'm trusting that the "need" to extract a little bit of spunk out of the end of a cock is less powerful than people's sense of compassion. But then, I'm just a romantic...

A "whitelist"? Sounds like a reasonable concept, how many names would it contain? How quickly would the impression be given that it contains all porn companies?

I guessed no anal creampie was Evil policy after reading Tricia's post just the other day. But they have such a big catalog that I expect there are some older ones, hence the question mark. But I dig you now, I only just processed the who continue to shoot dangerous anal cream pies into 2005 bit! Sorry!

Blacklists are rediculous.

All performers know what the shoot is going to be and sign a release.

If they are uncomfortable then they don't do it.
If they do it because of the money offered they only have themselves to blame.

I don't hear a big outcry for other STD's that may be spread by performing oral, vaginal, cunnilingus.

Let the pornstars set there own boundries.

Hey, girls come and girls go; girls live and girls die; but my balls still need relieving! Some people get so emotionally involved with this!

Think of it like this: every day I get in my car and go to work. Now I might die in a traffic accident, but I weigh up the risk and decide that the money I earn in the day is worth taking the risk for. It's the same with the girls: it's a job for them, they know that there are risks, but they're adults and they can exercise their right to self-determination and decide to do the dirty and take the cash.

Some girls don't think it's worth the risk, and of course they're absolutely entitled to do that. But I'm not going to pretend I don't think more highly of a pornstar who puts herself at risk to perform an act that gets me off.

Great the LIST is back. Everything is proceeding as I have forseen. ;)

Now how likely is it for a 'new talent' to be asked by one of the producers mentioned above
do you do anal? do you do double anal? hey, what about an internal cumshot?
For me a guy coming inside me feels much better than a facial anyway,
however if I were a talent working in America today, I wouldn't want to take such risks.

Some performers who post here already spoke out they don't or will not do it anymore, stars like Katja Kassin, Melissa Lauren or Taryn Thomas.

I said in the other thread you have to eat humble pies first, what I meant was of course I'd prefer to see more condoms, but since this is an unrealistic goal right now I focus on smaller things that also need to change in my humble opinion.

It seems many people forget that it is pretty useless if you get booked for 'non condom gonzo' shots
and decide to not do internal cumshots anymore, but all your partners around you do and take that risk
not only for themselves but also endanger others.
Well, I never said that talent can't be selfish too, however if you are than you should at least
tell your sexpartners if you did a multiple creampie shot just yesterday.

Without the producer nobody would be put at any risk, so they have an accountability to the
community of performers too, and part of this accountability is to revaluate the risks when facts about
acts that have a high risk of resulting in HIV transmission become known.
Evil Angel drew a conclusion and shows that it can be done in gonzo too, Vivid, Wicked/Dorcel take it even
one step further.

The fans requesting and buying this stuff create the demand for it and need therefore be addressed too,
those who decide to support 'caring producers' can now use such a list to avoid the creampie line flicks
whenever possible. Also repeatedly questioning the need of such high risk acts helps to raise consciousness.

I also appreciate what juha wrote. There is no limitless uber idea that always takes precedence
over every other. In our case, it's the idea of freedom of choice. For me it ends if people other
than yourself are put at unreasonable risks. From what I know today I consider creampies 'unreasonable'.

Is a 'blacklist' the right way? I have no idea, at least we now have some kind of discussion going on. the end justifies the means, for me .

Why do you get off on acts that you know are highly risky?

What's your problem?
Have you been dumped by your true love?
Has your mom left your dad when you was a small kid?
Or is your bitchy boss at work a woman?

Thanks, they have been added. I guess the name is a bit of a giveaway!
That would be nice to believe.
For that analogy to work you and everyone else would have to travel to work each day in a car with no bumpers, no seatbelts, no airbag, no crumple zones, no... you get the picture. Driving has been recognized as a dangerous activity (though statistically far safer than anal cream pies in porno land) so there are all sorts of safety measures enacted to reduce the risk. All I'm asking is that some safety measures be introduced in porn. They can still choose to ride to work (fuck for tape) but there will be one less danger to have to worry about. I'm sure a well rounded individual like yourself will find something better to jack off to.

So many companies (video and online) doing vaginal and anal creampies. Am I the only one who remembers Jewel De'Nyle pledging that PXP would no longer shoot internal creampie scenes because of the health risk involved and Seymour Butts proclaiming that his product was going to condom-only?

For all the talk that flowed through the industry not too long ago, things really don't seem to have actually changed too drastically since the last American industry outbreak. From a cost-benefit standpoint, as long as there is a market for this kind of product the producers have no impetus outside of altruism to change their ways. And the further we are removed from the last (there's always a next, it's cyclical) outbreak the higher the likelihood that female performers decide that the benefits of doing high-risk, well-paying acts outweigh the costs because most of them will have not been around long enough to remember or even know about a man named Darren James or Marc Wallace before him.

I'm posting a link to my 2 cents on this subject.

I referred to a column I read somewhere else in the ADT archives that talked about the dangers of anal creampies. It also shows a workaround to maintain the fantasy of the act while ensuring the safety of the performers...with minimal cost to the bottom-line. Certainly there is a little cost in the production effort, but minimal compared to other measures that keep people safe like regular HIV & STD testing.

There's no guarantees of safety in an imperfect world. But, I would think it not unreasonable to consider pragmatic, small steps towards a safer working environment.

Btw, I don't know if any kind of boycott here would be effective, especially on a forum where gonzo acts are prized and any talk of limits automatically get people up-in-arms. You only need to read the thread I link to, to see how many ADT posters are against banning anal creampies. Whether it's the act itself or the principle of banning/boycotting, I would be surprised if you have much success with this approach.

I guess 40,000 - 50,000 traffic-related fatalities each year (USA) can't really compete with horrifying anal-creampie statistics.

What's yours? You are so self-righteous.

And why do you insist on calling people "Boy"? In American English this can be considered quite degrading.

Juha uses 'boy' for emphasis, which is common enough -

Boy, that was fun!

Boy, you don't see that every day!

Heck, you can even say it to a woman -

Boy, that outfit looks good on you.

Other than that, questioning people's motives is legitimate, so long as it isn't simply negative labelling with a question mark attached.

When you take into account the number of people driving every day and the length of time they spend in their cars, no, the two do not compare. Looking simply at the total is a mistake, look instead at the comparable risk.

You've phrased this in a slanted way. I don't get off on highly risky acts per se - it just so happens that an act I get off on is highly risky. Except not really, because the "risk" is miniscule.
No - I can just separate porn (fantasy) from the rest of life (reality).

In this thread

Juha says:
"Start something positive, boy."

But anyway, that is not the point of this thread. I'm not going to say a damn thing about the ADT Hall of Justice, or their new black list, because it ain't going to do any good. I'll let the (Chocolate) Crusaders have their moment if it makes them feel better about the world.

Well, in porn you can say no to anal creampie, and that usually means you won't get it. You have a choice. In traffic, even if you choose not to drive, you can get hit by a drunk idiot and die. The seatbelt may save him (drunk moron), but it won't save you. So, I still think the risk of getting hurt in traffic is mugh higher because you don't everything under control.

Actually I try to avoid your posts as much as possible.

Since English is not your first language, I thought that maybe I would let you know that this is not the optimal way to address an American. That particular usage is considered degrading among many here because of its racial overtones.

Lee O, chocolate cougar,

I think this will never change. Audiences will never accept the same safety measures for porn which are common in any other work environment.

Porn industry will never be like any other industry. And people who work in porn will always be outcasts.

Audiences urge to get off will always be stronger than the scruple and the sympathy.

Perhaps the cream pie lovers will stop to write things like Andy "Hey, girls come and girls go; girls live and girls die; but my balls still need relieving! Some people get so emotionally involved with this!", after they have read this thread. But they will still buy the vids.

I'm sorry, I don't follow your reasoning there. You say that you may get hit in traffic by some idiot driver, and it wouldn't necessarily be your fault. I agree. You say you can choose not to have anal cream pies. I agree. You would still be fucking and liable to be infected by someone who may have been using a needle - again beyond your control, just like the car accident you described. Though the risk of infection is lower. This is precisely why I don't intend to support companies who still use anal cream pies in their vids - why support the drunk drivers who may crash into others at any time?

Let me put it another way. If you are sitting in an unprotected vehicle and a drunk driver smashes into you there is far less chance you'll survive than with all the protection drivers currently enjoy. Why do you imagine things should be any different for people having sex? They would still be fucking, but with a reduced risk of being infected.

Looks more like you're either against car manufacturers or booze manufacturers, but not drunk drivers. Drunk drivers would in this case be porn performers who manage to get HIV outside porn (and subsequently infect others through anal cp IN porn).
Because there is more to porn than just "people having sex".

The analogy with driving a car doesn't seem valid to me. Driving to work is a necessary thing -- otherwise, you wouldn't be able to do your work. Anal creampies are in no way necessary for doing porn. So the dynamics to still do it regardless of the risks involved are very different than to driving a car.

Lee and chocolate_cougar, your blacklist is about companies. Why? Wouldn't the blacklist potentially be more effective if it was about specific lines or even titles that feature anal creampies?
Take Red Light District. RLD has created many different series focusing on many different acts/fetishes. Not all of them include anal creampies. By blacklisting RLD in toto, you are also blacklisting porn that doesn't contain anal creampies, porn you should be supporting in this context. If your blacklisting campaign would be succesful, you would be hurting a porn company, not necessarily the occurence of anal creampies in porn itself.
If on the other hand you would only list the series and titles produced by RLD which actually contain anal creampies, your blacklisting campaign would be more focused to the act itself. If such a campaign would be succesful, RLD would soon find out that their series containing anal creampies are not nearly as succesful as their series which don't contain anal creampies. Knowing how sales numbers are so important for most porn makers, this would be a real incentive for the people at RLD to stop producing the series focused on anal creampies and to put more focus on porn which doesn't contain the act.

That is, if your campaign is succesful and the blacklist is really meant to make a difference...

That's true. And just as motor racing is just people driving cars for entertainment, porn is just people fucking for entertainment. Motor sport has all sorts of other regulations and protective measures on top of those that already exist for the average motorist. Why should porn be any different?
I'd guess it's because the facts are too stark for the pro cream pie fans to face head on.

Surely not, Walter. Driving is not the only way to get from point A to point B. Besides, not everyone has cars.. or work.
Unless traffic is watching you too, then no. I didn't invent this analogy with cars. It was brought up and I don't think it's that unreasonable.
I see you are trying to deviate into different direction, namely discussing condoms in porn. Anal creampie is a part of sexual act; admittedly a dangerous one, but still it's a part of sex and therefore part of "entertainment" that some people enjoy watching. It would compare to some dangerous stunt that a driver can pull off in a car. Unfortunately and unlike in motorsports, there is no safety measure that can make anal cp less dangerous (unless you lock people down in a sterile environment and test them on every day basis, but that's unrealistic). So, it's either "to be" or "not to be".

This whole debate basically revolves around the question, "Should performers do it or should they not?" I think it's entirely up to them.

No, this thread is about anal cream pies, not about condoms. If you choose to infer that condoms would add a further layer of protection for the talent, that is an argument existing beyond the scope of this thread.
There are also certain stunts in motor sports which would prove too dangerous regardless of the amount of protection or precautions you would take. They would not be allowed to take place, or if they did and there was an accident charges would be made and new regulations initiated. The history of motor sport is replete with these events. It's one of the main reasons they have such stringent regulations. It's the way of all workplaces. Why should sex on tape be the exception?
There are two more questions. "Should producers film/tape this stuff or not?" and "Should customers (you and I) buy this stuff or not?". Seems to me that the responsibility for these actions lies with all three groups.

All of those products and jobs operate under rather strict health and safety regulations in order to reduce the likelihood of an accident occurring. In the case of The Hoover Dam I believe the lessons learned actually lead to new regulations being initiated.
